Great location...walkable to historic Gruene...great restaurants in New Braunfels/Gruene...live music abounds...We had a great time. The closet in the unit is huge...washer and dryer...well equipped kitchen...comfortable mattress and pillows...we thought the unit was great.

Loved our stay! Beautiful views and lots of stuff within walking distance! The place was clean and just like the pictures! Will definitely stay here again!

We got a great deal on this place and ultimately that’s what made this 5 stars for me. It’s a great location, not really walkable but very close to everything and feels safe. Love that it had a pool, nice views, clean and open layout, and the ready to use streaming services were a nice addition! The bed, pillows and blankets were not great but honestly the couch was much better and we were fine with that!

Yocasta has got to be one of the greatest hosts I’ve worked with on this platform. She handles all things with a prompt reply and solution. I booked this place primarily due to lack of options on Airbnb that weekend. What I found was something unexpected. The place- getting there I arrived to a BEAUTIFUL apartment with a chic, early 2000’s Arizona- native vibes. I absolutely love the space. It is a FIRST FLOOR apartment with the sliding glass door for convenience. When I got into the kitchen it was stocked with all I would need, as well as the notably cute silverware set she picked out for the place. (Which I ordered online upon arriving back home) The place does have 2 Roku tvs mounted on wall, the couch is so epic as it doubles as a bed without even having to pull it out. The bathroom was clean enough to eat off of. The shower had adequate hygiene products for my stay. The washer and dryer worked very well. Bed was comfortable and I loved it. The stairs are quite a climb. Besides that, truly perfect place. I rarely ever Airbnb, but will specifically return to this exact condo unit. So clean, quiet, comfortable. Pretty view. Great location. Awesome Casablanca ceiling fans. Has everything you could ask for and more. Absolutely not a place that “seems” like an Airbnb. Exceeded my somewhat lofty expectations. Even the tiny details like all the lights dimmable and switches labeled, made it really comfortable. The owners of the unit should be proud. Looking forward to next time already.

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.

Great location and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. Right on the river walk so easy to get around and close to a lot of things.

Loved the condo looks like it had been upgraded recently, perfect view on the balcony, very clean, and great front desk service. Was at the end of the river walk so it was peaceful and quiet at night, but still very close to all the things to do. 100% will book again!!!

We loved this resort! They offered complimentary activities on site and recommended many other activities. It was on the riverwalk and had a short five minute walk to downtown. Stay here!!!!

Brian and the Oasis is the ideal setting for a weekend getaway in Austin. The house has everything you and your group could ever want and Brian is very responsive and helpful. Whether it’s a Bachelor/Bachelorette Party or another event, this is a great location! Definitely would stay again!

Maggie’s place was amazing. She really thought of everything for us to have a relaxing mini getaway in Austin. The house felt like we were right at home. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location, responsive host, house was spacious inside and looked just like pictures. Only “complaint”: the driveway is small for how many the house can accommodate so we did have to park on the road so we didn’t block the driveway.

Jannine's place was so nice. Our family and friends had a great stay. Everything was really clean and it smelled so clean and fresh. Jannine provided all the extras we could need. The kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook in. The bed is comfortable and we loved having the extra fold out bed from the couch in the living room. It's a really peaceful setting but also very easy to get to, off of 281. It's only about 5 minutes off the main road. It made it very convenient to get to San Antonio. Jannine was very proactive about communicating with us, and checked in to make sure our stay was going well.

Great place to relax and hang out with family! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun family getaway. We especially enjoyed the backyard with the pool & hot tub.

Loved how helpful and responsive Thomas was with any and all questions we had about the house. It was nice having a spacious backyard to hang out or even a hang out room in the back. Definitely will stay here again if we can.
