Our stay at Oliva's place was fantastic! You can't beat the location or the value. The unit is spacious as well. It's no frills, so don't book here if you're looking for super modern or updated. We would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay that's within walking distance of everything around downtown San Antonio. The neighborhood, Southtown, has tons to offer as well. Oliva is a blast as a host! She's super energetic and friendly. We would stay at Oliva's place again if we return to San Antonio!

Super cute place to stay! Didn’t realize how close we were to downtown and the pearl when I booked it. Felt super safe! Wish there was an enclosed backyard for the pets but no biggie, we just took them on walks. This will likely be a go to when back in San Antonio

This was the perfect set up for our big group of family friends to stay the weekend together. Everything was clean, cutely decorated, and all basic necessities were covered. The outdoor space is huge and both backyards have great hangout areas. It’s especially nice for dogs and kids to burn off some energy! The location is perfect. Checkin was easy. Parking is plentiful on site. Chuck was very quick to respond. We had a lovely time! We hope to be back!!

Overall it was a peaceful stay. It had all yhe listed amenities and was close proximity to comal lake which was our main attraction.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was extremely clean and very well appointed. We spent most of our time at the fire pit and outside areas and felt at peace. Jay was super responsive to all our needs and easy to contact. We definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quick getaway.

The highlight was definitely the heated pool — it was perfectly maintained and at the ideal temperature, making it a pleasure to use day or night. The hosts were highly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. This Cottage was the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. We came down for a weekend and absolutely loved the cozy peaceful feeling of this cottage. Everything was clean and new, and it had everything you could need from a stocked kitchen with pots and pans, to a laundry room in the cottage! the backyard was perfect for dogs and even had a window at the front for dogs to see through the fence! Everything was meticulously thought out and was extremely guest friendly! Terrell and her mom made sure we were set and even left fresh Chicken eggs for us upon arrival! If we ever go down to the Staples/San Marcos area we will definitely stay here again!

They were wonderful hosts. James was so kind as to help me with my luggage and I'm incredibly grateful that they also allowed me to steal their ice packs to transport back my breastmilk! They were very accommodating and I enjoyed our conversations.

Clean and relaxing space.

Ramiro's place was excellent! Such a great location, right on the Riverwalk, super close to lots of cool spots. It was clean and checkin was smooth, with clear instructions. We appreciated Ramiro's good communication and recommendations for nearby places to eat. Parking garage was easily accessible to the unit. The only issue we had was some neighbors played music or videogames with very loud bass until about 10:30 at night, but it wasn't super noticable with the sound machine we brought going. Overall, a really great experience! The complex pool looked lovely l, as advertised, and we would have used it if the weather were warmer during our stay.
