This is a very lovely condominium and a private condo community. It is well furnished but all the modern comforts you would expect. It is located a nice walk or short drive from historical Gruene Texas. You will enjoy the quietness and privacy of this community.

Great rental right next to the Pearl district on the River Walk. Clean and large space, and Becky was very proactive in helping out whenever we needed something!

Loved this Airbnb! Suzanne was able to accommodate us with just a couple of hours' notice (initial Airbnb did not work out). Her responses were immediate and very friendly!! Her place is a townhouse, but we saw maybe one other person and never heard neighbors through the walls. Everything was very clean, with plentiful towels and great kitchen amenities. I was especially thankful to find a built-in shower seat and handheld shower head in the master bath! It made showering my disabled son so much easier AND he was safe at night because the bedroom he stayed in with me had a child safety handle! He did get up once and I did not hear him until he started trying to get out but could not! The couches are super comfy with plenty of blankets. The beds were comfortable as well! The 2-car garage was amazing to have! I've stayed in almost 30 Airbnb's, and I've never had a garage! Great for ease in getting groceries and luggage in as well as when raining. Thank you Suzanne! We will be back!!

Max is a great host. Very friendly, responsive and dependable. The place is very spacious and functional. We had room for our things which was perfect.

The townhouse was great! My friends and I fell in love with it. Felt so homey and the beds were super comfortable! Will be booking again :)

If you want a cozy place that’s got cozy hime vibes, this is for you. The moment we walked in, we felt so at home . It has that vintage Texas vibe going on, decorated so simple and kinda boho Texas like. It is far away enough from the city, yet close enough to grab a bite to eat at a restaurant or go to Schlitterbahn(like 20 minutes away). We really enjoyed the view of Canyon lake from the patio. That was pretty cool! I recommend this place as it’s super comfy, close to New Braunfels, it was super clean , and had more pillows and extra bedding than needed.

We rented this space with another in the same complex for a work event and it was perfect. Private space with walkable restaurants. It was perfect for our needs.

David’s place was great, very specious and clean, the master bedroom bed was comfortable. Very close to San Antonio downtown. I loved that there was a full body mirror in the master bedroom to check out your whole outfit.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day. There were plenty of bathrooms, which was a huge plus for our group. The location is excellent—super convenient if you need to be near the airport or COTA (Circuit of the Americas). Despite being so close to these key spots, the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, perfect for unwinding. Our host was very responsive and made everything easy for us. The house rules were clear and reasonable, with nothing overly restrictive. Plus, the price was fair, offering great value for the space and location. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great place to stay. Area was a little misleading from Google Earth but we were pleasantly surprised. Very nice home, we were very comfortable. Didn't do much in the area besides some restaurants so couldn't comment on things to do. We were there for my daughter's Air Force graduation and it was perfect.

I had an amazing stay at Julian’s Airbnb! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, down the street to many local restaurants and nightlife. Julian was a wonderful host, always responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thanks again for everything!

I’ll start by acknowledging that the hosts were very helpful in sending a locksmith when my 4-year-old accidentally locked us out of the house and to retrieve a package from the locked mailbox, even though parcels weren't supposed to be sent there. Thanks for the help! That said, there were some issues with the new management company that took over after we made our reservation. 1) They consistently communicated outside of Airbnb, which I didn't appreciate. There’s a reason why I use the platform! 2) Check-in instructions were shared via email with an incorrect code, causing delays to get in (the info was never in the app) 3) They changed the check-out time to 10am with a $50 charge for 11am, despite my original reservation always stating 11am. Airbnb support had to intervene to confirm we could check out at 11. 

 TL’DR: The property is great, but the new management should to stick to Airbnb’s platform for a smoother experience.

This place was absolutely stunning! Myself and three other friends stayed here for five days while attending a concert at the Frost Center. The first floor is a gorgeous hardwood open floor plan with a beautiful kitchen. The second floor has three spacious bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The entire house is full of natural light and beautifully decorated. The roofdeck is a great place to relax on a nice day. It was easy to get in and all house instructions were clear. The San Antonio Botanical Garden is within walking distance and is a beautiful place to spend a few hours. The few cons were: the surrounding neighborhood was a bit run-down, there is only one small convenience store within walking distance if you dont have a car, and the twice daily trumpet announcement from a nearby base. But these cons were really minor for such an otherwise wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend.

This is a clean 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom place in a quiet neighborhood. Very happy with the stay.

Lourde’s Airbnb is a beautiful and spacious home that worked great as a base camp for our family while exploring San Antonio, New Braunfels, & Gruene. The house is tastefully decorated and in a safe area. There are also a few nice touches of extra throw blankets and the home overall was cozy and inviting. Our only complaint was the mattresses seemed to sag in the middle, but it wasn’t enough to hinder our stay. Overall, a great stay.

I had a long stay here. over a month. it is exactly as described. direct access to the local park. great for biking/hiking. close to the airport. Marisa is quick to respond to any questions. the main sell for me was the laundry unit. I would definitely recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The space was great for our family of five!.Each room had its own full bathroom, which was super convenient, and there was a fourth restroom on the 2nd level. I loved the natural light when we opened the blinds, and everything was super clean when we got there! The place was very comfortable! Close to nearby attractions (short drive) such as the River Walk, Frost Bank Stadium, McNay Museum, Japanese Tea Garden, etc. We did not mind the stairs. Check out was a breeze! Most places require that you take out the trash, start the dishwasher, etc. when you check out, but we only had to turn off the lights and lock the doors before we left, which was REALLY nice and made the check out process low-stress! We will definitely come back!

Everything was exactly as expected and even better! The location was really comfortable for trips to sea world and six flags, and it was great for 6 people, Emily was always attentive and answered really fast!
