Great place for the price. It's a very basic unit with nothing to complicate the stay. Access to laundry and dryer is a big plus for longer stays.

Very accommodating host and great location. Was a perfect place to stay for our hiking trip in the White Mountains.

We took our son to Old Orchard Beach for his 16th birthday and stayed at Lucindas home. It was the perfect location, very clean, had everything you needed! Would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our recent stay at this property. The beach is a one minute walk to the end of the block. The unit is a very nice accommodation, neat and clean. The pictures very accurately represent the property. A nice place to stay.

Another great stay with Christine! So nice to have the flexibility this place gives us when visiting my Dad. As usual, everything was clean and the cupboards and fridge are nicely stocked with basics - and then some! Highly recommended!

Kelley and Jim were great and very accommodating for my 92 year old father. They cleared the snow and made sure he had a safe walkway. The basket with the bread, jam, wine, and fresh baked pumpkin bread was a great touch!

Great place! The hot tub was working perfectly and ready to use, and the host printed out clear instructions for it and provided towels for us. The interior was cozy and modern, and there are several good restaurants in the area.

It was amazing! The house was perfect for our family, we have 3 kids and we all felt at home. Also very pet friendly! Allison was very nice and responsive and the neighborhood was very peaceful. I would recommend with no hesitation!!

We had a great stay in Tara's home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to our favorite towns- Ogunquit and Kennebunkport. We had plenty of room for the four of us. We loved the outside spaces and the open floor plan. Tara was very easy to communicate with and very responsive. The instructions for check in and check out were very clear. We hope to return in the future!

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

Great spot with a lot of space you never feel like you are on top of each other. Gas station and restaurants within a 1 min drive. Grocery store 5 min drive.

Stayed at Lori's for a ski trip with my family of four. The house was great. Clean, stocked, and perfect size for my family. Close enough to Crotched mountain and really peaceful. Highly recommend.

The place was exactly as described. It was super cute and cozy. Everything was tidy and in working order. The instructions for getting into the home were easy and had no issues. We did drive by when first looking for the home, but that's because it was dark outside, so not an issue from the instructions. It is on a busier road, but we knew that as we are familiar with the area. If you get nervous backing into parking spots, this home may not be for you because you do have to hurry to get out of the road for oncoming traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the host was very responsive. The check-out list was also the shortest list I've encountered at any Airbnb I've stayed in, so that was a nice plus! It was an enjoyable vacation and would definitely rent again.

Kristin's cottage is a light filled cottage that is updated, clean and super comfy. I loved the location and how quiet it was as well. The addition of a pool was also such a nice to have. I will definitely be booking again soon. Can't wait to make this my every summer vacation spot!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

This is my boyfriend and I second year in a row with Arun. We love the location, just outside of the busyness of the strip. Best location for walking lots of places and easy access to get to town for groceries or restaurants in Hampton area. The condo is clean and bright. We enjoyed cooking in 4 nights out of 7 with all of the amenities available to us to use. Best location for Wednesday night fireworks! Hope to be back again.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. The hosts were responsive and helpful. The train does go right behind the place at an intersection. The horn is very loud, which was hard for our toddler. Just something to consider if you’re traveling with infants/toddlers. Overall, would definitely recommend!

The condo was very clean, tasteful decorated. Beds were comfortable. Loved the big table to play games and the living room was cozy for the evening and morning chats. Pretty views.

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.
