What a magical stay at the Milk Barn❤️ Rio and Toby were amazing hosts, so welcoming and kind. We loved that it was on a working farm! Dave’s Milk Barn is such a treasure, we will definitely be back!

When my plumbing went rogue and turned my floor into a squishy disaster zone, I needed a place to crash that wasn’t half underwater. Enter Sally’s place—a true oasis in my time of crisis. First off, this place is so nice that I briefly wondered if my house was even worth saving. It’s cozy, beautifully decorated, and so clean. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs, making me feel like I was living the high life—literally. The bed? Like sleeping on a cloud. The view? So peaceful I considered writing poetry. Bottom line: If you need a place to stay, stop scrolling. Just book it. But be warned—you may never want to leave.

Our family had a wonderful time at Larissa’s farm. Our three kids loved working on the farm - learning, contributing, and being outside - and Larissa is just such a kind person who was super patient with the kids. The apartment was great, everything you need for a short stay, and was just what we were looking for, clean and well-kept. Larissa provides a ton of info about stores and restaurants and activities nearby, and we just had such a fantastic and relaxing time. Highly recommend!

You know it’s a lovely space when we come multiple years to stay! Amy is the nicest- a fantastic host with great recommendations for the area. The apartment is clean and spacious and full of rustic charm. Our kids adored the ducks they have on the property and the yard is wonderfully inviting! Can’t wait to come back next year 😃

Such a beautiful winter getaway, my bf and I came here for VDay weekend. We loved the private quiet area for just two of us the space was perfect. Can’t wait to come back in summer to utilize the natural pool.

We are very grateful to Amy for her lovely home! We live in Woodstock and had a home disaster which made us have to leave on short notice--5 people and a dog--and were so fortunate to find Amy's listing. The house was gorgeous and homey, with more than enough room to accommodate us all. We made the booking and were able to check in immediately because Amy was so responsive. It was great to be walking distance to town and also to have such a well-equipped kitchen, so we could cook at home. We would definitely recommend this rental to anyone!

Loved the place - so beautiful. Everything was as pictured. Loved the heated toilet seat! Just need to know it is a dirt road for a bit before 797, and if there in rainy season there are deep ruts. And steep stone steps to the loft and then a railed stairway. So if anyone has any mobility issues they need to know ahead of time. Shawn was gracious and brought over some coffee beans for the morning brew. Close to downtown Brattleboro. Missed going for a walk. Such a lovely property.

This is a very special spot. We loved the location on the river, and inside the decor was artistic and funky. Everything was well-appointed - the kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom. A wonderful spot which we'll return to in warmer weather!

This place was a perfect weekend get away for myself and husband. Plenty of space for the two of us. The place was nicely, decorated and fully furnished with accessories if you wish to cook. I enjoyed the spaces between the outside patio as well as the hot tub. Bill was great with giving suggestions of local places, even though I was a local myself.. if you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is your place.

This was our group’s 2nd year at the Sundance Lodge and it was perfect yet again! Kitchen is massive and perfect for gathering and catching up.

We wanted to have a girls weekend and visit with my aunt. There were too many of us to fit at her house. We found the Barn to be only a few minutes from her house so it was a perfect location for us. We had everything we needed. The kitchenette only has a microwave but there was a great electric grill on the big screened porch. We made delicious meals even though it was really cold out there! We would love to stay at the barn again when we visit. It was charming and perfect for our needs. The only thing it lacked was a dining table inside. If the weather was warmer we could have eaten out on the porch . We’re looking forward to visiting again in the summer.

Our stay was lovely. The house is beautiful and spacious with books galore! I found an I-Pod with nice music for a great evening. The view was serene and relaxing. I loved my stay and would recommend the Book Barn 100%.

Patty and Rob are excellent hosts, warm and inviting and checked in to make sure we had everything we may need. They went above and beyond to make sure our whole family had what we needed, providing even high chairs for mealtime for our twins! The space was exceptionally well appointed, materials and design convey a thoughtful dwelling and peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed stunning views over the pond and woods and watched mergansers playing for hours. There were many hikes in the area, flat or hilly to choose from in driving distance (many within 10 minutes). Local eateries abound as well in nearby towns, I would highly recommend stopping at Mi Corazon if feeling hungry after a day of hiking near Greenfield.

This listing was wonderful and exactly as described! The view of the mountains in the backyard was breathtaking to wake up to every morning. The house had all the amenities we wanted and more including a full stocked kitchen, washer & dryer, a bbq, very hot showers, automatic shades and a fireplace. It is about a 5-minute drive to Hunter Mountain resort which was very convenient for us. I loved how much effort was put into the esthetic of the listing including the interior design. The home was pristine and the bathrooms had heated floors which was such a nice thing to come home to. We had a group of 8 and the place felt large enough for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend staying here when visiting Hunter Mountain resort!

The red cabin was an absolute gem! Even better than the photos! Max and Emily were so wonderful and kind. Their dog Finn was so sweet as well. We walked in to a wonderfully homey and well decorated cabin with a carton of fresh eggs and a personalized note on the counter. Both Max and Emily were super responsive with suggestions and anything we needed during the stay but gave just as much space as needed - they definitely know how to match the needs of their guests. We left some butcher meat in the freezer and they were kind enough to keep it for us and let us know and we were able to go pick it up from them after. Such kind people with such a lovely unique cabin offering. Will definitely be back!

Cute, homey renovated barn on personal property with complete privacy and parking. Great response time from owner and extra touches were much appreciated such as snacks, coffee, cream in refrigerator and a welcome letter. Location was 15 minutes from the airport and the town of Westbrook offered everything you would need.We definitely recommend Diane and Joe’s place.

Fantastic space for a large group. We had 10 people for a New Year’s Eve ski weekend, and this was the ideal spot for it. Hot tub was a great treat. Be warned - the floors are squeaky, so if you’re a light sleeper in a large group bring ear plugs.

It's even more beautiful than the pictures. Every inch is gorgeous while also being functional and fun. We spent a winter weekend together and were absolutely wowed. Our four teenagers loved running around with the marshmallow crossbows, the indoor swing, the Pacman machine, the old-timey tech....the only downside is the lack of closed-door bedrooms (it's a very open setup with drapes /screens, but we knew that and didn't mind). "Responsive host" doesn't begin to describe Jonathan's attention to us as guests. He offered a flexible check-in without being asked when the weather looked snowy, sent us someone to plow us out, rescheduled time with the animals, and basically bent over backward to accommodate us during a snowstorm weekend (yes there's a generator!). And that's before you get to what he offers routinely-- dinner on the house (adjusted to our dietary needs and also our inconvenient arrival time), fresh flowers, pajamas and bathrobes, a treasure hunt... Magnificent!

Very cute loft apartment. Clean, comfy and warm. Only 10 minutes from White Face Mountain, and 10-30 minutes to all the high peak hikes. Alex did a great job plowing the driveway to ensure we come and go during a huge snow storm. Pro tip: buy the moon cake cheese (made on the farm) and the local bread from the farm store (literally a few feet from the apartment) for the best post ski grilled cheese in the world

We had a wonderful experience staying at this Airbnb. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The space was spotless, and it was clear that great care went into maintaining the property. From the little details to the overall comfort, everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this host to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Excellent spot to stay in for any type of visit to Acadia. My friends and I stayed here to bike around the carriage roads. Jane and Paul provided maps, bikes, and plenty of recommendations for trails and food. The home itself is gorgeous and inviting. We can't wait to come back!

I love staying at Nina and Tony's Brunswick Beata when I visit Maine. Nina and Tony are pure gems and great to talk to. The barn is spaciaous and comfortable. The garden is always delightful even in the waning Fall. So cozy and relaxing! I will return again and again!
