I proposed to my girlfriend on this trip. I’m pretty confident she said yes because of this Airbnb 😉. This was an absolutely beautiful location and the bungalow was a perfect home to come back to after a day full of activities. Kyle and Co. were perfect guests and extremely responsive when it came to answering questions. I can’t say enough good things about this place (6/5 stars) !!!

Krae's place was everything we hoped for in a beach cottage. It was cozy, clean, comfy and most importantly, had the ocean across the street! The view from the living/dining room was wonderful, as were the stars on a clear night; no light pollution! It was well equipped and even had a potato masher for our braised short ribs side. Since we were her first deep winter guests, there was a minor concern about heat that Krae responded to immediately. We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended

This is truly a gem. It's a sweet little cottage that has a genuine cozy feel to it. It also felt very roomy and had a very inviting lived-in feel. It has everything you could EVER need and fully stocked with all the essentials for cooking and entertaining a small family. Donna was a wonderful host and we fully intend to stay with her again next year!

These cottages were very well renovated. They were tastefully decorated and the outside surrounding gardens were lovely. I was surprised at what a great job was done! We will plan another family reunion soon there! Cheers CNattie

We had such a sweet couple of days in Rye and Bungalow number 12 was the perfect spot. Close enough to stores and restaurants if needed yet still a super quiet section of beach. Absolutely lived it♥️

We absolutely loved this little bungalow and can’t wait to come back! It is so close to the beach and there are a couple restaurants and bars within walking distance. A ton of other restaurants and bars less than a 10 minute drive away. And Trish is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! We chose this Airbnb specifically because it was dog friendly and really wanted to give our oldest girl (13) at least one more beach vacation. Trish was super accommodating with the dogs and the beach was calm and perfect for them.

Our stay at the Mermaid Surf Bungalow was fantastic! We were so excited to arrive after seeing the pictures online but it was even better than we expected! The house was very well set up for a large group and the kitchen was very functional with upscale appliances. The view is beyond amazing! We got up most mornings to see the sunrise and even walked the short distance to the beach to watch. Watching the tides roll in and out of the marsh is also quite a sight and the bird sightings delighted us. We will certainly plan another trip to this wonderful location!

Had a great stay. Clean space with a beautiful view. Having a fireplace was a nice touch during the winter. Ron was responsive and check in/out was simple. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Ça été notre première sorti en groupe puis on a tous adoré le lieu. Super calme, très bon endroit pour nous relaxer. Les enfants ne voulaient pas partir. La maison est super grande, il y a beaucoup d’espace. Pour ce qui est de la piscine on a eu de la chance et on a peut profiter de plusieurs heures pour nous. Tout ça pour dire que notre expérience a été formidable!

Haley and Ben are great hosts! The bungalow was just as described and it was shiny clean! The beach is about a five minute walk, and is beautiful and quaint. The tram station is a short driving distance, so everything is literally at your fingertips! My friends and I will definitely be back to enjoy more time here again! If you’re looking at this listing and considering it, just go ahead and book it! You will not regret it! Thank you guys so much for being great hosts!

Molly was a wonderful host who was very helpful and communicative. She shared great recs with us for the area and we enjoyed them all. The house / location was just what we were looking for. Super clean, easy to find, wonderful light, and a really cozy feel. Perfect place for a romantic get away.

We send a beautiful winter week at the Tiny House with lots of snow and we would definitely come back again.

Quiet and peaceful retreat in the Catskills, amenities as described and pictured. Great communication and promptly resolved our questions to make sure we were comfortable.
