I needed a little break from my every day Vermont life. This was the perfect spot to get away from everything, but still not be far from home. I would definitely go back! Thank you so much!

Ellen and Jay were great hosts! They made sure we had enough wood pellets to keep the stove on and warm enough during the chilly November weather. They were very responsive and incredibly helpful. The property is stunning and the yurt was luxurious. We had a wonderful trip and cannot recommend this place enough!

The yurt was nice and cozy with the wood stove going. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfy with the thick blankets. There were rock pillows for your feet! The add ons of supper and chocolate tray were spectacular, came with freshly baked bread . It was cold and raining when we got there so we had no outside fire, but cooked our burgers on the wood stove. The compost toilet had a learning curve, it didn’t like me! They had fixings for smores available there . We did not avail ourselves of the outside shower, not sure it covers much! But the younger us would have enjoyed it!! We got to love on the goats, got to hold a baby goat! The host were very friendly and accommodating brought coffee up for my husband who is an early riser. If you’re looking for an unusual glamping experience this would be the place!

Great stay with my son and close to Loon for our ski trip. The yurt was warm and comfortable as always. Peaceful stay and Hannah welcoming as always

Great spot to explore some of Vermonts ski hills. Sharon and Mark were fantastic. The Yurk is an amazingly relaxing and comfortable space. Unique and worth the experience.

Because of the awesome yurt and all its glory our weekend was amazing, fun, cozy, unique, relaxing, and mellow. What a great experience. Loved every minute of our stay!

This place is a little gem surrounded by beautiful gardens and natural foliage. It feels very secluded, but is close to everything one might want to do in Truro and Ptown. Will was very kind, communicative, and responsive - a GREAT host.

Le séjour chez Marie Soleil était superbe ! Tout y était ! En ce temps des sucres nous avons pu échanger sur la fabrication du sirop et déguster un réduit traditionnel, le temps était aussi propice à un petit feu dehors en étant bien vêtue, excellent ! The yurt was once in a life time experience all must have. It was nice cozy and warm the entire time. The view from the mountains and surroundings was beautiful. We drove around quiet a few farms and found a lot of healthy products. The host was wonderful, she went above and beyond, very accommodating. Helped us with any questions we had, guided us step by step making sure my family was safe and enjoyed their stay. We will surely be back for more adventure.

Merveilleux sejour! Nous reviendrons assurément. N'hésitez pas à louer même en hiver, c'était très confortable avec le foyer au bois et la thermopompe. Le spa est un gros plus et est très près de la yourte. Super endroit!

This yurt was magical. Lots of space inside with a really high ceiling and nice string lighting. Bed was very comfy. Nice to have an incinerating toilet inside (a rarity in a yurt). There’s a grill outside which worked well, but no stovetop burner, so bring your own if you want to cook in a pan. Showering outside, under the stars is a cool and unique experience. The yurt is not insulated and it doesn’t retain heat very well, so you’ll probably have to move the space heater to wherever you’re sitting. Heated blankets for the bed were very nice. We spent a lot of time just looking up towards the ceiling at the beautiful rooflines and the cozy lighting. There are also electric/Tesla chargers less than 5 min away the 95 Kennebunk rest stop.

Great and spacious place, with many amenities. Offers an amazing view of the stars! Located a fairly quick drive from various towns. Throughly enjoyed our short but sweet stay!

The feeling of going into the treehouse, with the presentation from the host, really give me the feeling of one part of the disney world. It is a little pricey but I think it definitely worth the experience. The host is amazing. She tried to accommodate all our request and is just super helpful and nice all the time. Would definitely visit again.

We had such a wonderful stay at Yuris! The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The host was proactive with all of their info and very helpful/responsive during our stay. Would love to return at a later date :)

We had a great and peaceful stay at the yurt! The property felt very private and it was beautifully surrounded by trees. We loved how cozy the yurt was and the skylight dome was amazing. We brought our pup too and he was very happy. Everything was clean and well kept. Amenities were accurately listed, so make sure to pack some essentials like plates, utensils, cooking supplies, etc. We cooked over the fire with grates provided. The portable charger is a nice touch and very appreciated! This is a great place to disconnect and relax within nature. We truly enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a cozy getaway to the woods that keeps you close to both cities and beautiful wild areas, this is it. The walk back to the yurt is private and beautiful -- between the fall foliage, the little mushrooms growing along the path, and all the chipmunks and squirrels there to greet you, it's something out of a storybook. The place is lit up well at night, with very cozy lighting inside as well! The woodstove was enough to keep me warm, even as a person now accustomed to Florida weather, and there were SO MANY blankets made available just in case. It was so lovely to lay in bed at night and watch the stars through the top of the yurt and listen to the acorns fall and roll down the sides - I've never slept more deeply at an Airbnb. The bathroom is outside, but the motion lights at night made it easy to go about my business. If you're a camper, it will feel like a luxurious little setup! I couldn't recommend it enough. Such a wonderful place to take a breather!

Idk why these reviews mention the barking dogs at all. They didn’t bark that often 🤷🏻‍♀️ Also, despite freezing outside temps at night, it wasn’t as cold as some reviews said it was going to be. The wood stove works wonderfully for heat, you just have to keep the doors closed to keep the heat in. My kid loved cooking on the wood stove and getting water from the stream. We felt like pioneers 😂 I also chose to use firewood bundles from the Cumberland Farms down the street- deff helped keep the fire going. We brought sleeping bags, which I’m sure helped too. This was such a fun trip! Highly recommend.

Stayed at the yurt for a peaceful girls weekend and reached maximum relaxation! The place was so beautiful, well equipped, and incredibly cozy. We kept the pellet stove going the whole weekend which was cold with icy rain. The sound of the rain on the yurt was so comforting. We enjoyed the hot tub every day, had homecooked food, enjoyed a puzzle, did some crafting, and watched movies. Shari was communicative in advance which made getting into the place a breeze and was responsive right away with the few questions we had on the way out. Highly recommend a stay here!

I can't express how amazing this little slice of heaven was to retreat after a long day hiking especially the hot tub! The yurt has everything we were looking for, privacy, comfort and relaxing. Perfectly decorated and calming. Amenities in many ways. thank you for such care and special attention to details. We had a fire, watched TV , soaked multiple times in the hot tub , dined locally and cooked in the yurt. thank you for having us and the little plant to bring home. If it wasn't as gloomy we would have walked the property to check it all out !

We had an incredible time! The yurt is absolutely gorgeous and so comfortable! We loved exploring the property with our dog as well as checking out some of the breweries/distilleries & restaurants in the area! Definitely on our list of places to stay again- highly recommend!

Such an amazing place. Easy to rest and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Great host who is communicative and helpful. Wonderful place to recharge.

Where do I start!? We traveled to Maine with zero plans and quickly decided to make our long weekend a road trip. We booked this location the day of and the host immediately started helping us make plans for a ferry. We are NOT camping people but this was an amazing experience! The host picked us up from the ferry and took us right up to the door of the yurt. It was a chilly evening and she made sure to turn on the electric blanket and made sure we had enough fuel for the heater. The next morning she let us borrow two bikes and we rode to the general store for breakfast (very tasty and nice dogs, staff were wonderful as well!) and then to the beach. All the locals we met were very friendly! When it was time to leave the host was gracious enough to give us a tour of the island. We very much enjoyed staying here and will recommend it to everyone! Thank you SO much! This will go down as one of our favorite Airbnbs.
