James was good at communicating, and left clear instructions for everything. He also met us on arrival. The bungalow was as per the description and photos (please note that bed 3-twin room has drawer clothes storage but no hanging space). It's clean, light and airy. The bungalow was in a quiet location and yet close to amenities and a short walk to the beach. We had 3 cars between us and were easily able to fit them on the driveway. We would happily return!" This place really is wonderfully appointed, all the modern conveniences you could hope for: there are three different ways to make a cup of tea! It takes no time to walk from Winnersh train station, and there’s a large Sainsbury’s supermarket/grocery store just the other side of the tracks. You can fit many cars but you won’t need one. The recommended taxi companies from the house book were super professional, too. Richard and Sarah are extremely accommodating and excellent communicators. I would not hesitate to book their place again, though as my sister only plans on getting married once I doubt the need will arise.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Anna’s place with our 6 month old and 4 year old children. The house was spacious, stylish and well equipped. My 4 year old loved playing with the duplo, dolls house, trampoline, football and books. It made the world of difference to have her entertained. There are lots of nice coffee places and restaurants nearby and, of course, the beautiful Southbourne beach which we visited every day. We would love to go back and highly recommend to other families.

I stayed at this property with my family and easily one of the best Airbnb I have stayed in terms of comfort, location, surroundings, hospitality, communication from host. The hosts are gem of people who are very thoughtful in providing amenities and services to their guests. They had complementary welcome kit and had two pages with instructions to use listed amenities of the house as well as local grocery and food recommendation. I always had very proactive and positive conversations with Laura and Mike. I would recommend this airbnb to family (esp with kids) and friends. It is so relaxing that you can just relax and bbq in the backyard.

We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. Ideal location - we used the park and ride at Odd Down. Supermarket just over the road.

This house is lovely and was perfect for a short stay for us 4 adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped and homely. An easy walk into the centre of town made for a very pleasant evening stroll along the canal.

We spent 3 days at this lovely home and will certainly be going back. The house is lovely, especially the kitchen area which looks out into the garden. The kids played in the garden for hours on the climbing frame, tyres and swings and then moved on to the toy room, which they loved! The garden was a huge hit with them! The rooms and bathrooms were nice and clean and the beds are really comfortable! The house is spacious and it was nice to have some space when travelling with a large party. Lee and Stu provided loads of information about the areas and of the various activities to do. We chose to visit Wildheart Animal Sanctuary and the Robin Hill country park - both of these are great if you are travelling with kids. Be prepared to spend an entire day at Robin Hill - it is huge with loads to do! We visited the beach each day and it was perfect when the tide was out for the kids to splash in. Perfect for those with dogs too. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful couple of days in the annexe which was surrounded by absolutely beautiful countryside. The accommodation was exactly as described. Carol and Derek were perfect hosts.

If you are looking for a great air bnb in southhampton then this is the place. Marc was always quick to respond. The view of the river from the living room and balcony was spectacular. I would highly recommend and will stay again when in southhampton.

Enjoyed staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Well equipped high quality kitchen, 2 floor apartment which is nice. Great private parking, Waitrose or M&S across the road, lovely pubs and shops on your doorstep.

Perfect location for a visit to Bath. We really enjoyed the walk from the house (along the canal) into the town. Margaret was an awesome host. She let us check-in early, and she left us some fresh milk for our tea and coffee upon arrival. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a lovely and very comfortable apartment right on the sea. It was equipped with everything we needed for an excellent stay. It was sparkling clean too!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Edward. It was very convenient for exploring the centre of Windsor on foot, and walking to the Castle, Eton, and the Long Walk. The accommodation was warm, clean, comfortable, reasonably spacious, and had everything we needed. The parking space, whilst not on the premises, was only a short distance away. It was behind another premise, in a secure, gated, carpark, which was reassuring, as we left our car there the whole stay.

Really great value, finished to a good standard and very clean, had everything we needed for a base for the long weekend with two small children and a small dog. Coms were really quick and Amanda was very friendly and accommodating. Has a great parking space and really close to the beach and southbourne. Thanks for our stay

Wonderful, just wonderful! My family and I loved our stay in the Sandpearl apartment. Most of all, the view from the living room and the master bed room is just amazing, I could spend hours just watching the sea waves and the beach and listening to the sea... the apartment itself is spotlessly clean and has everything one might need but nothing feels like clutter. The kitchen even included plastic plates and bowls for children, and the living room had a good selection of books and boardgames. The host, Debbie, was very helpful, always responding very quickly. We asked for local recommendations for food on Easter Sunday and got a few options to choose from. The location itself, right at the beach and right in the middle of Weymouth, couldn't be better either. An overall winner that I would highly recommend. Already talking about maybe coming back to this exactly same place again sometime soon!

Our family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids) were very comfortable staying here. The decor was modern and lovely. The beachside views were incredible, and the sunsets! We wanted a peaceful weekend away from the noise and this home provided just that. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a few meals, and we drove less than 10 minutes to local restaurants. Being able to walk outside and be on a sandy beach in less than a minute was more than ideal.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Firstly we were very fortunate to have such a lovely, helpful and welcoming host so thank you! The flat itself was immaculate, exactly as shown in the pictures and super clean and tidy. Everything we needed was provided and plenty of it! The location was great for walking to town however it is a busy street so was quite noisy at times (but this isn’t anyone’s fault and can’t be helped!) Overall we had a wonderful stay in a lovely flat!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Lovely apartment in a very good location in Southsea. The place was very well-kept, comms were very good, and having our own parking was really handy. Jane and the team were also really responsive, helping us to sort a couple of minor issues very quickly. Would definitely recommend

We had an amazing time! Nicola's place is ideally located between Sandbanks and Bournemouth. The beach, Tesco, a gastro pub and a fancy pizza restaurant are all just a 5 minute walk! The apartment is also beautiful, modern and very comfortable.
