We were grateful to find this little gem on our visit to Pine Grove to reunite with family. Everything as described, loved the deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee, then the hot tub in the evening. Comfortable beds, a very complete kitchen, plenty of dvds to choose from. A lovely bottle of wine waiting for us after a long day of travel as well as a sampling of delicious ice cream to get us next door to try out the rest of our favorite flavors. Walking distance to Graze which turned into our favorite breakfast place. Roadhouse coffee another nice place. Local grocery had great variety if you didn’t want to make a trip to Jackson. We fell in love with Pine Grove and its surrounding area. Plenty of trails to hike, close to wineries, we even took a day trip to Calaveras to see the giant sequoias. Our family reunion turned into a memorable vacation. Thanks Stew for sharing your cozy chalet!

Cozy Condo was right on point! We felt very comfortable staying here and would love to stay here again on our journey back to Modesto! Emily was very responsive anytime I had a question and made us feel right at home. Thanks for letting us stay at the Cozy Condo!

This airbnb was comfortable and cute. Our dogs loved it too. Location was great since it’s a 1 minute walk to the little downtown area. Beds are comfortable and place was cozy. It didn’t feel like a basement apartment since there was plenty of light. The only downsides: the kitchenette had almost no counter space for the simple cooking that can be done, and the flushing of the upstairs toilet was extremely loud and should be fixed.

Cute little studio situated above a garage with a separate entrance from the main house. It is a great value, and well situated in Twain Harte. It’s not the most toddler friendly place due to the refrigerator and microwave being at toddler height, but we should have noticed that in the pictures. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone (aside from someone with a curious 1.5-2.5 year old).

Came for a quick and easy weekend trip to see the snow, the location was super convenient and easy to find. The trade off to the great location is needing earplugs for the hwy noise as other guests have mentioned, but this didn’t bother us. There’s ample space for 6 guests and the high ceilings make it feel even bigger. Our young kids were occupied for hours discovering all the games in the cabinet. It snowed earlier in the week and there was enough snow at Calaveras big trees state park for the kids to play in about 10 min away. With one child prone to carsickness I’m glad we didn’t have to venture all the way up the mountain. Murphys 10 min in the other direction was also fun to walk around in the nice weather. There’s plenty to do and it would be fun to explore in the summer as well

After several stays at The Front Porch this place is consistently one of our favorite Airbnb’s. It’s a great location with a 5 minute walk downtown and 40 minutes to Bear Valley.

Great place to stay. It was quiet and lots of wild life right outside your window. Also great star gazing at night and awesome view from the back deck. Water was always hot and abundant.

This clean, cute cottage-like duplex was conveniently located to our work and activities in Modesto. Easy communication with the host, and all the amenities we needed. Thanks :)

Very peaceful area. The place was clean and nicely decorated. We were a bit disappointed that the hot tub was no longer available and that it wasn’t communicated to us that it would no longer be available. Would absolutely stay here again though.

I’ve stayed at a few of Mary locations a they are all amazing. Best host with the most comfortable and clean homes. I can’t wait to come back to.

We enjoyed our stay in Amador City so much! Monique’s lovely home was centrally located so we could visit Sutter Creek easily and go wine tasting in Plymouth. We loved the jacuzzi and deck—the view was beautiful. Even though we didn’t cook, the kitchen provided everything we could have needed. We also loved the stove which did a great job heating the house

We had a fantastic time at Fred and Patricia’s home. It was perfect for our group of six. Centrally located, comfortable, and with a very usable kitchen to prepare meals. Already talking about a follow-up trip!

Me and my friends had a great experience staying here, it was so easy to check in and get situated. The suite was so spacious and had everything we needed to have a comfortable stay. The hosts were very responsive, and made this weekend getaway so pleasant.

Lori’s place is the best place to stay in Oakdale. I’ve stayed a few times and I’ve never been disappointed always exceptionally clean, and comfortable.

This is a wonderful spot. Top floor end unit with really lovely views(might be the best there) and very quiet. There were deer outside, hummingbirds, dragonflies and lots of sweet birds. Pool and games are close. And the people that work there were helpful and kind. There are a few spices in the cabinet but anything else you need to cook with you'd have to get at the grocery store or bring with you. Definitely equipped with all of the necessary utensils and linens. Having a grill was really nice. We would definitely stay again if we go back. Made for a fun and comfortable first night in Cali. Great location with lots of activities to do in the country club ! Very close to Yosemite national park. Alan was very helpful and quick to respond .

This is my second booking review, have extended again….this place feels very safe and secure, Don is a great host, very accommodating to all my needs, goes above and beyond to make his guests happy…highly recommended! even for longer stays….two thumbs up!
