Carl was a very gracious host. He is very responsive and provided ideas for things to do in the area. The villa was very nice and homey and there were lots of games to play. We really enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

From check-in to check-out Heather & Gio were responsive and friendly. The house was as described and my family & I enjoyed our stay immensely. It's conveniently located to just about anywhere you want to go. Kitchen well stocked and comfy beds. Have zero complaints and would definitely stay again!

Great stay, close to the plaza and great restaurants. 30 to 45 minutes to Ski Santa Fe. The place was clean and nice. The host was very responsive to one request and addressed it immediately. Great stay for a family of 5 and would rent again.

Just a short walk to the plaza! Some of the streets were under construction, so we were relieved to be able to walk around downtown and not worry about detours or parking. The unit was quiet, comfortable, nice and clean. However, upon arrival, there was a smoke smell from ashes left in the fireplace, and possibly the previous guests smoking in the unit. We were able to open the windows. There is no dishwasher, so if you are planning to cook a lot, keep that in mind. We were there to enjoy the local restaurants and skiing, so it was no trouble. We had a wonderful time in Santa Fe and will be back again.

Beautiful house with an amazing host! It truly felt like a home from the moment we walked in. The art collection is stunning. The backyard was so peaceful with a gorgeous view. The property feels like a little retreat, but is still close to everything. The host instructions were simple, informative, and easy to follow. We loved this place and hope to return soon!

Andrew was super friendly and greeted us upon arrival offering his assistance on recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Santa Fe. He also offered additional instructions of getting settled in and ability to contact him directly if we needed anything.

My family and I had a lovely time at Shady Brook Inn. 7 adults and 2 children all had a comfortable place to sleep. We were celebrating multiple birthdays while we stayed, the Marquis sign was personalized to greet us, and management had left us a personalized birthday cake and wine to celebrate with. Vernon was very respectful, helpful, and communicative. We will definitely come back in the future.

Rented the place as we where shooting fireworks for the Ballon Fiesta. Location was perfect as it was only 1 mile from the park. And it's a perfect place to view the from the back yard.

Susan was the greatest. She responded quickly, answered all questions, was friendly, personable and make our vacation a five star one from start to finish. The condo was adorable and everything there that we needed. I would highly recommend it and have nothing but praise for Susan.

Amazing place for big groups!!! Very well located, confortable and clean! Kitchen was very full equipped!

The house worked well for our group of 7. We had 2 adjoining units. Easy to walk to the square and very cozy and clean inside.

Good location - walkable to Plaza and easy driving anywhere else, comfy beds, clean, nice patio (though it was too cold when we were there), very quiet, nice to have laundromat on site and ice machine. A few minor annoyances: The living area would be pretty small for more than 4/5 people to hang out in a home that sleeps 6+, bring a bluetooth speaker or something to play music.

Such a beautiful stay in Santa Fe, very convenient from the conference hotel and close to amazing restaurants. Amenities were as expected. Would definitely return.

David's house was very beautiful, from the views of the Sandias to the pool and the large floor to ceiling windows. It was clean comfortable and was more than exceptional. I would recommend this place if you are traveling with your family for sure!

The home was gorgeous, bright, beautifully appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen. The views were beautiful and peaceful. The art in the home was as inspiring as the location., and not overdone like some rentals. The management company was the most responsive we have ever encountered. Our time here coincidentally fell just after the devastation from Hurricane Helene in our hometown of Asheville, NC, and coming to this home was just the balm we needed. Thank you!

Wonderful villa with incredible views we enjoyed daily. Kitchen was impressively stocked! Large bedrooms with plenty of towels and toiletries. Enjoyed the pool also. We always feel Bishop's Lodge area is secure and very private, yet easy access to everything Santa Fe has to offer! A Vacation Different communicated VERY well and always quickly and kindly responded to our needs and questions--loved working with them!

Beautiful and clean home with views from all rooms. Kitchen was fully equipped. We really enjoyed views of sunset and night sky from pool area. We traveled to White Sands NP and found the commute easy. Lots of places to eat or grocery store if you prefer to cook. Very quiet property with lots of nature. A rare find if you are in the area.

Fernando is our outstanding host and we absolutely loved the property. Lots of great indoor and outdoor space to spend time with friends and family and the pool is perfection. We are looking forward to staying here again.
