Henley House was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. The location was ideal—just a short walk to the beach and the charming shops of Old Town Bay St. Louis. Being only an hour from New Orleans, it was easy to take day trips to the Big Easy. The house was exactly as described—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We loved relaxing by the pool and patio after a day of exploring. Our 10-year-old had a blast spotting frogs and lizards in the backyard and spent time in the pool every single day. The master bedroom was a dream, and the open-concept living area felt incredibly welcoming. Jean was an outstanding host—responsive, friendly, and full of great local recommendations. We would highly recommend Henley House to any family looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

If you are ok with something close to everything, but not in the middle of anything, then rent this place. It is lovely, Deborah was lovely. It was comfortable, it was easy, it was great place to spend the weekend. To be clear we were not there to party and did not want to be in middle of the French quarter. So if you are, then maybe this is not the right place for you. But we were never more than 10-15 minutes from anywhere we wanted to go, and for us it was perfect.

I had the bachelorette weekend of my dreams in NOLA at The Dragonfly Inn. The house is perfect and Lore is such an amazing host. I can’t wait to come back!

Great place! Big enough for a family of 5. The pool was a huge plus and the back patio was very quiet and peaceful. We were walking distance to plenty of restaurants, the two we visited were wonderful! Access to the Canal street buses and trolley were 3 blocks away and went straight to the French quarter.

We had a group of 15 people which included adults and small children. The two homes can accommodate both. The pool/spa is perfect. There is an outside seating area between the two homes which can accommodate seating for a large group. The multiple bathrooms in each home is a plus, especially with a large group. The biggest selling point of this home (besides the beauty of the property and inside decor) is the location. The home is in walking distance to everything. I was especially impressed with the hosts. I had a lot of questions about check-in, transportation, local food recommendations, etc. and the hosts were extremely communicative. Even after check in, they made sure everything was perfect. I can’t wait to stay here again. This home is incredible.

This home was beautiful and spacious! The location was close to everything we wanted to do and the host was amazing and responsive! Everything about this place was spectacular!

Robert’s home is just like it is described and pictured. The neighborhood is quiet and a short 20ish min drive to New Orleans .The home is clean ,cozy and inviting. The 2 bedrooms on the lower floor are a decent size. The bathroom had fresh clean towels, mini shampoos and body wash.The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, utensils, pots , pans etc and even a few spices for cooking .The beds are comfortable covered with clean sheets, comforter and pillows. The upstairs bedroom had two beds ,TV and a full bathroom which was perfect for my two teens .The back yard was fenced in and private. The pool area was clean and so relaxing. Robert is for sure a super host.His response time was exceptional . We will definitely be back and will also refer family and friends . Thank you Robert!

Amazing stay! Gary’s house exceeded expectations and my family loved it. Honestly the pictures don’t do it justice. Gorgeous, unique, spacious house full of New Orleans character and the backyard is a true oasis. We spent most of the time in the pool and hot tub. It’s obvious what an incredible amount of love and time went into creating this property! The location off of Magazine St. couldn’t be better. Shopping/food/drinks all within minutes, grocery store at the end of the block, we didn’t even use the car. So close to action yet the house felt quiet and secluded. Perfect, couldn’t ask for more! 100/10, can’t wait to stay again!

The property allowed to buddies to have their own space with a room and private bathroom for each. We enjoyed the balcony, furniture and beds were comfortable. The host was very attentive, easy to get to any place in the region.

Kevin’s place was really nice. It’s super clean and the inside is very nice. Loved the washer/dryer. It took us a while to figure out where the building was, where to park, how to get in and where the apartment was exactly inside the building. It’s also in a very industrial area, so it did not feel very safe. We traveled with two little children. It is convenient though for a lot of things and not in the thick of the French quarters.

This little gem on Magazine Street was absolutely perfect! We love the neighborhood with its cute little shops, restaurants and unique bars. Our host, Craig, was very helpful and friendly. We come to New Orleans often as I used to live in the city for 10 years. I am so glad we booked Craig’s place and will continue staying here for our future trips

Just as described. Super clean. Water in the fridge was nice, and appreciated having a washer/dryer. Very walkable to the conference at the convention center and French quarter

Elizabeth's condo was absolutely perfect for our girls' trip! We enjoyed staying in a private, peaceful location after spending our days and nights in the French Quarter. The beds were super comfortable, and we all slept great. The furnishings and decor are all beautiful, and the condo was very spacious. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at David's beautiful, well-appointed condo. Traveling with my adult son and his fiancé, it was wonderful having two private bedrooms, each with their own large bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, everything was immaculate, and the kitchen was very well stocked. David was also one of the most responsive hosts ever. The location couldn't be better - right on the St. Charles streetcar line, and within an easy walk of the French Quarter, lots of good coffee shops and restaurants.

Sandra’s place was great! Everything we needed it to be for the weekend. It was a great distance from the golf course. The house was very clean but did have a musty odor upon entering. Running the AC helped. The queen bed was comfortable.

This is a great jumping off space for the complex intriguing city of New Orleans. A ahort walk to food, museums, streetcars, and a jump off of the expressway to arrive here. The space is comfortable, inviting, and the other building inhabitants are very friendly. Beverly is a lovely, accomodating, and extremely responsive host. When indoors, it is very quiet and peaceful given it's location in a bustling city. Don't hesitate to book Beverly's place.
