The house was exactly as described. Very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It is a very quiet area and the host stayed in contact to be sure everything went as planned. Will definitely stay here again when I am back in the area.

I had the most wonderful stay at Bliss Cabin, to say the least. From the initial photos of the writing desk and yoga deck, to the curious graveled path winding around the property lined with life and decorative details, I was totally immersed in the love and care that was so palpably present! Kathryn & Luke were absolutely lovely, so helpful, and incredibly accommodating! My recommendations while on the property: build and tend to a fire. Journal at the writing desk while playing Miles Davis. Take an early cold plunge in the river, do a round of Wim Hof breathing, then run up to take a hot shower at their beautiful abode. Chat with Luke, have tea with Kathryn. Do yoga on the deck. Say hello to the frogs. Express your inner musician with their drums and sound bowls. Let your soul free here!

Chelsea's place offered a slice of quiet Roanoke life in a vibrant neighborhood full of beautiful historic homes. I walked almost every day to Second Cafe for my caffeine fix and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the nearby Evie's cafe. I found the location unbeatable and the cabin perfect for a solo stay.

Cute, little, cozy place to just lay your head at night. Only issue we had was due to rain, not the host, truck got a little stuck but again due to rain. Loved the animals and host was fast with clear driving directions and other questions.

This little cabin was perfect for my daughter and me to have a little weekend getaway! The weather wasn’t ideal, but we still had wonderful time hanging out inside and even got a little fishing in - we’ll likely be booking again when we want to take another excursion!

My fiancé and I booked this stay as a birthday getaway and was not disappointed! Beautiful space in private location with a spectacular view of pastures and mountains. The home was cleaned spotless and had everything you needed to feel right at home. Samuel and Natasha were amazing host, very responsive and flexible with the check-in time as we were traveling a far distance. If you’re thinking about booking, don’t hesitate! Thank you again!

Scott's place was such a nice getaway for us! The cabin was super cute with the upstairs loft and had beautiful surroundings. It was very peaceful and private and felt very safe. Although we didn't get a chance to use them, the fishing poles and tackle box was a cute addition/activity option. We would definitely recommend Scott's place!

Love this little place hidden in the woods, away from the hustle and bustle. Quiet and comfy, perfect location to just BE. February weather being what it is, we spent most of our time indoors with a fire in the cozy woodstove. Our original plan was for me to spend days in town for an assignment but when it fell through, well, the change in plans was everything I didn't know I needed. Our communication was fabulous - very responsive and helpful with all of my questions.

Loved our stay on Richie's farm! Had to scramble at the last minute when all of the back country campsites at Stone Mountain got snatched up. This was a great alternative and we had a wonderful time.

Dayna is an amazing host. She’s personable and responsive. The space is exactly as described and pictured. With the weather being colder, the cabin got a little chilly, but she provided multiple down blankets and heater. I wouldn’t recommend staying in the coldest part of winter, but it’s a perfect, peaceful place to lay your head for a bit. I was there to hike Grayson Highlands, which is about an hour away. Keep in mind that even if a destination looks close, it takes longer because of the mountains. Town is about 10 minutes away and there are a couple restaurants and shops, but keep in mind you aren’t going to find a lot of fast food or quick eats nearby. It’s not a commercial area, which is part of the appeal.

My stay at kt house was great! Cindy was an amazing host. travelled down with my dog . The stay was very comfortable and private on their 30 acre horse farm. Was able to stop down at the pavilion to cook steaks and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of our busy day in the parks. Very pet friendly with lots of animals around and a cool cat named “Dave” . Would recommend to travelers looking for a cool experience away from the parks! Will be back soon

We loved this place. We only stayed one night but wished we were there longer. Very clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable furnishings. I would highly recommend!

Spectacular Tiny home. Her pond was absolutely amazing, caught several nice largemouth bass. Highly recommend staying here!!

An amazingly picturesque location as the leaves changed! The studio cabin was a perfect size for 2 adults. We enjoyed exploring Big Walker Lookout and the ever-so-interesting restaurant/bar/garden/gift shop that is Log House 1776 Restaurant in Wytheville. Venture up to Pearisburg and hike Cascade Falls if you have time!
