My family came in town for Christmas and the property was perfect for our gathering…. It was located in a good area and the view was so peaceful

The Fat Cat lake house was wonderful! We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back!

quiet, peaceful location with everything within walking distance. deluxe bedding was very comfortable and tv in each room was a plus. tubs for soaking and showers--nice to have a choice. we all four enjoyed the relaxing escape and great food/service at morel's! thank you for having us in your lovely home. alaine

This little house is defiantly perfect if you were looking to relax and unwind, such as me and my newly Wedded husband did. We did have construction going on next door at the time of our stay so we were not able to enjoy the dock and balcony as much as we would have liked, due to saw dust. We did not let that deter us it was still a comfy and qauint little spot to be and very quiet and perfect for us to just be lazy after all wedding planning was finished!

Excellent location & our host , Nat, is extremely responsive & helpful . The house is charming & was comfortable & well provisioned for our group . We would definitely stay with that again and give him a 5+ star rating!

I enjoyed my time at this place, it was clean and uncluttered with a very short commute to the site that we were working at. James is a very responsive host that proactively helped me with extending this stay on multiple occasions. I would definitely rent this place again.

James really went above and beyond for us, as we were scheduled to fly out, the place booked was not available to us as the person staying there could not go back home to Florida due to the storms. This sent me into a spiral as we were coming in on Parents weekend along with 9,400+ others and I feared we had nowhere to stay or even finding a place to stay. James went out of his way to get 2 of his non furnished studios furnished and ready in the mere hours of our traveling to make sure we had a place to stay once we arrived! He really went out of his way to make things happen and I could not be more appreciative of him. My daughter is a freshman and I would say we will be using James again in the future!

Brayden’s place was an amazing stay! The only inconvenience I had was that the master bed room bathroom shower doesn’t get hot only warm, there’s no elevator only stairs so it was a bit of a hassle trying to get the luggage’s up the stairs, and at night it can be hard to find parking but besides that Brayden was a great host! The airbnb looks just like the pictures, nice home and felt very comfortable! Brayden was also very interactive the whole stay, would definitely stay here again the next time I visit!

James was very responsive. Check in/check out instructions were very clear. The apartment is recently renovated, furniture, including beds, were new, unit was very clean, and fit our needs.

James place was great! Close to LSU, safe, and private. We enjoyed the nearly new bedding and furniture. We definitely will stay again!

This was a lovely home, very clean and host provided all the essentials for our stay. It was a bit different to find the unit so be sure to pay attention to the host’s directions. I had to call her back a few times because we got a bit lost. This was one of the most lovely and inviting places I have stayed at so far. It is very close to LSU if you are in town visiting students. The area is lovely!

As the location is in the middle of student apartments and near the Tigerland bars, I was anxious about the condition and cleanliness. But I was amazed how nice this studio is. it seems that James has renovated the entire building and it really shines. The place feels brand new and was spotless clean. Also appreciated was his responsiveness to my questions. we stayed on a cold weekend and had some troubles with the heat but he sent a maintenance person immediately. I will most likely request to stay here again, given the value and proximity to LSU.

Laura was very pleasant and responded quickly to all of my questions. She went to check out the rental before we arrived to make sure everything was in order. Enjoyed communicating with her.

We thoroughly enjoyed our friends stay at this quaint, cozy, clean camp on False River. The sunrises and sunsets were fabulous and sitting around the fire pit was so relaxing! Would definitely return! Thanks for making us feel welcomed and the fine hospitality!

My sister lives near Livonia & has stayed at Claire’s place a couple times. She recommended it to my daughter & I. So when we drove from Florida for a short stay to celebrate Thanksgiving, we decided to stay here. Claire was willing to allow us early check-in & late check-out. Upon our early arrival, her cleaning lady was finishing up getting the place ready & came out to greet us. She was very welcoming & took the time to give us a tour of the place, as well as offering some suggestions & recommendations of the area, etc. Upon chatting with her, Claire stopped by briefly to drop something off & we were lucky enough to get the chance to meet her. She was just as great as my sister said she was! The house was perfect & had everything we could have needed! The deck & dock were a great touch! Over all, Claire’s place exceeded all of our expectations & we’ll definitely be staying there the next time we’re in town! Thanks Again Claire! 💜💜

John's place was super comfortable and cozy and within walking distance to LSU campus - which was the purpose of our trip. The house is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and has all the amenities to make you feel at home. The sun room is also a perfect working space if needed. Kitchen has all the appliances you need, including coffee pods! Overall a very pleasant experience.

We had a great time. Very familiar with False River. We had everything that we needed. Claire did an outstanding job. A little pricey for a 2 night stay.

Was working in the area and this place checked all of our boxes for our long term stay. Beautiful place on the lake with plenty of space.

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the company. Will defiantly be back!
