Everything we needed in one beautiful spot. Well equipped condo. Sunrise was the cherry 🍒 on top. Will keep choosing Katie’s properties for my future Daytona adventures!

This place was quaint and in a great location. We hardly used our car. The Queen bed was very comfortable but in general, we prefer a King size. We had a lovely long weekend and would recommend it as a simple, quiet place to stay right on the beach.

Wonderful stay at a beautiful condo! We enjoyed the peace and quiet after long days out with family. Allen was very responsive and kind to us. Would definitely stay again!

It looks just like the pictures! Clean and spacious AND QUIET! OMG, it was so quiet. Nice to sit on the back deck and relax in the evening. Beautiful space with water views. Across the street from the beach. Walking distance to a little breakfast place.

Underground parking with a gate that closes at night, back door is just a few steps from the pool and the beach, front desk is very helpful.

Perfect location. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach. We walked it with our dog each time. The people in the neighborhood and restaurants were very friendly. It was nice to find places to eat overlooking the ocean.

Great unit to stay in! Beautifully decorated and seems newly remodeled. The building/lobby/hallways still appear to be under repairs from the recent hurricane we were told.

The place was very clean, although a little smaller than I thought. I saw another couch and didn’t realize was from the lobby photo. Parking was interesting with extremely limited spaces directly in front of the apartment, although additional parking across the street and wished there was a crosswalk. Needed to have a load/unload zone on the site…my husband has mobility issues and would never made it across the street quick enough. The apartment is right on the beach, close to Daytona for NASCAR. Great restaurants. Nice location. Enjoyed very much.

We will definitely stay here when traveling through the area again the place was clean comfortable and convenient!! Perfect for the pups!

This house was absolutely wonderful! I celebrated my birthday here with my friends. It was right across the street from the beach and about a mile and a half from Flagler. Sheri was very responsive when needed. The house was perfect for the group we had.

Maia’s place was perfect for a big group. Great location and had a lot of things to do. There was a little sand in the hot tub prior to us but nothing crazy so you could still use it. Everything else was spotless and very clean. Highly recommend staying here 10/10!!

We had an excellent stay in this home and would definitely book again. The house was clean and had welcoming decor. The location to the beach and Flagger Avenue was great, we hardly used our car. Diego was excellent with communicating with us when we had small issue.

Brent's house was very nice and we would definitely stay again! The location was awesome, nothing between it and the beach. Perfect escape from the snowy north! The house had all the amenities that we needed for a month long stay. Could walk to places to eat or shopping ... or just walk on the beach.

Great host, definitely someone I will be checking back with.

Blue Marlin was exactly as described and very comfortable. Tobin was very helpful when the lock was not letting us in, with a new code and by sending someone to change the batteries the next day so we had no more issues. The area is beautiful and a short walk to the beach. We all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat

Justins place is beautiful. Very up to date and very clean. Only a short 3 block walk to the beach. Close to lots of local restaurants and shops. The home had all the necessities you will need. Plenty of space for a family. Fenced in yard. We stayed during Hurricane Milton which was a pretty bad hurricane. The house was safe and no major issues. Justin was very responsive to any issues or questions we had. Five stars!

Amy’s place was very welcoming and cozy. It was exactly as she described it and the pictures don’t do it justice. View of the ocean, the beach is right there, place was immaculate, grounds were beautifully kept and the pool was always clean. Lots to do and see around the area. Many great restaurants, recommend Northwood Treehouse, so delicious. Lots of lounge chairs and shuffleboard available as well. Amy was amazing, responded quickly to messages, answered all our questions and had a nice welcome surprise for us. She provided everything, including chairs for the beach and beach towels. I would absolutely recommend Amy’s place to everyone and we will definitely be back. Thank you Amy for an amazing vacation, felt like home away from home. Mark and Shirley

We were so happy with our stay at Ashley’s! The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. My husband said it felt like home. We will be back!

Everything was perfect! There are many things to do inside the building as well as outside, the days go by quickly, I definitely recommend it, beautiful views of the sea, the pools, the boardwalk. I will rent it again for my next vacation.

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Beautiful condo, breathtaking views, and so comfortable! I loved having a very well-equipped kitchen, and Erica provided lots of conveniences that made the trip super enjoyable.

The location is perfect - right on the beach with some good restaurants within walking distance. Condo was very clean, bed was super comfy, the shower is nice and hot, and the AC worked well. Kelly has thought of everything you might have forgotten to pack. There is plenty of seating around the pool and all the patio furniture has just been replaced. We had a great visit and highly recommend!

We had a great stay. We went for race weekend and had a good stay. We did have to call and ask for towels as there were none in the condo but the host was responsive and brought everything we needed in a timely manner! Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely book again if in the area.
