We had a great stay, the place is super comfortable with all the amenities, game room, hot tub, grill area, bikes, etc, etc. We would definitely stay again

Séjour de 2 semaines en famille bébé, parents, grands-parents et arrières grands-parents! Accès facile, à 5-6 minutes à pied de la plage. La maison est propre et bien équipée pour cuisiner. Laveuse/sécheuse très important quand on voyage en famille ! Plusieurs équipements de divertissement à notre disposition dans le garage pour aller à la plage (parasol, chaise, vélos…) Ponce Inlet est un quartier tranquille mais à proximité de tout. Il est cependant nécessaire d’avoir une voiture pour se déplacer vers les restaurants ou les marchés ou simplement pour visiter toutes les attractions. La plage est vraiment magnifique! Bien que nous n’avons pas vu les hôtes, ils ont répondu rapidement à nos questions et l’arrivée/départ se sont bien passés. Nous recommandons fortement ces hôtes! Merci 🙂

Lori was very responsive and helpful when needed! The house was homy and cute. My family and I had a great time and the house had everything we needed!

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

Samantha was wonderfully helpful. The house was great for a group of old friends to get together for a fun time. In particular we appreciated the variety of deck sitting areas making it possible to move with the sun and out of the wind. Of course beach access was right there so we could easily enjoy frequent walks and some fishing. Never ate at JBs Fish House but we did go dance to the outdoor band. Fun. Thanks, Samantha. Highly recommended.

Great place, brand new build, stayed there with a large crew for the Daytona 500. 15 min drive from track and 10 min drive to main bars/restaurants at Daytona Beach. Can probably fit 5 cars if you needed. Backyard is tiny but you’ll be spending your time out and about anyways, presumably.

Great host, definitely someone I will be checking back with.

Our NASCAR Modified race team stayed here for Speed Week at New Smyrna Raceway. Plenty of room for the entire team to stay. Beautiful house, very clean and so close to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back next year!

We traveled from Canada and spent a month at Tina and Chads place. Everything was as described. Lots of room for a large group and very comfortable beds. We heated the pool and it was wonderful. We used it everyday. The hot tub was a welcome addition especially after the long drive to arrive. The beach is just a short distance to walk to and very quiet. It was nice to have a beach away from the crowds in Daytona. We had it all to ourselves often. We used the boogie boards and chairs provided and had a blast with the boards in the waves. The neighborhood is very quiet and we felt very safe and comfortable. There is a local pub - Lagerheads that has nightly live music just a short walk from the house. We visited a few times. My husband fished the Halifax river often and this is also just a short few blocks to the fishing dock. Tina was just a message away and both her and Chad were excellent hosts. We would recommend this spot and Tina and Chad to anyone. Thank you!!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Flagler. The place was in an amazing location, the pool pristine and accommodations met all our needs for a family of 7. The location is fantastic - walkable to restaurants, ice cream and coffee close by. My request to management group would be to communicate that essentials such as soap, paper towels, detergent etc would not be on site beyond the courtesy supply with more ample time (include in posting) and was disappointed the table & chairs removed on porch - the Adirondack’s were difficult for the elder folks in our party and that is all that’s included on property.

This is one of our favorite Air BNBs...this is our second stay here and we WILL be back again! My family has stayed here for the past 2 years for the Daytona 500 race weekend in February. This house is utterly perfect. The layout and location are spot on, the house is pristinely clean and every amenity you may need is covered...from beach towels, to sunscreen, to toiletries in the bathroom, and it even includes a stocked coffee bar + snacks left for guests on the counter. The rooms are spacious, plenty of bathroom space, a very functional kitchen + all the dishes you need included. This is a real find for the price, the house and the owners.

Was a great home in a nice quiet location set back away from the busy streets. Very nice home with room to spread out. Great option for us only a short drive to the Daytona Beach area, with plenty of local things to do near-by as well.

Mackenzie’s place is beautiful, clean and cozy. It’s a great space for 4-6 people! (Or more with kids). The pool is excellent and it is easy to get to wherever you want to go! She is fantastic in adjusting to one’s needs, so approachable and kind!

Beautiful rental within walking distance to everything (beaches, restaurants, boating, shops). The home was pristine and so well thought out. Every one had privacy and their own space to spread out. Each bedroom had its own private bathroom plus a half bath downstairs. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and pantry was huge. Boat dock was a bit of a walk but easy to access and the boat was in a safe spot so we never worried. We would definitely stay here again! One of the nicest rentals we’ve ever had in new smyrna beach. We had the best of both worlds with boating access and walkable beaches.

Jared’s place was warm and welcoming. Clean with all the extras of home. Comfy beds. Super cute front patio and entrance. The back patio and pool was a great way to spend mornings and evenings in conversation. And if your Bestie locks you out at 9pm Jared can get ya back in the house as he was quick to respond and work his magic. An absolute beautiful little place to stay off the beaten path in between the best of both worlds. Two blocks from the beach and less than a block from the river. Close enough to shopping, restaurants and cute little gift shops. Ponce de Leon Lighthouse & Museum is just a hop skip and a jump down the road if you want to add a little history to your trip. My birthday getaway was filled with great beach sunrises, river sunsets, and that moon on the water is a dreamy way to welcome the nights.

excellent location, beach and river at opposite ends of the road. basic furnishings comfortable uncluttered, easy to keep clean, appliances were great , small lot but faced in back yard.. settee for back sun porch would have been nice. also a couple of blankets for the chilly nights..

Jason’s place is right on the inter-coastal waterway just not of The Dunlawton Bridge in Port Orange. The place has a nice dock for overnighting your boat and plenty of parking to accommodate a boat and boat trailer as well as several guest cars. The inside is very clean and appears to have been recently remodeled. We came down for a weekend of fishing and with definitely stay again in the future.

Absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood was so peaceful and everyone was so nice and welcoming! We talked to many locals on walks and trips to the beach! They were so helpful telling us places to eat, safety tips about the ocean there and even would help us carry all the beach things down to the beach when they saw us coming with the kiddos! One lady even tried to talk us into buying a home for sale in the neighborhood! Haha! During our stay we had a plumbing issue. Annette responded immediately to my concern and the problem was fixed that day! I will say, during our stay it looked like the beach access at the end of the street was closed due to storm damage. Once at the end of the street we would go right and access the beach in front of the circle K store. The walk was not horrible at all! Maybe 3-5 min. Access being right at the store was so convenient for snacks! Our kids made great friends with the employees and made sure to go tell them bye before we left. Such a great stay!!

This was our second stay at Key Lime Cottage, and we absolutely love it! The house is incredibly cozy and inviting. The outside patio, surrounded by tropical landscaping and rose bushes, was perfect for soaking up the sun. It's one of the cleanest places I've ever stayed, with plenty of towels for both the beach and guests. The kitchen is well-equipped; we even cooked our Thanksgiving dinner there! We enjoyed walking to the beach and nearby restaurants. We can't wait to return!

Pleasantly surprised! Found the home to be as photographed (larger than expected) with lots of extra little touches. Enjoyed our stay and was very pleased with the prompt response of host. Love the no chore checkout. Great find😊

Nicole was very helpful and great to deal with. The house is right by a walkway to enter the beach. We watched beautiful sunrises from the 3rd story deck and enjoyed a full kitchen that was well-stocked with coffee and flavorings, tea, cooking oil and spices, etc. We rented the golf cart they have available and enjoyed riding around the side streets to get to the 27th Street beach entrance. Nicole left a basket of goodies and a really nice note for us, too! Our dog liked it as well. There were dog toys, a bowl and beds for her. Great Stay!
