We enjoyed it very much. We were there on family business but got to see the wonderful lighthouse I used to visit in my childhood. Now a couple of our grandchildren got to experience it. Not beach weather for swimming but the walks were beautiful, morning and evening. Everything is close by. We couldn’t ask for more. Great memories with the kids. They loved the yard!

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Lovely house and neighborhood. Great hostess. We had a lovely relaxing time. Lots to eat and do/see around. Highly recommend staying here!

We were so close to the beach. The home was cuter than the photos. My mom and I enjoyed the sitting porch when the mornings were cold. We had a great time and enjoyed the cute little home. The home could have fit a large family.

Beautiful home close to the beach and Flagler Ave where all the shops and restaurants are located. Nice amenities such as coffee, tea, and smart food snack bags in the kitchen and q-tips and makeup wipes in the bathroom.

The view of the beach from the balcony and lounge area was absolutely stunning. We stayed during a storm and the view totally made up for the cold weather. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful beach house. We’d love to return.

We had an amazing relaxing stay. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything needed for a beach holiday. The outside areas are wonderful with plenty of seating areas for relaxing in sun or eating outside in the shade. We willdefinitely return

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Flagler. The place was in an amazing location, the pool pristine and accommodations met all our needs for a family of 7. The location is fantastic - walkable to restaurants, ice cream and coffee close by. My request to management group would be to communicate that essentials such as soap, paper towels, detergent etc would not be on site beyond the courtesy supply with more ample time (include in posting) and was disappointed the table & chairs removed on porch - the Adirondack’s were difficult for the elder folks in our party and that is all that’s included on property.

Bodacious beach front. View of S beach, river and town....my fave view ever. Photos do not do it justice. Very comfy. Pool broken since hurricane but still great experience. Thank you thank you for sharing. Aj and Scott

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, although we left a day early, due to Hurricane Helene. The host offered to extend our stay a couple days but we had booked reservations out of FL already. The front door sticks a little but we were able to open with no issue. Oceanfront view is awesome! The place is small but sufficient for two people. The bed was very comfortable. We appreciated having two small refrigerators to put our food and drinks in. Ice machine on our floor was out of order though. The location of this condo was close to restaurants and everything we needed. The temp of the pool was very nice and clean as well as access to the beach. Very disappointed in Tiki Bar not serving food and bartender closed down early. We also appreciated having trailer parking and two vehicle parking passes as we requested. Norman was very responsive to all our needs. We would stay here again!

Words can’t say enough about the location. Right across A1A is the ocean, the unit is located on the 2nd story. Plenty of room for 4 people and a great apartment layout. The bathrooms need remodeled but everything else was absolutely fantastic. This area will definitely be on our visit again list! Vickie is a fabulous host and set everything up well and provided all the details we needed for a comfortable stay! We stayed the month of January 2025.

This is hands down the nicest place I have stayed in Daytona over the years and we will be returning! Loie was so nice and helpful and made the whole experience extremely pleasant! Nick, the property manager was also super nice and helpful! I cannot praise them all enough! Gorgeous views from the balconies, every amenity you could possibly need, and super clean and well kept. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. It felt like being at home!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. There were plenty of beds to accommodate our large group. We had some issues with the hot tub heating but the daily morning walks on the beach at sunrise were priceless! Excellent location, great restaurants close by, safe and cozy! We highly recommend!

Wonderful stay in New Smyrna Beach. Close to shopping, beach, restaurants and theme parks in Orlando area. Erich and Jenn were very easy to communicate with. The home was roomy, comfortable and very clean.

Blue Marlin was exactly as described and very comfortable. Tobin was very helpful when the lock was not letting us in, with a new code and by sending someone to change the batteries the next day so we had no more issues. The area is beautiful and a short walk to the beach. We all agreed we would go back in a heartbeat

Primo property! Exceptional condo with all the luxuries of a vacation home. We were provided an easy, accurate list of entry codes etc. Use of their beach chairs was an added plus to this peaceful property! Great ocean location (no cars on the beach). Many thanks to our hosts!

If you enjoy the peace and serenity of the Ocean, it doesn’t get any better than this place. If you want fancy amenities with spacious living quarters, not a good fit. We prefer the perfect quiet view in an area that feels like your own Beach/Ocean access! We will be back!!!!

Luxurious house in the center of all the action! Group of 8 had so much fun on our New Smyrna Beach vacay thanks to this lovely home! Three teenagers stayed on the second floor and kept very different hours – we didn't hear them at all! We had three teenage girls in the guesthouse as well which I believe is rented separately, but worth it. No detail is spared & every accommodation is thought of, included and working. Loved the rooftop for both sunrises and sunsets – we didn't miss a single one! We can't wait to return.

Cecilia’s place is a beautiful home that answers every ask you could come up with both inside and out. From the garage to the third floor every amenity anyone could want is available and ready. The ocean views put you at the top of the Flagler beach ocean skyline and leave everyone staring as they pass by while you’re enjoying being at home on your private balcony.

Great host, definitely someone I will be checking back with.

Bel emplacement avec superbe vue sur la plage et sur la mer. Appartement un peu vieillissant mais très bien entretenu et propre. Parfait emplacement pour se rendre rapidement à notre activité du weekend, le Daytona 500. Fonctionnel et approprié pour ce type de séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation.
