Amazing condo! It was spotless and absolutely as advertised. Lot's of space and privacy for each guest. So relaxing!! Easy access to the pool and beach. The beach wasn't over crowded. The waves don't beat you up. I wish we would have came here years ago. Tons of great restaurants for any taste. Orlando is only an hour drive, so that opens up even more to do. Mary Ann was responsive and helped us out with a change in our flight plans.We will definitely rebook for next year!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The condo was beautifully stocked with everything we needed, making it feel like a home away from home. The first-floor location was so convenient, with easy access to the pool, hot tub, and grill area. The pool area itself was fantastic—plenty of lounge chairs, never too crowded, and overall very peaceful. The beach was just steps away, and we loved watching the breathtaking sunrises each morning. The building and grounds were impeccably maintained—everything was clean and well-kept. We also enjoyed dining at the restaurant on the pier, which was just a short walk away. Communication with the owner was excellent, making the entire experience seamless. We highly recommend this Airbnb and can’t wait to return for another perfect getaway!

Chris was a wonderful host who was easy to communicate with and provided everything we needed. I would recommend 10/10 and would definitely go back and rent with Chris again! My family had a wonderful vacation!

We were very happy with our stay...unbeatable location and value for us. Catherine was willing to let us check in a couple of hours early. We had a bit of a hiccup getting in the front gate but Catherine was readily available to help us and the rest of our stay was great. I'm hopeful we can schedule another stay next year.

James place at Wyndham OceanWalk was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. The beach front location was beautiful and the pools were great! It was clean, nicely decorated and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Melody‘s place. It’s very close to the beach and the beds were comfortable, plus, it was nice to have our dog with us. It was clean and overall enjoyable, especially for the price.

Was a nice location right across the street from the beach very clean would stay there again we had a great time celebrating my father in-law 100th birthday with no worries about where we was staying hope I can book this place again thanks so much Lisa

We had an awesome time at the Salty Pelican Beach House. Anne Marie answered every question I threw her way, even before I hit “book.” After I reserved, she sent a super helpful guide to the house and to New Smyrna, and she even let us check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. The living room and kitchen are wide-open and roomy, with plenty of seats for our crew of five people. The kitchen has everything: Ninja blender, air fryer toaster oven, tons of plates, cups, and utensils. Outside there’s a nice fire pit area, though we didn’t hang there much. Best part? The beach is about a five-minute walk. We loved staying at the Salty Pelican and I’d book it again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely beautiful property, location was great right by the beach and within walking distance to grocery store, we thought the place was great very clean and spacious, Amazing host, we love our stay here, would definitely book again!

This place was the cleanest place I’ve stayed at. It was very comfortable and friendly. Plenty of amenities and a welcome basket of strawberries. The screen porch and patio are wonderful. And the beach is close! You can’t go wrong staying here!

We enjoyed staying at Lukasz’s place for some R&R and beach and family time. He was very responsive to our messages as well. Our pup was relaxing with us as well and we enjoyed our walks through the neighborhood with easy access to backyard. We enjoyed our stay and will likely come back again as this place was very peaceful with serene surroundings and close to all our fave restaurants.

Donald’s place was perfect for my friend and I to have a relaxing week in sunny Florida. His unit is as described and met all our needs. The location is ideal if you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway.

Dariya was very responsive to any and all needs / questions. The pool house was spotless and quite comfortable. I suggest adding more lamps to the living area space, but overall it was great!

Place was very spacious, clean and close to everything. Was very close to many attractions. Neighbors were friendly. Host was very responsive to questions we had within minutes. Would definitely like to book again next year.

The view from the room was fantastic! The rooms were well maintained and the beds were very comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed and was very clean. The property manager was exceptional at keeping the grounds clean and organized. The beach and pool area was always well kept. Patricia was responsive to our emails and over all my family and I had a great spring break! We would definitely go back.

What a wonderful week we had! I loved being able to start each day with a walk on the beach and a swim in the saltwater pool. The place was immaculate. The neighbors were all very friendly, especially those out walking the dogs. I loved how quiet and peaceful the area is. I will definitely stay here again if I travel to New Smyrna Beach.

This Airbnb is a fantastic, family friendly, perfect location! Literally steps from the ocean and a very short walk to a little park with beautiful views of the intercoastal waterway. Not to mention morning views of manatee and dolphins and evening views of dolphins and sunsets. We would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you Jason and Sarah❤️

The location of this condo is perfect, directly across the street from the ocean. The king bed was very comfortable and the space was perfect for our family of 4!

We had a great time at Hope’s condo. Great location next to the ocean, woke up every morning and watched the sunrise over the Atlantic. The place was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. Close to many great restaurants and grocery stores.
