Staying at this cabin in the mountains at, was truly a dream come true. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, with clear instructions that made everything effortless. From the moment we arrived, we felt at peace. The cabin is beautifully designed, cozy, and felt just like home. One of the most magical moments was spotting a kangaroo right outside the cabin at night! Waking up to breathtaking mountain views and the sounds of nature was simply amazing. We would absolutely love to stay again!

WOW!!! Absolutely stunning amazing beautiful. I was a bit disappointed it was raining but….. when i woke up in the morning I’m glad was raining as the rainforest around the house took my breath away, it was relaxing and peaceful and I’m so glad it rained. The place it self felt like home and we really enjoyed the pool table and Wii for the kids. The house had it all and i couldn’t be happier!

George's sandstone cowboy mansion is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and sink into tranquility. Nestled away from the hustle bustle, you can soak in the tub and listen to the serenade of cicadas or hunker down in the leather lounges for hours of book reading amongst Western memorabilia. Our greyhound enjoyed the space and privacy as much as we did. Our teenager survived without WiFi, spoilt with her own suite and having brought enough art supplies to keep herself entertained.

We loved our family stay with my elderly parents at Denise's place. It was spacious , homely and really peaceful. Lovely crisp sheets and furniture that was comfortable and homely. Loved the kookaburra coming to visit us too.

Great location, the photos really don’t do it justice. Bev was helpful and responsive. Everything was neat and tidy. Great space for the family. The view from every window in the house was incredible. highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.

Highest recommendation possible for Armando & his gorgeous home. We had issues with another airbnb & Armando was very understanding & accommodating last minute. Our teens were surprised & delighted to find A had left some chocolate bars for our arrival, a thoughtful treat after our holiday disruption. The peaceful and well thought out gardens, complete with water feature & large goldfish really are amazing. The home & beds are very comfortable, tastefully decorated. The ducted air conditioning made the difference in the heat, with sleeping and during the day when we were resting after being out at the beaches, shopping 5 mins up the road at Westfield Kotara, op shopping at various vintage 2nd hand stores, finding bubble tea or visiting Taronga Zoo in Sydney. There's so much to do and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Having 2 showers with toilets & a bath is always helpful. This home truly is amazing, as is Armando. Grab some cooking oil, your food & luggage & enjoy this home!

We loved our stay in the cottage, on route to NSW. So many wonderful antiques and fun decor. The breakfast provisions were great. Our Labrador loved the property and the set up is perfect for pets. Highly recommended.

Hazel and Owen are exceptional hosts. They take great pride in their home and made sure we had everything we needed. We originally booked for 6 weeks but ended up staying for over 10 weeks while we looked for a long term rental. Hazel and Owen were extremely flexible and supportive during this time. Their communication was great too. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Timbersands.

Anneke's home is the perfect place for a family or for a group of friends wanting to have a lovely relaxing break. The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. From the well appointed kitchen, comfy living and bedrooms to all the items needed for activities on land and in the creek. Games, toys, SUPs , kayaks, pool noodles, bikes, sport sets and the list goes on. With shops, pizza and tavern across the road and town a short walk away, Anneke's house ticks all the boxes.

We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. The unit and the area is very peaceful, and the outlook across the paddocks is lovely from the verandah. Bronwyn was a kind and attentive host, we had everything we needed and we had a lovely stay.

Great location, very walkable to all the shops and the beach. The house and gardens ticked all the boxes for our dogs and even our young grandchildren for an overnight during our stay. Jeanette’s communication was also very good. Would definitely stay again A+++++

This is a really nice place to stay in Pottsville and you can actually walk to the beach (the creek). It’s been thoughtfully decorated and we found it very comfortable and cosy, with plenty of places to sit indoors and outdoors. I was able to stow my ocean ski on the front deck, out of sight, which was great, and we made use of the bicycles and took the beach chairs to the nearby beach. Sally provided all the instructions we needed to operate things — they were always discreetly tucked in a drawer or folder instead of plastered to a wall, but we always found them without any difficulty! I can highly recommend this lovely beach house and you can be assured that Sally is a great host.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at Marja and Tony’s cozy cottage located on their farm next to their house. Perfect get-away for us and our dog Otis who had a lovely time in the private little garden belonging to the cottage. Loved the cottage with its modern bathroom and a wood heater in case it gets a bit cool at night. Nice walking through their property to the creek , we even threw in a fishing line. Great area to explore the Upper Murray from, close to Cooryong and walking. distance to the Cudgewa pub which only opens on Fridays. Leave your high heels behind to enjoy the rural loveliness and country hospitality . A couple of horses that enjoyed an apple or two and plenty of cows complete the picture . Marja, Tony and their lovely hounds are there if you need them and at the same time it feels private enough. Lovely place to stargaze and look at the Southern Cross and Milky Way from the cottage garden .

Easily the best airbnb I’ve stayed in! So perfect for larger families / friends. Bella was incredibly responsive. The place has been designed amazingly!

Had an amazing and relaxing stay! Place is spotless and as described, David and Jen had excellent communication and were friendly but gave us our own space.

Great location - walking distance to the Husky Pub, local eateries, shops and more. Right across the road from beach, river, cruises, etc. Nice 2 bedroom, comfy beds, various pillows to choose from. Heated plunge pool was perfect for afternoon relaxing. Wifi onsite No aircon but large ceiling fans in the bedrooms and the lounge room. Off street parking in the drive way as well. Would book it again.

We had a fabulous stay and the house was a perfect set up for our family getaway with the little things that had been considered such as, having a high chair there, kids books and some toys. The lockable storage for our bikes was also great. Host was lovely and communicated really well. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I booked Luke’s property at the last minute to celebrate my partner’s birthday. It was such a beautiful property, with everything we needed for an amazing weekend away. If you’re looking to unwind this is the place for you!

We stayed here for 2 nights for a wedding 5 mins away, a perfect location for our family. It was a very hot weekend so the pool and the air conditioning was very much appreciated! Our host, Therese, was so prompt in answering messages and full of helpful information, especially regarding EV charging. the cottage itself was perfectly sized with everything we needed. Highly recommended!

Perfect house for a big family holiday! 6 adults and 1 tween - plenty of space for everyone! Loved the open layout of the house and all the lovely windows! We made great use of the pool and we loved the short stroll to the beautiful Macmasters Beach. The pool & ping pong table got a lot of use with our crew and provided hours of entertainment! Would happily stay again anytime!
