we stopped in at Mariea's place for a last minute trip up the river and stayed in the cabin. it was fantastic very clean and tidy, had all of the amenities that we required as a family of 4. Mariea was so friendly and accommodating. would highly recommend anyone looking for accommodation in the area to pop in to Aintree farm..

Tucked in a tranquil and quiet spot with a spotless bathroom in another section, the Ovens river just minutes walk from the airbnb, and the city centre just a few minutes drive, my stay at Pachamama was such a memorable experience that I’ll remember for years to come. Katie and Jean-Louis were responsive, friendly and welcoming hosts, and the caravan was fully equipped to be able to cook basic meals. I was worried it would get cold at night but with the windows closed it was perfectly insulated and warm. I also loved the outdoor table and bench just outside the caravan so we could eat or have a cup of tea sitting there. Overall the experience was exactly what I expected and wanted :)

Patricia’s place was absolutely beautiful. The views of the lake are stunning - better than what the pictures can even show. The house was clean and homely, and it had everything we needed for our visit. The additional caravan accomodation was just as nice as the house. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks for having us. Five stars.

We had a fantastic time staying in the air stream. It was exceptionally clean and perfect for our stay. Our 11 year old son came after granny decided that she couldn't cope for 3 days. I contacted Suzie to ask if it was OK, Suzie immediately contacted me with the OK. We would definitely be happy to come back to stay again. Suzie and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks heaps for having us.

Fantastic location that is only steps to the beach. The elevated house lovely beautiful, airy and quaint. Very comfortable for two couples and a couple small dogs.

Cozy Stay at Kalaru Caravan Our stay at Kalaru Caravan was a wonderful nature retreat! Though tiny, the caravan was comfortable, and the beautiful surroundings made it truly special. We loved the short walk to the river and the peaceful atmosphere. The BBQ facility made our night extra special, and in the morning, we enjoyed watching the farm animals being fed. For those who love camping, there’s also a stunning campsite on the property. A perfect spot for a relaxing getaway in nature!

Consider us charmed! Absolutely loved our stay in Flo so much so that we extended another night. It was the perfect getaway with our dog during a heatwave. The sandy beach on the lake, just a minute walk from the accommodation was our biggest highlight - we had the beach all to ourselves over 3 days. The option of using the paddleboard and canoe was a bonus. We also loved the outdoor bath - ideal for relaxing and spotting shooting stars. This is the ideal getaway to slow down and switch off. Make sure to bring plenty of food for cook ups on the bbq. Billy the border collie was gorgeous and very friendly towards our dog. We plan to return! Gaby and Lindsay were lovely and very accommodating hosts.

Ryan and his family were wonderful hosts and so accommodating, with two lovely children that made friends with our son and two super friendly dogs that loved playing with our dog. The bus was super comfortable and a really fun and unique place to stay and the town of jindabyne is a beautiful town and we will definitely love to stay again

Loved the vintage caravan. It was a perfect little getaway for my daughter and I and my two small grandchildren. Outdoor space was perfect for adults and kids. And just outside the gate a short walk to the shops and beach. There is a great little cafe right on the beach!

Loved Crescent Moon and Gudy and Kev were lovely. The caravan was super sweet, homey, off grid and had such a great feel. We also pitched a tent for the kids next to the caravan and it was perfect. Free firewood and access to the beach was great. Also super dog friendly x we loved it and would stay again in a heart beat.. it was also nice and private and quiet xx

I absolutely loved my stay in this gorgeous caravan .The cosy comfortable space was exactly what I needed to unwind.The lovely walk to town across the river is scenic and relaxing and the price was so reasonable .Frances is a delightful host , warm and welcoming going beyond and above to make me feel at home.

We loved our stay with Jodie and Sean. They’re both very welcoming and friendly. The RV was clean and tidy. We never had any issues with power/hot water. The surrounding area is GORGEOUS with the river just 2 minutes away from the RV. Highly recommended.

The bus is a beautiful place to stay, we had sweeping views of an incoming storm, a nice fire in the evening. Beautiful property for some time alone, away from the hustle and bustle of regular life. We loved the bath tub with the view of the forest.

I've stayed at the Railroad Park in Shasta CA and know all about these types of accommodations. The reviews are accurate and it's a bit rustic but overall fantastic. We did have some issues that the host resolved quickly and amicably. No heat in the main section, only at each end in each room but my room heat did not work nor was there a space heater, at 42C in the early morning, I was under 3 blankets. There are 3 barbecue grills, 2 are rusted and the third one wouldn't ignite. Eat in town. There is no dedicated workspace. A table, chair, outlet and wifi do not mean dedicated workspace. That needs to have a neutral background and free of noise and distractions. The only area is the main living area which is shared with whomever you are with and will be subject to their noise. I am a digital nomad so this matters to me. If you are just vacationing then no biggie. Otherwise the place is very serene unique and generally comfortable, we enjoyed our stay. 5 stars

We absolutely loved our stay here!! It’s super cosy! I didn’t realise the toilet was kinda outside and around a corner - which didn’t bother us at all. The toilet does have a lot of insects and frogs in it of a night time - which we were not bothered by, it adds to the experience! But I would hate for someone to stay here and be freaked out and hurt any of the little guys… Rebel was super lovely!!and accommodating! And fully respectful of our privacy too. Really grateful we found this - we loved our stay (2 nights)
