AK was such a wonderful host, we arrived before our check in time and he graciously allowed us to leave our luggage with him until the place was ready. Same with the checkout process, as he was willing to hold onto our luggage for a few hours after checkout. The location is amazing, right in the heart of Ximending with lots and lots to do. Right next to a popular spot for Crispy Milk Donuts too!! The building had an elevator that takes you to the 11th floor and all amenities were great. The shower was nice and warm, shampoo and body wash included, along with a washing machine and laundry powder. The only con is that we encountered a cockroach but were able to kill it.

Very convenient location! There are few great local restaurants in walking distance. The place is very spacious and Leo was a great host, checking with us every so often to ask us how we are doing.

Johnson's place was listed accurately. The place was clean and quiet, and very close to convenience stores (711/familymart/watson) and a few other breakfast places and restaurants. The only slight "downside" is that it's around 15 minutes walk to the train station, but we just ended up cabbing or taking the bus to the station. We stayed for almost two weeks visiting relatives and enjoyed it greatly. The listing is also on the second floor, so if you have large luggages you will need to carry them up through a narrow staircase.

Nearly perfect Airbnb. Great communication, perfect location, and amazing price. Duncan's place is quaint, cozy, and comfortable. check in was easy and Duncan was more than responsive throughout our stay. he truly set a new standard for me regarding what it means to be a host. Thank you for having us!

Jason was an incredible host. He was fast to respond, which was great because when we arrived it was late night and raining. The Airbnb was incredibly clean and he was so thoughtful to leave snacks and drinks out for us. Every morning, he would bring us the most delicious breakfast that we would enjoy in front of the window looking out at the magical view of the mountains and ocean, you could even see the famous tea house from our place. We would have ate outside at the table if it hadn’t been raining the whole time while we were there. It was within walking distance to everywhere! 10/10 Airbnb and host!

Outstanding apartment! Very calm neighborhood in toucheng with private parking in front of the house. At the same time very convenient for moving around between yilan, the northern coast, and taipeh. The apartment was very clean and spacey. We also appreciated very much the self-check-in.

My living experience is great.

Safety: This room is on the second floor, felt very safe. There was a security person downstairs from morning until night time, and he was very friendly. Natalie was quick to respond to concerns, kind and courteous. Ammenities: In room washer/dryer was very useful, and the heating in bathrooms helped keep the room less humid. Wished there were screens on windows so we could get some fresh air without mosquito attacks. The spring bed was uncomfortable, and did not help my sciatica. Natalie later informed me I could ask for tatami mats to help harden the bed, so be sure to ask for possible accomodations. Accessibility: Couldnt have been happier of the location. Being right next to Da'an station (red line) was the best thing about this place. Neighborhood: We came during a 4 day holiday in Taiwan, so many stores were not open until night time. The proximity to Da'an forest park was great, and it felt very safe to walk about as this is a busy downtown area.

Comfortable stay, nice clean modern bathrooms. Washer and dryer were super helpful. Very good location and great size house for a family.

My honest review: HOST: Very responsive and helpful. Terrence even arranged a private transpo for us from the airport to Ximending coz my dad couldn't walk due to a terrible leg pain. LOCATION: Literally just a minute walk from Ximen Station. Very strategic location coz it's within the bustling Ximending area. ROOM: Generally clean and cozy. No unusual odor and pretty spacious for 3-4 guests. Despite being at the heart of Ximending, the room is surprisingly quiet. AMENITIES: Everything is fully functional. The homestay had the best shower. And it's really a plus that a microwave and a washer are available for use. CHECK-IN & OUT: Smooth and hassle-free. The host, Terrence, will personally meet you and guide you to the homestay. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this place to those who want to have a comfy and convenient stay in Taiwan. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🇵🇭🇹🇼

Always a pleasure to stay at John & Annie’s place whenever we visit Taipei! Perfect location and easy access to multiple MRT lines, trains, buses, underground malls, shopping malls and endless selection of foods near by! We will definitely be back!

除了床对180cm的大男生有点短，其他一切都很是非常优秀的住宿体验。

Lynn was very friendly and responsive to my questions, one of which was even my own misunderstanding of how the hot water worked. She not only responded quickly but also made sure I felt comfortable enjoying the accommodation the place provided. The unit was very clean. The washer and dryer provided great convenience for people with longer stay needs. The loft could sleep two, but I mainly stayed on the main floor and slept on the sofa bed which I had no problem. The security people at the entrance foyer were very professional and friendly. The neighborhood was convenient yet quiet and safe. There were a lot of small stores, local restaurants, a big park and Mitsui Outlet all within walking distance. The transportations to Taipei City or Taoyuan airport were convenient too. There were different bus routes and MRT to take. I had a wonderful 2 week stay there and would recommend this place if you plan to stay in Linkou.

Had a great 5 nights stay. House was clean and spacious. The location is well located near Taipei Main station. Host was very responsive to messages. Will definitely stay at one of the host’s apartment when I’m back to Taiwan!

整體環境很優美 入住時也很貼心的提醒東西的使用方法 房間乾淨整潔也很漂亮 落地窗外的景色也很棒沒有外物打擾 有洗脫烘的滾筒洗衣機可以洗衣服很棒 電視可以手機連線播放很方便 雙人床躺下去很舒適躺下去睡的很熟 電燈是觸控式的不會有開關很大聲的問題 有飲用水的水龍頭可以使用省去了買水的問題 最最最重要的是退房完後東西沒有拿 房東人很好願意幫忙尋找跟保留讓我們去拿 真的很感謝🥹 下次再來宜蘭玩的時候會優先考慮再次入住的！

I use Airbnb a lot but this one was special. Alison always helped me out with any issue I had. Since I stayed at his place for 3 month, I wanted to feel at home and I absolutely did. For example I’m used to softer beds as they are common in Germany and the mattress was a bit harder. I ask if he maybe has a topper or something and he immediately ORDERED one for me. I’ve never ever expected that. Everything was perfectly fine. Also the area was really nice and it has a lot of little restaurants and so on, because it’s located near medical university. I loved my stay! Thank you Alison 🫶

we had such a great time in Jiufen, and most of it was due to our stay at Yu's apartment and her wonderful recommendations and helpful tips. The apartment was nicely renovated while keeping lots of the character of the old structure and we loved the view of the town below. The stairs around town are no joke but we had great fun exploring Jiufen, especially early morning and later when all the crowds went home. highly recommend if you want to get a taste of atmospheric Jiufen to stay longer.

交通非常方便，房間設備都與描述相符，所需要的一應俱全，房東也非常積極主動，之後再到台北的話會考慮繼續租。

地點真的很棒，陽台就可以看到龜山島伴著日出／月升，晚上海面上滿滿作業漁船彩色的燈光，高樓層海浪聲音剛剛好，是助眠的白躁音，床墊軟但舒適。附腳踏車騎捷徑很快就可以到蘭陽博物館，沿途微風+美景，是一次很療癒身心的旅程。

Lovely place with private lift. Convenient for family and especially with elderly.
