Renta de lofts vacacionales en New Taipei

This is my second stay at Paul’s Airbnb. Aside from everything I mentioned in my first review (September 2020), I will say that Paul’s cancellation policy is incredibly flexible (as of this writing). With my flights being cancelled/rescheduled a few times due to the pandemic, this flexibility was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again!

Absolutely a pleasure. We stayed at their new location because she thought it would be more convenient for us to get to (and she was right). She was so helpful and even came out to meet us and responded right away when we couldn’t find it (our fault). You can’t beat the location. She also let us store our luggage after check out. I will be back for a third time next time we are in the area. I cannot recommend Happy House B&B enough. Also, Perfect location for going to Jiufen, Shifen, and the cat village. 🥰

깔끔하고 예뻐요. 무엇보다 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 도보 5분 내에 아종면선을 비롯한 시먼딩의 모든 맛집이 있고 까르푸, PX마트, 편의점, 스타벅스 등 전부 한 블록 내에 있어요. 온수도 짱짱하게 나오고 수압도 엄청 셉니다. 타올이 얄팍한 1회용 수건이긴 한데 보기보다 쓰기 괜찮았어요. 침대가 복층에 위치해서 다리 불편하신 분들만 주의하시면 될 것 같습니다.

Great Stay with Minor Inconveniences 1. The Airbnb is conveniently located near Ximen Station, yet it remains quiet at night. 2. As mentioned by other guests, the unit is spread across two levels—12 and 13. The elevator only goes up to level 12, and level 13 is accessible via stairs. 3. The space comfortably accommodated our group of 10, with plenty of extra beds available, making it suitable for even larger groups. 4. The only downside was the bathroom on level 12, which frequently got clogged despite us not flushing any trash or toilet paper. However, the owner was very responsive and helped unclog it whenever needed. Fortunately, with three bathrooms in total, we had alternatives. Overall, it was a pleasant stay! The unit was well-equipped with drinking water and other amenities, making it a comfortable choice for our trip. Plus point, the washing machine at level 12's room also has dryer functions.

Great location next to MRT and 101. Tons of food close by, from restaurants to night market to 101/Breeze. Host is very responsive. Good value for a stay in a great area of Taipei. Do note that bathroom and shower is on the small size, and water pressure can be improved.

My flight got in at 5:30 am in the morning and Lirong was very kind to allow a very early check in time. We needed an extra mattress and Lirong came back a few hours later with a brand new mattress! The place was very clean. She provided many extra things to make it feel like home-- extra instant coffee packs, tissue paper packs, toothbrushes and a full size toothpaste, extra cleaning supplies. We cooked breakfast and lunch for a good portion of our two week stay. There is a great supermarket just around the corner with fresh vegetables, fruits, meats, anything you want. The kitchen is stocked with pans, utensils, cooking oil and basic spices. It's very close to the MRT station. We will be back again.

We had an amazing time staying in this place. It has everything we needed - near Ximen walking district, peaceful area, secured building, great and very responsive hosts, comfortable soft beds, complete appliances and very clean unit. We felt right at home! No wonder the place is almost fully booked. If you are sensitive to traffic noise, or tall, you may be a bit bothered - location is along main roads and the ceiling is loft type (low). It worked just fine with us though. My kids totally loved the interior! and being a clean freak myself, I was satisfied with its cleanliness. 100% recommended! We’ll stay here again, no hesitations. Plus, it has an elevator. 💯

Perfect apartment for our stay in Taiwan. Location is perfect, the room was clean and cozy so we really enjoyed our time there. Everything as described and communication with the host was easy.

Wonderful stay at Sheila's apartment, which was as described and shown in the listing. It is clean, comfortable, and peaceful. There were plenty of towels, sheets, pillows, tissues, etc. Communication was seamless. The location is excellent with instant access to Songshan rail, MRT, and bus depot making it quick to get to other parts of the city. Sometimes there is scooter noise that came through the windows, but as a city person I quickly got used to this. I found the floor mattress to be very comfortable and took note of the brand. The shades are not blackout, although the apartment does not get much sunlight due to the surrounding buildings. You can log in to YouTube on the TV, use a thumb drive, or watch other channels on MyVideo box. The WiFi and TV usually worked well, but occasionally needed to be reset. Overall, the apartment met my high expectations and I would gladly return.

Best place to stay near Q Square Mall n Taipei Main Station. very easy to travel around from there. Owner is responsive n quick to answer all enquires. Also a lot of Hello Kitty plush. Best for Family. Cheers.

David's place is great. Fantastic location, 3 minutes to the metro station, 7-11, lots cafes and restaurant around, very convenient. The apartment itself is nice and clean, you got everything you need, even a small fridge, washer with dryer, very nice indeed. David is a very good host, good communication, clear instructions for check in. The only downside is people can shut the entrance door quite hard, so can be noisy sometimes. Otherwise perfect place for couple to stay.

Super adorable loft. Place is pretty clean as well. Loved that the TV was a smart TV so I could watch Netflix, making the experience super cozy.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Eğer Taipei şehrine gelirseniz mutlaka bu airbnb evinde kalmalısınız. Ev fotoğraflarda ki gibiydi. Sadece görünenden biraz daha ufak :) Taipei şehrinin merkezinde, restaurant, alışveriş, sokak dansları ve aklınıza gelecek her şeyi bu muhitte bulabilirsiniz. Çok güzel eve giriş sunumu hazırlamışlar. Pdf formatında tarafınıza gönderiliyor. Aklınızda hiçbir soru işareti kalmıyor. Evin içerisinde valizinizin ağırlığını ölçebileceğiniz bir tartı aleti var. En iyisi kablosuz internet hizmeti sunması. Yanınıza alıyorsunuz ve tüm tayvan ülkesinde sınırsız internetiniz oluyor. Her şeyi çok güzel düşünmüşler. Tekrar yolum buraya düşerse kalmak isteyeceğim bir ev. Evin içerisinde tek ihtiyaç masa ve sandalye. Sanırım metrekarenin az olmasından dolayı bunlar sığmadı. Her zaman tavsiye edebileceğim güzel bir airbnb evi. Best Landlords.

Nice host, great location, small cute spot.

It was easy to find. The host met us and gave us directions. She even went out of her way the next day to guide us to the amenities that the air bnb offered. It was a great gesture and she was quick to respond!

Owners are kind and helper, well communication with chinese and English. Furniture is very well organized and tidy.

This is the first time I've stayed in a room so comfortable! Phillips is very kind and friendly, and the room is filled with thoughtful amenities and clever touches that show great attention to detail. Above all, the room is clean and easy to use, and it's conveniently close to the station. I also loved being able to hang laundry on the rooftop! I would like to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Had a wonderful stay, Phillips is the perfect host. The place was so clean and he even stocked it with toilet paper, shampoo, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, and more; even some fruits and drinks in the fridge. I had everything I needed, from dishes to towels to laundry liquid. He always responded instantly to any messages I sent and during the big earthquake he had messaged me within a few minutes to make sure I was okay. Upon check-in he was waiting outside the apartment to greet me and proceeded to show me everything I needed to know, including how to work the washing machine. Everything in the apartment was functioning correctly and most things were brand new. I recommend this place to anyone coming to Taipei, especially students as it's a 5 minute walk to NTNU. Phillips really goes out of his way to do everything he can to make your stay as good as it can be, 5*

We enjoyed our three week stay, was a convenient spot and great value for money.

호텔도 다비싸고 그럴바엔 에어비앤비가 낫게다 싶어서 묵었던 숙소! 생각보다 깔끔하고 괜찮아서 친구들과 가성비있게 지내고 싶다하면 좋은 것 같습니다. 호스트님도 너무 친절하시고 사진도 잘 되어 있어서 전혀 무리없이 할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 위치 진짜 좋고 세탁기 있는게 최고!

A few minutes walk from the MTC at NTNU, I stayed with Philips for a number of months, he was always super helpful, responsive, and friendly. Place is great, inside the Shida night market, lots of great food, close to a metro, overall great place. If I come back to Taipei would stay again! Thanks!!

It was super cute and cozy! I loved the mirror. The space was a little small, but enough. Philips was responsive and accommodating. I would stay again :)

房東很友善，會幫忙佔停車位和推薦附近美食，也有贈送在地農產品。房間有點舊，沒有電視機，有家的感覺，房源需要爬坡，但可以看到海，推薦大家假日來放鬆。
