We had a great time! lovely place with all the amenities ! I would highly recommend this place to anyone! Perfect bunk beds for the kids!

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

We had a great stay in Keene. Ruth is a fantastic hostess. Her house is just close enough to Main Street to keep it a walkable distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. The house is a nice cozy spot that was big to accommodate my whole family meeting up for a fun winter weekend in Keene. I would stay there again without hesitation

We had a very relaxing stay. Plenty of space to stretch out. Located within 10-15 min. of Keene State activities, the purpose of our trip. Bryan was a wonderful host. Very responsive. Instructions were clear, directions very helpful. Everything we needed!!

My family and I truly enjoyed our time spent at the farmhouse. Everything was as expected from the listing. The pictures do not do justice for the property. It's beautiful and well maintained. The pool was nice, warm, and clean. There are yard games readily available and a nice fire pit area. Brin and Maria are super responsive and left very detailed instructions on the property for you. Everything you need is there minus food, which is a 12-minute drive towards a few different grocery stores. The hill is so fun to roll down, too! Thank you so much!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely beautiful, and everything was spotless. It was clear that a lot of care went into maintaining the space, making it feel very welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Staying here is always a joy for the entire family! It has become an annual tradition that we all look forward to in winter. Thank you for being so accommodating with our schedule and a special thanks to Mitchell for going the extra mile to snow blow a waking path for me and the dogs to keep our daily routine of visiting the horses, after the last storm brought over 13” of snow. We had an amazing family ski weekend at this house! With four young children, finding a place that accommodates everyone can be challenging, but this house was perfect. It had two cribs, which was a huge bonus for us. The open floor plan made it easy to keep an eye on the kids while still enjoying time together as a family. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a day on the slopes, and there was plenty of space for our entire group to spread out and feel comfortable. The location was also fantastic—just a short drive to Mount Sunapee, making it so easy to hit the slopes. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our weekend getaway!

Very comfortable and memorable stay in a BEAUTIFUL location! Even in the winter, the lakefront property was gorgeous. Place was very neatly maintained and well-stocked. The hot tub was an awesome way to end the day. Very peaceful surroundings. Manny was a very proactive, helpful, and accommodating host. We look forward to returning in the summer!

This is an incredibly comfortable and remarkably well equipped lakefront house. Plenty of kitchen supplies and tools to keep the cooks happy, and all of the water gear anyone could ask for. We especially appreciated the large porch overlooking the lake. Close to the busy road (as was described in the listing), but blocked off and made visually private by fencing. Owners incredible, responding almost instantly, warmly, and generously.

My family and I had a great stay here! It was the perfect distance to restaurants, ice cream, apple picking and more. The house has plenty of space to comfortably gather. Even when it was raining we were able to enjoy lake views. We’d definitely recommend for a large group!

I can’t even begin to express my gratitude to Jen for hosting me and my friends this weekend for our annual cabin trip!! Jen was hands down the nicest host we’ve ever had. She was super responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and comfortable stay. One of the kindest gestures was letting us stay an extra two hours after check-out, which really helped us out and meant a lot. Her home was so well-stocked and thoughtfully prepared, it felt like she had anticipated our every need. The kitchen had all the essentials, from spices and seasonings to trash bags and dish soap. She even included card and board games, which we ended up enjoying one night during our stay One of my favorite details was the little notes she left around the house with helpful instructions. It was such a small touch but made a huge difference with our stay. Me and my friends absolutely enjoyed it, you can tell Jen puts a lot of care into hosting. We loved it here!:)

This is my second time staying at Hilary’s home, and for good reason! My family loved gathering by the fireplace everyday, using the hot tub and sauna, and cooking dinners for our group of 8 in the well equipped kitchen every night! Plenty of room for us to spread out. Also love how close it is to the town of Woodstock (adorable with great shopping!) Hilary is very responsive and I am sure we will be back for a 3rd time at some point.

We were happy to get this location as it was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit in the region. Jessica and her team were great in their responsiveness for any questions we had. They went above and beyond to make sure out stay was comfortable and safe. When the drive way was iced over they sent a truck to plow, sand, and salt it to ensure that my older parents did not have to worry about slipping. The house was just as described with the amenities being accessible and clean. We would definitely stay again.

Swallow Hill Manor was beautiful and Dylan was a wonderful host! The house itself is stunning and the surroundings were absolutely idyllic. The property was spacious and appeared just like the listing. I would highly recommend staying here!

I stayed at the Tiny House with my significant other and our dog for a small, private getaway during our anniversary. It was a nice, cozy little home for us which we all enjoyed. It was also great to be right next to a grocery store and near downtown Keene for food and activities.

The space is great for larger parties to sit together and enjoy dinner or hanging out. In the center of town yet quiet and felt like home away from home. The fireplace and access to firewood was great. Chris was friendly to communicate with and responded quickly. We were all very happy with our stay

Another review said to just stop looking elsewhere and book one of Don’s properties. Excellent advice. This is a gem of an estate. Everything was as I had hoped for and more. I very much look forward to going back in other seasons.

Home was warm and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with Kpods and had lots of small appliances to use. His welcome binder was full of useful information. TV Family room was comfortable to hang out with the family and furniture was comfortable. Barbecue grill was a plus for grillig dinner. Home was conveniently close to Mt. Sunappe . We will definitely be returning.

Perfect house to stay in. Plenty of room for the family and so nice to bring the dogs with us! Super close to sunapee and shopping. Vinnie was so wonderful to work with. Very helpful and very responsive. Would totally stay here again!!!

Bryan and Monica are excellent hosts and myself and those who stayed had an awesome experience over the course of the 6 weeks we spent at their location. We would highly recommend staying at their properties and plan on spending more time in the area again soon.
