Superb place , excelent host

We had a great stay. The hot tub was lovely and the location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. We would definitely book again.

everything about the place was as described incredibly happy with my stay. the host was responsive and friendly told us everything we needed to know offered help when we asked, even baked us a cake. The place was spotless, the location was very private so we were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves 100% would stay again

Rachael has a top AirBnB rating because her place is superbly located and thoughtfully set-up. The cottage is very light, spacious, super comfortable and clean, and has all that you could want for a relaxing stay. Standout details are the list of walks and places to eat and drink, the views from the house, the really well equipped kitchen – and not forgetting Rachael’s greeting with a tin of home baked brownies, 2 ponies and 2 dogs! And the stag with antlers running in the next field… We will be booking our next stay at Rachael and Gerry’s cottage soon and hope to book the neighbouring Stables Cottage and superb looking cabin too for a visit with family.

Beautiful stay at the burrow, the barn is gorgeous inside and has everything you need, had a real homely feel and was spotless,we didnt want to leave, the kids loved the hottub, great stay all round ♥️

Absolutely fantastic stay! The flat was spotless—immaculately clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Everything worked perfectly, and the fresh bedding made it feel like a home away from home. It’s a great base for exploring the local area, with plenty of lovely walks and so much to do nearby. The host was excellent, making sure everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway. Can’t wait to return!

An amazing few days away, the cottage nice and warm, spotlessly clean,tranquil and the tonic we both needed, the EV charger a winner, made it so easy as we got back each night to charge, beautiful location with great onsite amenities, a little community and close to all the places we wanted to visit, Bakewell, Ashbourne, Matlock, Chatsworth - kitchen had all the mod-cons and although we didn’t use the honesty shop, well stocked for the items you’ve forgot - a big thankyou, hope to return, next time we’ll have more time to climb the mountain !

We had a fantastic stay at Natalie and Danny’s static caravan! The location was peaceful, and the view was absolutely beautiful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The caravan itself was super clean, cozy, and well-equipped, making it a comfortable stay for me, my girlfriend, my sister, and two small kids. Natalie and Danny were amazing hosts—so helpful, always available, and their communication was excellent, making everything smooth and stress-free. They truly go above and beyond to ensure guests have a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy retreat with great hospitality. We would definitely love to come back!
