Great house with nice size bedrooms, good social space and amazing location near the sea.

Really nice flat with lovely views over Roker Pier and the North Sea. It was very cold when we were there but the flat was warm and cosy. Peter / Helen were very welcoming.

I cannot state enough how friendly and accommodating Yvonne was! Great communication and amazing flat. Everything was spotlessly clean and so warm and comfortable, we felt right at home! Will definitely be returning to stay with these hosts! Thankyou so much ❤️

Beautifully presented apartment within easy walking distance of the train station and Durham city centre. Fully equipped kitchen with good quality appliances, comfy bed with quality bedlinen, and very responsive and helpful hosts. I would stay again if visiting Durham and am happy to recommend.

Absolutely incredible stay just what we needed it was quiet and private and peaceful even for a weekend I loved my stay with my partner and sister in law I will definitely be booking here again so comfortable beds to and the shower was amazing and the kitchen just felt like cooking at home thank you so much Stephen for making it feel like home I will definitely be back again from Scotland :)

Fantastic host, very accommodating, responds to our messages promptly. Dee has gone above and beyond to help us, couldn’t have asked for anything more. The house is lovely, close by to the hospital & town centre, but very quiet & peaceful at night. Couldn’t not fault our experience.

Clean, tidy and well furnished. Exactly as pictured/ described. Great location for enjoying the nightlife. Host was quick to respond and helpful. Property manger was very friendly and helpful. Took us up to the apartment and made sure we were happy with everything before leaving us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I’d rate these people as SUPER HOSTS with their friendly, informative and prompt communications. They supplied a fully documented guide for household equipment which was second to none. Also, simple instructions to gain entrance to property and even advice where to walk our dog. The apartment was immaculate and yet cosy — we had a great stay. Thank you Ben & Sarah

I couldn't recommend Will & Dawn's place more. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The instructions on how to find the place were detailed and Will was proactive in communication, ensuring we knew how to get there. We received a warm welcome on arrival. The place was done out to a very high spec. The pool was also a big draw which our four year old boy particularly enjoyed. The location was a great base for exploring Northumberland. We'll definitely be back

Apartment was absolutely perfect. It felt like we were staying in a friend’s place and every last detail was included. Location couldn’t be better and view across the Tyne was spot on. Communication with Nick was exactly how it should be, personal and fully assisting. In fact it felt like we were dealing with a friend rather than a blank profile as is the case with others. Perfect place to stay for Kyren. Easy walk to the site and even easier to get the market place shuttle. A little noisy in the evening but given that it's right in the centre not bad. Easy check in and good instruction on how to find the place.

Place was really clean and in an amazing location. Could walk to any spot in Newcastle from here!

Our stay was extremely pleasant with everything that we needed - the radiator in front bedroom wasn’t working initially but Alex had it fixed immediately we reported it As we were visiting our son for a few days we used it just as a base and found it very accommodating It was so useful to have an enclosed back yard for the dog Thank you once again for allowing us to base ourselves there - highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying there xo

Norman and Anne were fantastic hosts; truly deserving their superhost status. Excellent communication throughout. A warm, friendly Northern welcome. Apartment exactly as described and a traditional, cosy little gem. Spotlessly clean, parking on drive, quiet surroundings and a good base for our visit to the North-East. A home from home with everything you need to cook if staying in. Great value for money. Would highly recommend and will be 1st choice for any future visits up North.

The property is beautiful but Billy and Gill made our stay extra special. They couldn’t do enough to help us feel at home. The apartment was clean, spacious, warm, safe, cosy and exactly as described. There is a large lounge to relax in with a great range of DVDS, games and books. We also had access to the games room which our boys were intrigued by and found a lovely Pinocchio book, Disney jigsaw puzzle and had a little go on the snooker table. But the stand out was the garden with treehouse, trampoline and ride on toys - our boys were obsessed - it was all perfect for our needs. Nice little extra touches were the welcome treats on arrival for both us and our kids and a bottle milk in the fridge. Billy and Gill always had time to talk and make sure everything was okay for us. I had a treatment with Gill which was amazing and would definitely recommend. Already planning our next trip at Stonelea House - thank you again for letting us stay in your lovely home.

I am thankful to Dushyant for his fantastic and friendly hosting. Dushyant's place is very secure and pleasing. The stay at this place is worth having good discussions and qualitative talks regarding the vacation around. I had a wonderful time at this place. The room as shown in the profile was the same, very up-to-date, crystal clean, and safe. The kitchen and washroom were clean and good to feel homely. Every aspect mentioned in the Airbnb Profile was the same as I experienced. This is rare to find. I would recommend him for the super host. He was genuine and supportive at times of any help. The apartment was well located, close to city centre amenities and bars. Hot tub was switched on for us in advance so was lovely and hot when we wanted to use it! Bedrooms and whole apartment is really well presented and ‘high end’. The hosts had also included milks in the fridge and tea and coffee was also provided. Perfect for the six of us celebrating a birthday together!
