We were 4 Adults with a baby down in Perranporth for 3 days, for a family funeral. The Beach House was just what we needed to recover from the 6 hour journey from Essex and the cosiness made it feel like home from home. It sits at the bottom of a hill, with the town centre and beach just a 5/7 minute flat walk. Communication from Vicky was very informative, friendly and proactive if we had any questions. I would recommend this property and will be looking at coming back either later this year or next year sometime.

Lovely house, spacious, airy and cozy at the same time. Clean, Warm and well equipped property. Kitchen well equipped, lovely welcome gift from the local bakery, and milk, butter and eggs in the fridge. Huge garden, with beautiful sea view, private patio with table and outside seats. Picnic bench and chairs with sea view. Will definitely be returning, thank you for thinking of everything X

Wow just breathtaking views from every room in the house, waking up looking straight onto the sea was just beautiful, the property was modern, clean and had everything we needed. Andrew was a great host and I couldn’t recommended this property enough! We will be back for sure!

Finding a place that housed 7 of us is not always easy but Adam's place was just what we needed. It's a lovely property, well equipped, comfortable and an ideal location from getting to St. Ives and a number of National Trust properties. Needed Adam's help on getting the Heating working (not his fault) and he was straight on the phone to help out which was really appreciated.

Lovely property in a quiet area, conveniently situated for the shops and town. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Sunny conservatory was ideal for breakfast. Gill was very friendly and gave me plenty of info about check in, heating etc

Absolutely loved our stay at The Summer House. Very cosy and homely with stunning views. Very well looked after with comfy beds and nice crisp bedding. We’ve stayed in a lot of cottages in St Mawes and this was by far the best. Thank you, we will definitely stay again.

Really enjoyed the stay. Hot tub was lush, everything was as described quite area and just really peaceful. Would deffinately book again. Thankyou!

The location was perfect as a base for walks and sightseeing in the West Penwith area, as well as for exploring Newlyn. The view from the garden includes rolling fields and and a view out to Mounts Bay. The flat was cosy, clean and warm, and there were plenty of interesting local-themed books to peruse. Tom and Gail were friendly and helpful, and we would happily return.

An excellent place to stay in Mousehole, highly recommended. Lis was extremely helpful and friendly, the flat was very comfortable and clean, and the views spectacular. Looking forward to returning!

We stayed at Vanessa’s to walk the St. Michael’s Way from Lelant to Marazion. The property was perfect for our needs, cosy and comfortable. The kitchen/living area was perfect for an evening cuppa and very well equipped. It was peaceful and had great views. St. Ives is a fabulous place, with amazing beaches (great for cold water swimming in Feb!). We loved the Thai restaurant (recommended by Vanessa - thank you!) and The Sloop Inn (c1312) was a lovely ‘real’ pub with a great atmosphere. Second time staying here on a short break. Laura is a great host, very responsive and always friendly. Apartment is perfectly clean, warm and in a great quiet location with an easy short walk to the beach. 5 minute drive into Falmouth for shops, restaurants. Thanks Laura for the welcome goodies, always appreciated after a long drive.

I had a very cosy, comfortable, restful stay on a stormy, winter weekend in St Ives! Barbara's place was a welcome retreat indeed - especially as it's up the hill away from the main hustle and bustle, in a courtyard set back from the road.

Elaine's home was super, we felt right at home. The view of Carbis Bay was uninterrupted and better than in the photos. It's hard to beat a fresh walk along the sand in the mornings with the waves crashing against the rock face. The cleanliness was top notch and the beds were super comfortable. We would highly recommend for the view and the home from home feel. The train to St Ives is on your doorstep and there is plenty to see and do there for a trip. Thank you Elaine, was just what we wanted from a break away.

Had a brilliant stay. Beach on the door step. Town in walking distance. There really wasn’t anything to want for. A peaceful getaway location from the hustle and bustle of city life.

What a beautiful place - so happy I found this apartment! Quiet, secluded, very comfortable, welcoming, cozy - just perfect! Not easy to find with Google Maps, but the directions Paul gave in advance were helpful. It really is "in the middle of nowhere", but perfectly situated for visiting all the hot spots of Cornwall. Paul was there when we arrived and showed us around. Complete apartment above the garage, with a beautiful garden, a pond, and options for sitting outside and enjoying the quietness (too bad the weather didn't allow that!). Well equipped kitchen, most comfortable mattresses, a powerful shower, Netflix available, everything very lovingly cared for - we would have loved to stay longer! Thank you Paul, your apartment was one of the best I've ever been to. Hope to come back some time!!!

We had a great few days staying in the apartment, we appreciated being able to park right outside and then hardly using the car for the next few days. A short walk to the train station for the stunning journey into St Ives. We also walked all along North Quay and around the Towans the kids especially enjoyed running up and down the dunes. The woodburner was just what we needed to warm us up after some blustery winter walks, and we were very cosy in the apartment, would love to return in the summer so we could make use of the terrace too. Really responsive hosts who provided some great local recommendations, thank you

A very handy, well appointed apartment just right for a couple. Damian is welcoming and helpful. Fresh coffee beans and grinder were a very welcome factor! Comfy bed, great location, handy parking and dog friendly. What more could one possibly need?!

A beautiful little spot in an absolutely stunning location - a short walk to the beach and cafes and bars of Porthtowan. The Annex is really clean and cosy with everything you need for a mini break. We’ll be back!

Absolutely stunning apartment, huge shower and a bathroom the size of some bedrooms. This place looks stunning in the photos, I can confidently say it’s better in real life. Very high end high spec fittings throughout.

Such a beautiful apartment, so conveniently located. The place was super clean and then host was super helpful. You can even hear the sea from bedroom as you fall asleep. We live in Cornwall anyway and this was one of the best value for money places we’ve visited.

Beautiful apartment, right on the beach. Caroline & Adam have made so much effort to make this a wonderful home. The bed is so comfortable, with crisp white linen. The location is perfect in itself and also for visiting the many amazing beaches, Padstow & St Ives. We would love to stay again ☺️
