Great place to stay for the whole family. It was cozy, quiet and very walkable. Only steps from the beach and amazing restaurants. The home is nicely furnished and has everything you need to feel right at home. Greta was very responsive and made sure we had everything we need for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend it.

The space was perfect for the two of us and our pooch. Unbelievable location. We parked the car out front, and walked almost everywhere. Perfect location. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean, as was the bathroom, with a wonderful shower head that was perfection. We look forward to staying again. WE LOVE THE AREA and the rental!

We had a great stay. The unit was clean and comfortable. The location was top notch - we loved being in walking distance of so many things. The free parking on the property was so convenient. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family!

Kim's place is just lovely, warm, clean and right on the sand. She was very responsive and friendly, would definitely stay again! Such a peaceful getaway with everything I needed and more.

Blake & Brenda’s place was perfect for my requirements. It looks as beautiful as in the pictures. All the amenities you’d expect were there and were of high quality. The unit was clean and conveniently located. I’d highly recommend it.

The Tiny Tiki was so cozy and comfortable. The bed was amazingly comfortable. A 10/10. The shower is small, but has great water pressure and great products. It also has a nice size kitchen and refrigerator. The place was so clean. It really made our stay very comfortable. Parking was no problem. The unit was easy to access. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable to all the great restaurants on 2nd St. I would highly recommend this place. There is a lot of attention to the details here that make your stay like being at home!

This was one of the best, or maybe even the best, rentals we’ve ever stayed in. It was very spacious and the space was designed beautifully. The design made it more than just a place to sleep. We really enjoyed being there! A lot of thoughtful extra details like coffee provided, nice linens, bluetooth speaker, beach toys/towels, washer/dryer, extra pillows/bedding, and really nice shower heads. The walking distance to the beach and 2nd street with a ton of food and shops made this the perfect location for us. Everything is so close! It was a great price for what you get in space and location. We would love to come back to stay here again!

The beach bungalow was perfect. It was 4 houses from the beach (but not really much of a "beach", more like a mooring for the local boats) and was beautiful and peaceful. The house got lots of natural light which is a must for me! It was small and I wouldn't recommend for a family of more than 2 kids because of size and the need to be quiet because of very close neighbors. The master had a queen bed and the 2nd bedroom had 2 twins. Kitchen was small but functional and fully equipped. Had a Jack-n-Jill bath. Rooms were small but the house was cozy and exactly what I was looking for. It was a very relaxing and enjoyable time. Patricia gave clear instructions on gaining access to the house. Altho the houses were very close together as is normal on a small island in Newport Beach, it was very private and had a nice private patio in front. Great place to stay and I would definitely return!

We loved everything about this place! Perfect description for our family of 5, with 3 grown adult sons needing their space. Super close to where we wanted to be and able to walk to the beautiful beach in Sunset Beach. Helpful neighbor Justin was a great addition! Easy checkin and checkout- thank you for sharing your space with us!!

A true vacation being right on the beach and enjoying the balcony ! Was accommodated for an early check - in, made local recommendations. Even met the owner Joe who was super friendly. 10/10 recommend !

Only stayed 1 night but will book for longer next time we are in town. Location is great! We like to walk to the beach and it is so close. The view from the rooftop and even the kitchen was great also! Our host was very responsive and friendly. Helped us find a quick bite as soon as we got there. The home temperature was comfortable and very well equipped for any outside temperature to make sure that each room / floor was at the temperature that you want it to be at.

This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! We stayed on the first floor of the house during February, it was perfect for our trip. Plenty of space inside, anything we needed for our stay, cooking and the beach was provided. Ann was very responsive and kind with any questions we had. The walk way out front is busy with foot traffic but was never noticeable noise wise when we were inside. The kids happily played in the sand. We drove to Disneyland for a day and the ride was quick and easy. Wonderful stay for us, we would definitely book again if we are in the area.

We had a beautiful stay. The neighborhood is nice, peaceful, and walkable. Will was very responsive to our needs and the accommodation itself was clean and had everything we needed.

This place is such a gem! It looks even better than the pictures-super clean, spacious, and a fully stocked kitchen! Was absolutely perfect for us during our time in Avalon. Jose was an excellent host and very responsive-HIGHLY recommend their place. The location is about a 2miles from the grocery store, shops, and the pier. Golf Cart is an excellent bonus making it very easy to get around. The city has circuit now (electric shuttle) and it only cost us $6 to get 5 of us to town-super easy and convenient to use.

Such a beautiful place, we enjoyed our stay. It was a great girls weekend away. We were sad we had to leave. Everything was perfect including the friendly and helpful neighbor.

This unit is perfectly located in the Belmont area of Long Beach. Restaurants and bars, beach, Vons grocery, everything was within walking distance and kept things very convenient

This Beach House was a great location, central to a lot of shops, restaurants and activities, and very homy to come back to every day after adventures in Long Beach and Catalina Island. Modern appliances and comfortable interior made it a great place to stay. Just blocks from the beach I was able to walk to breakfast every morning and bring my skates down to the beach walk for evening sunsets. Great place and highly recommended staying here!

super clean, easy to find, and exactly what we had in mind! the play room got big accolades from our 1 year old and mom and dad loved the king-sized bed. Clean, well-appointed, and very walkable. Would definitely recommend for anyone with little people!

Three of us came in from out of town and stayed at Brian's place for a several nights. The place is just as described, and the location is incredible. You can walk to everything that Manhattan Beach has to offer. I know construction noise was mentioned as being a possibility but we heard nothing! It was a comfortable stay.
