Eric was great and went over the top to make our stay magical for our family. He went out and purchased a cake and favorite drinks for our family before we arrived for a surprise. Responded immediately to questions about pool and hot tub. Everything was smooth and great. He even had more beds and cots than what we thought so the kids had their own beds at night.

This cozy little accommodation is all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! It is 20 min (give or take with traffic) to Disneyland and about the same to the beach. It was super easy to find and not far from two major highways. The outside of the home is adorable with white picket fence and blooming tree in the front yard. Many dining options within walking distance, or a short drive away. Hot tub was a major bonus at this find, and plenty of towels available. Kitchen was spotless with well working and clean appliances, though a dish drying rack would have been nice. Overall, a great little place to stay with a small group or small family wanting a centrally located place between many SoCal attractions.

Had a wonderful stay at DJ and Brandee’s home last weekend while my mom and I were in town for the Surf City Half Marathon! The house is gorgeous and comfortable with fantastic amenities - everything was as described. It’s a short walk to downtown and was perfect location for us to get to the starting line. The pool and their big comfy couch were perfect for our post-race recovery. The kitchen is awesome; I loved cooking in it. DJ and Brandee were fantastic hosts — always responsive and kind. Really appreciated their hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you!!!

Paul was very responsive and the home was so spacious and clean! The beds were comfortable and the backyard offered so much shade and seating options and the pool was a big hit for our staycation and backyard family gathering. The kitchen was well equipped and there were items throughout the house available for use that made it feel like home (cozy blankets were available in the living room and loft which was a nice touch). The layout between the kitchen, living room and transition to the backyard was perfect to keep a watchful eye on our little one at all times. This place was lovely and Sue was very accommodating. It was clean, spacious and a great location. We didn't realize this was two separate units with two rooms in each unit. Great for one wanting privacy. The kitchen is pretty stocked with all that you need. Comfy beds, relaxing common space and large dining room table for gathering. The bed frame was a little squeaky (which I only noticed because I had a little one sleeping with me, so I had to try to be super quiet lol) but other than that, this place was perfect. <3 Thank you Sue! Loved our stay! Would stay again

Loved the location. Walked to the beach/pier and downtown areas. Getting in and out of the house was so easy. Had everything we needed in the kitchen, bedrooms, bathroom, living room, even beach equipment. Enjoyed the backyard area to lounge in, as well as the jacuzzi. Jacuzzi jet streams were a bit weak, though.

The pictures doesn’t do this place justice. It’s beautiful and spacious. My family enjoyed our stay here. I already have plans to come back and stay here again. Heated pool…oh my ! Host was great … 10 out of 10 for sure .

My friends and I had a great time!! We do not get to see each other often and this was the PERFECT spot to catch up. Lots of room, hot tub chats, game nights, and more!

Todo muy bien con Jean, muy atenta y fácil de llegar a la ubicación de la casa. En el interior todo está muy ordenado y limpio, además de qué cuenta con mucho espacio para cuando son grupos grandes

Lovely stay @ Ray’s place. There was a delay during check in but overall the place was good and our family loved it.

This house was clean, nicely appointed and the backyard was a dream! My kids/grandkids come from cold weather states and loved the pool. It has a beautiful backyard.

Nick was amazing! Very communicative. Very accommodating. The home is gorgeous and comfy. Nick has this home just so inviting and warm. I absolutely love this place!!! The price is definitely right and is worth every penny spent!!! This place is also very kid friendly with a great kid room that my granddaughter absolutely loved!!! The master bedroom is so perfect we loved it. We will 1000% be staying here again the next family vacation to Anaheim 😊🙏🏽 Thank you Nick for a great experience and stay 😊🙏🏽

Great place to stay!

Mark was very responsive to us, and we truly appreciated that. Although we had five adults and two babies, we never felt claustrophobic. The open living room, dining room & kitchen area lent itself to everyone comfortably being in the same place at the same time. The showers had AMAZING water pressure with continuous hot water, so that we did not have to stagger showers or postpone dishwashing, as we sometimes have to do at home! The weather didn’t cooperate for use of the pool or hot tub, but the back area is lovely and I’m sure most enjoyable. Comfy beds with extra linens, towels, and blankets are always a nice touch, especially after a long day at an amusement park. With ample cabinet space and cooking supplies, a family can make themselves completely at home preparing meals during a long stay. We would definitely come here again. The place fulfilled all of our wants and needs. Thanks, Mark!
