Sara accommodated us with early check in since we were traveling a long distance. The house was beautiful and clean. We would rent this again!!!!

Very much ‘at home’ feeling staying at Pam & Rod’s home in N. Tustin. The surrounding area has been one of my long time favorites in SoCal, and their home is very charming and quiet. I was lucky enough to experience a rainy night upon checking in (No Calm app required), and woke up to what felt like French countryside a la Orange County. Speaking of oranges… we were greeted with a welcoming array of hand picked oranges in the room, picked from their own property! Pam is the de facto Auntie you’ve always wanted… very warm and personable, proactive, and goes the extra mile to accommodate. Whenever I’m looking to get away from the city, I hope to be back and take more advantage of just laying around absorbing the environment. A classic gem! Mahalo nui loa!

One of the few places that looks to good to be true from the pictures, but actually exceeds expectations! Joe was a wonderful friendly host who was very hospitable and gave great recommendations. Canoeing on the lake was relaxing and dogs were fun too! Clean, peaceful, feels like home; what more can you ask for?

I had a great sleep here. Didn’t stay for long but everything went well but I did forget to sign up my car for overnight parking so I did receive a warning from the gated community for my car.

Stayed long term at Pepper's place. The house was kept very clean with the host coming regularly to tidy up. Pepper and her family were extremely friendly and responsive whenever I had a concern. Convenient and quiet location, would definitely consider staying here in the future!

This was a wonderful place to stay. Everything was as described, it was clean and communication was fantastic. The beds were super comfortable and the bonus workout room was a nice surprise. Close to grocery store, coffee shops, and restaurants. Highly recommend this place.

Hosts were so amazing and so fast to respond to any and all requests. The area is amazing, you can walk everywhere, and feel very safe, even at night too. Loved this place and will most definitely be back if it’s not booked out! This was a total find!!!!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this apartment for the second time, and it was just as wonderful as my first visit! The location is fantastic and safe, offering easy access to local shops and restaurants, South Coast Plaza just a walk away through the bridge. The apartment itself is well-appointed and incredibly comfortable, making it effortless to explore the area. The host was friendly, responsive, and genuinely invested in ensuring that I had a great experience. I had an amazing experience and would wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a truly relaxing getaway. I’m already excited for my next visit!

Excellent place to stay in Orange County. The home had multiple amenities including free parking, gym, swimming pool/hot tub areas. Clean towels and body wash/shampoo/conditioner was provided. The property also had a dryer/washer available to use. Full kitchen with utensils. The property was located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Restaurants and a convenience store was located within walking distance. 10/10 stay.

We stay 4 times a year near Spectrum and all was good and clean. The only thing is that you can’t enter the Pool during weekend.
