Great place to stay! Troy and team were amazing from start to finish! Responded very quickly when I had a question!

We had a wonderful stay. Very cozy and nicely appointed place. Convenient kitchen. Gorgeous view to the ocean. Troy and Sidney were very helpful and responsive. A small problem with the heater was fixed at lightning speed. We were very impressed.

The ocean front was spectacular! Front row seat to beautiful sight and sound. Very hard to leave, we will be back!

What a gem of a place! Watch whales and seals right outside your window. Breathtaking location and well-appointed property. Will be back for sure.

Everything was just as described. Being right on the beach was great, central location in town, and Troy offered to provide suggestions for places to go in town. The whole process was super easy.

As with the previous times we have stayed in Troy's condos in this building, the place was comfy and conveniently located great, and the price is right. The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The only small trouble was that the knives were very very dull--I wish we had brought our own. But we will come back again!

My husband, our three boys, and I stayed one night here. We enjoyed our stay very much. The room fit the description exactly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and the bathrooms were nice and clean. We absolutely loved the ocean view from the living room window. It was amazing! My only negative comment was that there weren't any blankets for the pull-out sofa bed. We found an extra pillow in the one closet, but no blankets. We didnt notice this issue until a quarter after 7, and the front office closed at 7. The instructions said that we could text after 7 if it were an emergency, but I didn't consider a lack of blankets to be an emergency, so I just grabbed the blanket we had brought with us. The matress on the pull-out had a matress cover on it, so my son slept there with our blanket. Other than that, our stay was wonderful. I would stay here again, and I would reccomend it to others!

Awesome view and great amenities

My family and I had a relaxing stay here. the home is very clean and well decorated. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of space for the 4 of us. we enjoyed the Keurig coffee and tea machine. And the fireplace kept us warm. It had a bit of a European feeling since we were above an Italian restaurant, and a few other retailers below. The beach is a 5 minute walk across the street and we could see the waves rolling in from the upstairs. There's a fun dining table that lights up from beneath when you walk by.

We had a great time at Melanie’s lovely townhome. The newer finishes are quite nice and the home is bright, airy and very spacious. The location is great - pretty quiet in the evenings but close to everything and walking distance to the beach.

We enjoyed the view very much. The rooms were separated with their own bathrooms. The small deck was nice as well. There was a lot of traffic at times but we expected that since the condo is directly across the street from Pirates Cove. The gorgeous view outweighed the traffic every time.

This condo had everything we needed for a last minute getaway plus some nice extra touches. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. A very short walk to the beach. Neskowin Provisions next door has great coffee/baked goods and a nice assortment of speciality sauces, jams, condiments, etc. The restaurant next door also makes great wood fire pizza. The only con about the place is the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. I would suggest bringing ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. We would definitely return!

I spent Christmas eve and day here with my adult kids and 2 dogs. Between rain showers, walks to the beach were fun for all. We enjoyed staying in the condo with all the amenities and rooms as described. Very clean and comfortable.

Don was a Awesome Host and was always available when I had any questions or needs. Condo was Very Clean with an Awesome View. Best for us it was Pet Friendly 🐶🐶 With a park right across the street. Thanks Don, we really enjoyed our stay!

I was surprised to find twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. That should be made more obvious in the description. Besides the internet being a bit difficult to log in to, everything else was wonderful. Stellar views. Peaceful environment. The unit had everything we needed. Lots to explore in the area. Host was super responsive. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

We stayed here for my birthday and it was such an adorable place to stay, and felt very homey! I loved the leather futon in the living room and being able to put it down while watching a show. Quite a bit of stuff is walkable, when it’s not so cold outside. We’re definitely staying again shortly!

This place was lovely! The ocean views are spectacular. It is conveniently located and easy to find. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The condo itself was clean and well organized. Whenever we needed something it was easy to find. As cooks, we enjoyed the kitchen and cookware was better than most rentals we've used. In all, we would definitely stay here again!

This was a great condo with a beautiful beach front view. It was wonderful that they provide a full kitchen with kitchenware. The shower heads were a little finicky but nothing too bad. Overall great place, I would stay again!

This is our second time staying at one of Troy’s condo’s! When planning our trip back to the coast, staying here was our top priority. The condos are clean, well stocked with all the basics, only a few steps away from the beach, has a clean pool and sauna! It was such a relaxing and comfortable trip. We will be back soon!

Exactly what you need in a vacation! Super comfortable, beautiful, and amazing setting, great amenities. The beds were outstanding. I slept better there than at home. I would highly recommend this as a wonderful vacation to give yourself. The only concern I have is that the pans seemed to be all Teflon and I prefer to use a safer metal pan, but we’ll just bring our own next Time. We are hoping for a lot more next times.

Place is bigger than expected and clean. Response time was fast. Really appreciated the up to date tech - tvs that can airplay and power strips w USB charging ports. It’s the little things. Great view of the ocean, fun / weird little play room with a full size weighted keyboard (and other things).
