We absolutely loved our weekend at the beach and plan on returning to this unit in the future. The hot tub is very private even though you are in a larger complex, and the view is incredible.

The pictures do not do this beautiful home justice. Plenty of room with a great layout to allow privacy for two couples. Kitchen was clearly stocked by a real cook! Comfy furniture, lots of blankets and beds were SO COMFY.

This was the perfect place for a relaxing girl’s weekend. Even bigger/nicer than the photos. Kitchen was well stocked, chairs/couch/beds were very comfortable, views were amazing. Watching the waves from the hot tub was the best. Short walk to beach access. Will definitely be staying here again!

Lovely townhouse right on the water. Very well equipped with everything you need. We spend the week putting their jigsaw puzzles together, watching movies at night and sightseeing during the day. We enjoyed the small town of Depoe Bsy (great pub) and Newport and Lincoln City both are close by.

Our stay was fantastic. We loved it there.

AMAZING views! The hot tub overlooking the ocean was soooo relaxing and we loved cooking in the large kitchen and enjoying the sounds of the ocean while sitting by the fire.

The Condo was very clean and well furnished with all that you would need. The ocean view is of course amazing! We had a really nice stay. Check in was easy to understand and convenient. Hope to stay again!

I was surprised to find twin beds in the 2nd bedroom. That should be made more obvious in the description. Besides the internet being a bit difficult to log in to, everything else was wonderful. Stellar views. Peaceful environment. The unit had everything we needed. Lots to explore in the area. Host was super responsive. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

What a gem of a place! Watch whales and seals right outside your window. Breathtaking location and well-appointed property. Will be back for sure.

Great place to stay in Newport! Super easy check in and check out, very clean, well stocked kitchen, and absolutely gorgeous view! My only complaints are minimal; most of the towels were slightly stained and the bed was pretty hard. However, all the pros of this place outweigh the small cons. And the photos don’t do justice to the wonderful view of the bay and Yaquina Bay Bridge! Also, the location is fantastic being so close to the historic Bayfront. Would stay again. Also have to add that I had originally booked a different Vacasa Oregon property and when it turned out there was an issue with that property and we had to change a few weeks before the trip, Vacasa was very helpful and accommodating in making the switch, which was really appreciated.

Good location in Depoe Bay. Very scenic with the ocean right outside your windows. While there is no beach access on site it’s a short drive to Gleneden with nice flat and walkable beaches. Good location with convenient access to Newport Bay and the Lincoln City outlet stores. It’s a short walk to downtown Depoe Bay with lots to do including whale watching. The unit is a nice three bedroom with a fully equipped kitchen and a sizable living room area. Two of the bedrooms have their own private bathroom and a third bathroom is in the hallway for the third bedroom. There are two swimming pools with hot tubs, as well as tennis court and a combination basketball/pickleball sports court. We enjoyed our time and will definitely be back in the future for more visits.

Whale Cove was far better than expected. Joni was gracious enough to let us check in early and check out late. The condo is filled with everything you’d ever need and more. We stayed November 13-20, 2024. The King waves were the largest we’ve ever seen! Gorgeous and LOUD! The beds were so comfortable and I would love to have her pillows and sheets. We brought our service dog (lab). It was nice to have a laundry room as soon as you walk in the door, so we could dry her off. We will definitely be back to her condo/home. Thanks again, Joni. P.S. loved the espresso machine and thanks so much for the gift bag!

Great place for our group and great location! We were so grateful for the emergency kit during the power outage.

My little family & I enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Everything was just like we expected & my girls loved it so much that we have to come back and visit again soon.

Beautiful home, in a beautiful neighborhood!! There was plenty of room for our three families, and we loved having the little park right across the street!! It was a quick walk (again, right across the street) to get to ocean access, and the stairs were not nearly as bad as I thought they'd be, haha! We really enjoyed being in the heart of Lincoln City, but removed from it just enough that our stay was peaceful and quiet with just the sound of the ocean to hear. Craig was quick to respond to questions and was very helpful.

One of my best AirBnB experiences to date, and I've had many good ones!!! Of course, the home is cute and cozy and well-appointed, as advertised. It's even sweeter and more charming than the pictures show!! The spa is amazing, too, as is everything in the home and the neighborhood. I also *really* appreciated that the house used a physical key and not a digital keypad!!!! Thank you!!! But what really made this a 6-star experience was the host Brandon. I think he is the kindest, most responsive host I have ever worked with. I travel to this area fairly often, and I now know that I will always book with Brandon if I can!!

The location right up against the dunes and a short walk to the beach was great. The house was bigger than the photos show and well stocked. Just seems a little dated and needs some maintenance but overall, we would stay here again

This place is AMAZING! So perfect for a big group. Lots of space, comfy beds, great view, and the pool table was a huge hit. We had a group of 7 adults and felt like we had plenty of space to spare. The kitchen is the most well stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a vacation rental. Seriously, everything you could possibly need including daily dishes and nice china, table linens... everything. We spent Christmas here and when we arrived there was a fully decorated Christmas tree next to the fireplace and stockings hanging. The only thing to be aware of, as some other reviewers have mentioned, is the bathroom situation. One bedroom with an ensuite is on the main floor and there is also a half bath on the main floor. The other four bedrooms are downstairs and two have full ensuite bathrooms, but the other two don't and there's no shared-access bathroom on that floor, so you have to negotiate access to showering. Not a deal-breaker by any means, but helpful to be aware of.

Place was excellent and as described. Miel was very responsive and friendly. Our door code didn’t work when we arrived but I called the number listed and they responded and assisted right away. Top notch service, in my opinion. Would book again and plan on coming back in the spring. Highly recommended!
