This is our third time staying at this house. We always love it there. Can't wait to come back again. We enjoy feeding the deer's and watching them all walk by. The location is perfect just a 2 minute walk from the beach. Everything looks just like the photos. Great location for stores and restaurants. All in walking distance.

Neil's place is perfect for families with dogs. Outside, we enjoyed our short walks to the beach with our dogs on a creative gravel trail. Inside, we had plenty of room for the family to spread out when we needed space to sleep or be alone. The dining table is perfect for game playing and our kids enjoyed the ping pong table on the lower level. There is a fantastic view of the ocean in the family area where we all sat together and read one afternoon. The hot tub is an added bonus for good conversations. Thank you, Neil. We appreciate your hospitality.

Our extended family trip with 4 adults and 3 kids had ample space to cook, do puzzles and work on art projects. We forgot glue for one of our projects so the craft drawer was extra handy. Kitchen has everything you could need - even sharp knives. We will stay here again if we return to the area.

Honestly an unbelievable location to be right on the water. The best place we’ve stayed at yet - plus everything was well supplied and clean and you have a binder of information and instructions to help with exploring and enjoying the stay. Duke was incredibly responsive and helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend !!!

We spend Thanksgiving at this wonderful home. Lots of space and fun things to do for everyone. Just down the road is the beach, fun little store, and great food. The host was amazing and responsive. The holiday was amazing thanks to great weather and the perfect place to stay.

Extremely clean and well laid out. Loved the snacks when we got there! Very well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds and spacious living room. Loved that we could walk to the beach. The only few small down sides are that the house is right on the main road and the two bedrooms on that side of the house were a bit loud. The shower is also kind of awkward to get in with two seats that make it feel cramped in the shower. And the last small thing is just that the garage opener had been lost and it was tedious to get in and out of the garage, so best to tell guests to just park on the street. But Ammy was very responsive about the garage and communication was smooth, helpful and friendly throughout. Our family of 7 were very comfortable and glad we could bring our dog. Thank you !!

Katie’s home was worth the trip and money we spent. Felt so cozy and such a beautiful home. Peaceful and quiet, and we loved that Katie had a binder set up with not only instructions and the rules, but tons of great recommendations on dinners, hikes, and much more! My family and I will definitely be coming back! ⭐️

Neptune’s Hideaway was the perfect spot for our girls weekend trip. Beautiful location, amazing views, and everything you could possibly need. The house was well stocked, plenty of space and all the games/activities you could want. The beachfront location is amazing and the layout takes in the ocean views while sitting in the comfy family room or sitting in the hot tub. We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back.

House was awesome - spacious and well equipped. view was absolutely amazing. We fit 7 people with ease. I would do this again in a heartbeat. About a 20 min walk into town. Be careful walking down from the bluffs to the flats - very steep walk where drivers cannot see you.

Dan’s place was absolutely amazing for my weekend with my niece. We loved admiring all the little knickknacks the family has acquired over the years, we felt right at home. The place has a lovely view of the ocean as well.

It was a pleasure to stay here!

Loved staying here! Getting down to the beach is a peaceful little walk. We enjoyed going out every morning to walk on the beach, and evenings at the picnic table watching the sunset. Oregon is magic and this house embodies some of that magic. We very much enjoyed the style, the stained glass, comfy beds, the wood, and the cozy fireplace. I don’t think the pictures really do the home justice! The hosts were quick to respond when we have a few questions pop up. Would recommend!

Don was a Awesome Host and was always available when I had any questions or needs. Condo was Very Clean with an Awesome View. Best for us it was Pet Friendly 🐶🐶 With a park right across the street. Thanks Don, we really enjoyed our stay!

The pictures do not do this place enough justice! This may be the nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed in. The views especially at sunrise and sunset are breathtaking. We were informed a couple of weeks before our stay the hot tub was not working, but they did refund our hot tub fee and let us use the community facilities (although we never made it over there). This place has everything you will need, and an especially well stocked kitchen.

A+, everything about this place was fantastic and exceeded expectations. Our party of six had more than enough room and absolutely loved the backyard and hottub. Yachats is a real gem, we will be returning very soon.

The home was perfect! Loved the separated two master suites. The home had everything! The kitchen supplied every need. We cooked several meals and needed no essentials, just our ingredients. Easy walk or drive to restaurants and beach. Would definitely rent again!

The house was beautifully decorated, clean, clutter free, and a perfect place to relax. The hot tub was fabulous! The house was private and a short distance away from the the busier, downtown stretch of Lincoln City. An ideal getaway. We really appreciated how welcome our pets were and the amenity's provided. We also truly appreciated the noon checkout which allowed us to relax on our last day of vacation rather than a mad rush to get out the door. We would go back to Brad's place in a heartbeat.

We stayed in Unit 12 on the second floor. The huge, attached patio had a wonderful view of the ocean even though there were other houses nearby. The floor plan was very spacious and comfortably furnished for our party of four (+dog). The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa was available and on site for anything we needed. The whole place was clean and comfortable. I would say the only drawbacks would be there was only one bathroom and the closest beach access was a little challenging for someone who might not be in great shape. Although, there was easier beach access on the next street over which was a pleasant enough stroll. All in all, we had a wonderful time at Beachcombers… we really felt at home which made our vacation especially relaxing.

We had such a wonderful visit. It felt like a home-away-from-home the minute we walked in. The house is beautiful, clean, and really has a calm and peaceful vibe. …And my fiancée would be disappointed if I didn’t mention how cool the floors are. All in all, we can’t wait to come back. …Easy access to the beach, and a great central spot for heading out on adventures. Just up the road you can grab some snacks, pastries, or supplies at the Provisions store and/or a nice dinner at The Hawk Creek Cafe. Thank you, Karen!

Great place to stay, I was by myself and it was really fun to stay in the tiny house. Quiet neighbors and easy walk to the beach. If you’re looking to recharge and appreciate a less touristy beach location this place is perfect.

Brianne was so responsive and accommodating. The house was cozy and comfortable and had all of the comforts of home. We woke up to a family of deer right outside the window. The view was spectacular. Our dogs were welcome and that was the most important thing for us. The local restaurants were so good. It was an awesome trip and we plan to return.

This was my second stay at Wildrose Cottage, and I'm sure it won't be my last. The cottage is right in the heart of Yachats - super easy to find, easy to walk to just about everything (including the ocean, all the shops, and multiple excellent hikes), and yet still somehow super quiet at night. Tessa left a binder stuffed with local menus, hiking maps and recommendations, as well as well-labeled features and clear instructions for things like using the jetted tub (glorious!). Comfy beds, cozy living room, nice big kitchen table. Tessa was communicative and easy to work with and keeps the place in tip-top shape. Wildrose Cottage is definitely my first choice for a stay on the coast when I need a getaway!
