Amazing stay this weekend at Leann’s place!! Felt right at home & the place was fully stocked with literally everything we could need, she even left us some eggs in the fridge for breakfast! Perfect location, easy to follow instructions, very clean, super responsive! First time stay in RI was everything we could’ve needed for winter wellness weekend. Hope to be back in summer!

From the minute we pulled into the driveway, our family was highly impressed with the views from Kristen's home. We ended our 2023 summer with a bang. This beautiful home had everything you could ever need on vacation. We enjoyed the backyard with nightly fires. Our teen daughter rarely left the bunk house. We loved the fact that our own private beach was just a few steps away & the public beach was less than ten minutes away. The kids and adults enjoyed the beach trampoline. Kristen was delightful to deal with. She was a SUPER host. So many little details and extras she puts into her beach home. Already thinking of our next visit.

Beautiful home! Extremely clean, great views, awesome location. We really enjoyed the hot tub and enjoying the nice weather on the back deck. Booking and checking in was extremely easy. We would love to stay here again and would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Very well equipped house, amazing backyard with pool and hot tub, definitely the highlight of the house. The washer wasn't working but Stephen was a great host, very communicative and offered to get our clothes washed if needed (we didn't need it). Would definitely recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at Sheila’s cottage. It’s always a pleasant experience. Sheila is very responsive, and I’m highly satisfied with the cottage. It’s exactly as described, and everything worked flawlessly. I could not recommend this more highly.

We found the cottage to be spotless and had everything we needed for our 5-day stay. Our hosts were friendly and so very considerate. It is a sweet, cozy cottage- perfect for our visit!

We just love Nancy's cottage. It's the perfect retreat to wind down and relax and the dogs love it too!

We knew we weren't going to be on the beach but we wanted to be near the beaches and we were. The cottage was a little Gem in a secluded area off a main road with a private neighborhood behind. The landscaping was so adorable with Adirondack chairs and a fire pit w/ outdoor bbq & seating area. It was cutely decorated with a newer kitchen & ALL the things needed for your stay! The loft bedroom was so cool & games in the L.R.! Our family had a wonderful gathering and fun stay. The beaches were beautiful and we got to bring our dog, Freedom along for the fun! We'd stay here again!

My daughter and I stayed at John’s place for a week and it was wonderful. The space was clean and perfectly appointed. The proximity to the beach was great, too. John was an extremely responsive host. I would absolutely stay here again. Barrington is a great town. If you’re a coffee drinker you have to try Borealis in Riverside. The Blue Kangaroo and The Black Pear are great breakfast/lunch spots as well. We loved Barrington Books - great spot for great gifts.

Jon is an excellent host and we had an excellent stay at the cottage! We keep coming back year after year and think that's the highest praise there is.

The cottage was clean and comfortable and the location/neighborhood was terrific. Air conditioning would have been great to deal with the dampness at times but the fans kept the place comfortable enough. We will return next vacation! Loved the area as well and the guide book that Norm provided was a great help/addition.

Fly Fishers Cottage was the perfect choice for my visit home for the holidays. The cottage is exactly as described, spotless, super cozy, and it was even decorated for Christmas! It was the exact amount of space I needed and felt like a home away from home. It is ideally located to get to Jamestown and Newport, as well as to other parts of RI and MA where I was visiting family. Clare is a wonderful host, very responsive, and flexible with check in/out which I hugely appreciated. She also made sure outside was cleared and gritted after some snow - it seems like a small thing, but made me feel welcome and taken care of. I really hope to stay at the cottage again on my upcoming summer visit - thank you Clare!

Windsurfers Cove was exactly as pictured and described. The house was immaculate, extremely cozy and had everything we needed. The location and scenery was perfect! Absolutely peaceful! The host Jonas was very prompt with responding prior to and during our stay. We look forward to returning.

5 star stay! The house was very clean, well decorated and comfortable. The second story deck has a beautiful view and the street is quiet and peaceful. Definitely recommend — our family of 4 loved it.

The word retreat comes to mind. This peaceful property is a little unexpected slice of heaven in an incredibly central and convenient location. The cottage is quite comfortable, quiet, well designed and warm space. The art, the surroundings and the lush linens make it all the more dreamy. Additionally the farm animals (especially Maxine) add another layer of adventure to behold right next door. Drake and Wright are lovely hosts who are passionate about their stewardship and their guests overall experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This was our third year staying here, and once again it did not disappoint! The house is recently renovated and attractively furnished and has everything we could need. We especially appreciate having access to all the beach stuff- towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. The location on a very quiet street within walking distance to the beach is also a big plus. Richard responds quickly and is easy to communicate with. We will be back next summer if they'll have us again!

Great little bungalow in a wonderful location. We stayed in January but I imagine it to be a bustling little community in the summer season! We can’t wait to checking it out then! The space is very clean with all that is needed for a comfortable stay. Kathy was very kind and communicated extremely well prior to and during our stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Neil was very flexible with our stay dates, we appreciated that! The property was exactly as depicted in the description and pictures. Neil always responded super-quick, just an overall great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and modern. Our host checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly as well. My daughter especially loved this place. None of us wanted to leave. Will definitely book again sometime.
