The room is well decorated, very comfortable, modern and bright with French windows leading to a patio and garden area. It was perfect and relaxing. Very quiet. Amelia is really friendly and helpful! Within walking distance to the town centre. Good shopping facilities all around . Easy to park by the accommodation. It ticked all my boxes! I loved it. Will definitely return.!

We enjoyed a valentines get away here and it was exactly what we needed. The place was easy to find with detailed instructions from the host. Communication was quick and responsive, especially when we had to adjust our arrival time due to weather/roadworks. When we arrived Tony had lit the fire for us which was perfect. He had also laid out some fresh bread, butter and jam (and the cupboards had lots of condiments, salt/pepper, oil etc) Due to the weather we mostly stayed put and enjoyed the log burner and relaxed setting. The bed was really comfortable and the sheets were of high quality. We did walk into the village to get provisions, which took about 40 mins each way with some steep climbs. Tony was really friendly and welcoming and we’d definitely visit again.

Friendly hostess, easy parking, spacious bedroom/lounge. Beautiful gardens and an outside space to sit. Near shops. Convenient for local beaches and foot ferry to Padstow.

Julia and Chris are the best hosts a holiday-maker could ask for - they greeted us at the gate, gave us excellent recommendations, and even got us to the ferry when the rains came down! They were consistently responsive, friendly, and welcoming. They know the area well and we're able to help on multiple fronts. Genuinely one of the most stress-free and spectacular holidays we have had :) Thank you both for your awesome hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay at The Milk House, it was even more lovely than I expected. A beautiful barn conversion and view of the sea and St Michael's Mount from the sofa! Joe and Sophie were really helpful when needed but also made us feel relaxed. There are coastal walks from the door and a lovely short walk to the village, which has a great cafe next to the sea. Shops and towns are a short drive away. Everything was very easy and relaxed, just what we needed, thank you! I would definitely recommend this place.

Spent last week in Cornwall at Melanie’s was wonderful. It provided a lasting memory of Cornwall for me. My friend had a relaxing week and enjoyed visiting Cornwall. Coming back to Melanie’s place after going around is wonderful and peaceful. Very spacious and plenty of space to chat and gather with friends or family. Host/s are very responsive and they really help out.

Sally and Steve were lovely hosts and their beautiful place had everything you might need for your stay. They even treated us with fresh produce on arrival, which was very nice and thoughtful. The surrounding area is beautiful and we wish we had better weather to enjoy it even more. Thank you 😊

Such a brilliant stay in the 'Hideaway'! Very smooth booking process, quick confirmation (we only booked a few days before travelling) and beautifully done accomodation with many thoughtful extras. The location makes the coast and country of Cornwall very accessible. Very warm welcome and an authentic welcome to dogs too, with a small enclosed garden to let them safely out into. Emma and Dave are on hand for any matters and also let you 'hideaway' as needed. We had a lovely few days exploring some of our favourite places in North Cornwall and we would always look forward at the end of the day to coming back to such a comfortable place, made even more cosy by the log burner. We would highly recommend staying here and we hope to be back soon.

Fantastic place and would certainly stay again! It was nice and private and super clean, had everything you needed for a long weekend away, and also very cosy! Walking distance to Newquay centre and parking was very easy. Jane was super friendly and helpful, checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed to!

Perfect base for a wedding we were attending at the Harbour Hotel. Short walk into town but easy enough to get a taxi if you want to take it easy. Accommodation has been nicely done, well equipped and the bonus of a parking space which is a real premium in St Ives. Would happily recommend and stay again.

The annex is beautiful and in a very good location. They are super friendly and would definitely recommend!! Definitely having a return visit ⭐️

We had a very comfortable stay at Christine’s. A super place to stay for the night prior to the Arc of Attrition. The property is close to Redruth and the start line, and my partner and I both slept like logs. Big thanks again Christine :)

Really has the wow factor with stunning views. The stay was perfect! Comfortable and warm. Really nice touch with the breakfast basket including salmon was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again

Wir haben Cornwell mit dem Bus und mit dem Auto erkundigt.Sophie hat uns bei Auto mieten gerettet. Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen und für die ersten beiden Tage Regen kann Sophie ja nichts. Sehr gerne wieder.

A last minute change to my original accommodation plans meant that I needed somewhere to stay quickly. This was the perfect find and suited my needs exactly and was also much nicer than where I was going to stay! I know the area well so it was fun to see it from a different angle and in such a lovely setting. The place is very private, set in beautiful rural Lizard with walks to the stunning coastline from the doorstep. The recommendations in the file were very helpful and I visited a couple of new places as a result. Many thanks to Nick & Helen for providing such a lovely hideaway!

Beautiful place, decorated to a really high standard. Location is great, just round the corner from the ferry to Fowey and the pub which serves a great breakfast. Whilst it would be too small for us for a longer stay due to the compact size (storage and cooking options are limited in a small space), it suited us perfectly for the 3 nights we were there and we were so impressed with how well done it was. Thank you!

A great location for coastal walks on the doorstep. Quaint harbour town with lots of character. Our accomodation was smart, clean and comfortable, very much enjoyed after days out exoring the locality on foot. The availability of parking at the property was a great benefit.

We had an amazing stay in a fantastic location with Jon and Victoria. The property was beautifully presented, offering a peaceful setting surrounded by lovely scenery. It was the perfect base for exploring the area, with everything within easy reach. Jon and Victoria were excellent hosts, communicating clearly and providing a helpful folder with recommendations for walks, dining, and drinks. We would definitely return!

Great little place for a getaway, so quiet and only a short walk away from the harbour and shops. Claire was great, answered questions and gave suggestions. Highly recommend!
