A comfy and very scenic apartment, ideally situated with a short walk to the town. The apartment was well equipped and we very soon felt at home.

Stunning apartment, spacious and modern . Very clean. Welcome pack provided and toiletries. Beautiful views across the bay. 5 min walk down to the sea. 10 mins back ( uphill ! ) Lovely balcony to have a glass of wine. Peaceful location. Would thoroughly recommend.

Great place to stay. The welcome from the reception team was very warm and friendly. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing and was cosy and comfortable. It was a chilly day when we arrived and it was so nice to walk into a warm room! Everything was clean and fresh, the view across the lake was lovely and it was quiet and peaceful. Check out was very straightforward and quick. I would definitely recommend this place.

We had a fabulous stay. The apartment is the cleanest I have ever stayed in. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views are amazing and the walk to the beach short. Loved it.

What a beautiful place - amazing views - restaurant really good with lovely staff - we came down whilst son was at boardmasters and had a lovely break - it’s the first time I have ever been contacted to say the apartment was ready early - swimming and pool qnd gym great too

Great location for a lovely relaxing few days on the south coast, Cornwall has my heart, especially when the sun is shining! Melanie's instructions and recommendations for places to eat were great. Falmouth is just an our walk up the coast, lovely place to mooch about with great shops. Would recommend and happily come and stay here again

If you’re looking for a peaceful comfortable retreat by the sea, Nicola’s flat is the place for you Beautifully decorated, with a well equipped kitchen, super comfortable bed, a lovely view of the bay and quiet peaceful surroundings, I cannot recommend it highly enough Add to that the little touches like motion sensor night lights, binoculars for guests use , plenty of handy plugs for working and a thoughtful 2 litre bottle of milk in the fridge on arrival . Free to use ( with arrangement - the pool and gym in the hotel next door , and great communication from Nicola . Would definitely stay again .

We had a lovely few days at Jo and Chris’s place. The hosts have paid a lot of attention to the details of their accommodation which makes it a very pleasant stay. Lots of recommendations for the sounding areas that we took them up on, which only added to our amazing trip to Cornwall. Thank you both!

We had a wonderful time at Liz & Dave’s place. The apartment is clean & spacious, the views are spectacular, comfortable bedding, lovely layout for a family. We made great use of the spa facilities & board games when the weather was wet. Location excellent. Would highly recommend & would love to stay again!

We had a brilliant family holiday here in Oct half term. Brilliant location so close to the beach and the costal paths, very convenient for Falmouth. The pool, sauna and hot tub are great and the kids had the best time. The apartment is compact but had everything we needed. Melanie gave lots of useful info before we arrived. We will be coming back.

This was a fantastic find. Melanie and David were very responsive. Felt that they would be available for anything we needed however the accommodation was so spotless with everything we could possibly have wanted or needed, everything was catered for. The apartment is beautiful with mornings spent eating breakfast overlooking the sea and evening spent watching the beautiful sunset. It’s peaceful, the location is close to town and not a far drive from many Cornwall attractions. Just perfect for what we needed and will certainly be back in future.

Kevin was an awesome host! Super helpful and the welcome card was a nice touch. Perfect location too – everything was within walking distance and the apartment was clean and well-organized.

The welcome pack was a nice addition. Your instructions and guidance on the facilities and area were really useful. We had a fab week and enjoyed a boat trip, pendennis castle, trebah gardens and ate the most amazing fish lunch at Hooked on the Rocks. We wish we could bring the apartments view home with us!

we stayed for a week at Amy's house 24th august 24. Its in a very peaceful and beautiful location within driving distance to nearby towns. We went to Newquay a lot. it's a pretty quiet resort. Amys house is a great size with sleeping for 8, 2 deckings one with a hot tub overviewing the river. Very, very peaceful. overall a lovely home and stay.

Nick has been incredible. We’ve been a long term ‘holidayer’ whilst waiting for our house to exchange and complete. It’s cosy, comfortable and perfect for our little family. Nick has been in contact throughout and responds extremely quickly to any messages. Thank you so much for making our move to Cornwall, our son’s first Christmas and birthday so easy and memorable.

Chrissie’s place is a lovely, comfortable and cosy little house equipped with everything you’d need for a short break. You can use the facilities on site, or stay in and watch tv if the weather’s not great! There’s even a DVD player and a few DVDs, with the option of borrowing more from the main clubhouse. The location is a little bit out of town, so a car is essential for getting around and as it was out of season, taxis were a bit hard to find. We had great meals at The Bucket of Blood (don’t be put off by the name) and the Terrace bistro, both in Hayle. I would stay here again if I came back to Cornwall.

Really enjoyed our week in Port Isaac. This house is in an excellent location close to all the restaurants and shops in this lovely town. The fantastic views will be missed. I highly recommend a stay here

Neil was very quick to respond to all messages. Check in was very easy. We stayed in his beautifully decorated lodge over Christmas. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was extremely well equipped with enough pans, roasting trays and crockery to cope with a 5 course Christmas meal for 8 people. Neil even went to the trouble of leaving the family a Christmas gift. I would definitely recommend staying here - you will not be disappointed.

Gorgeous cottage - really comfortable with lovely luxurious touches! Great location, roomy and everything you could want amenity wise. Thanks Ben - we’ll be back again :)
