Every aspect of this house either met or exceeded expectations; from the ease of booking, check-in, check-out, amenities, cleanliness, location, views, etc. We’ve stayed many places over the years, but this place was so clean and charming and the host’s amenities were unmatched. There was a fully stocked coffee bar with coffee pods and a small bag of regular coffee with filters, snacks, water bottles for each of us chilled in the refrigerator upon arrival. There were even dog treats for our dog. We were greeted with a welcome note and a large fresh baked local cinnamon roll. Our family absolutely loved this house. Highly recommend staying here!

The place was very clean and in a peaceful area. You can sit on the porch and watch the horses and just relax to the sound of nature. Have the fence with remote gate was nice as we had a dog and could let him run in the fenced area as we were out side. Would definitely recommend, it is a nice location to go to eureka or Branson.

The house was spotless and exactly as advertised. The location amidst the Buffalo River wilderness and access to nearby activities makes Jasper an ideal base. What made the stay "especially special" were all the small touches e.g. the welcome basket, plentiful charging ports, area guide books, etc. Having stayed in several Airbnb locations now over the years, I can say that due to all of the small extras, this was easily one of our favorites.

Enjoyed the location for easy walking to the restaurants and other features of this very small town. You are always close to everything.

What a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful property and the grounds well kept. The views are amazing! The house itself is well appointed and has just about everything you need. Everything is modern and and in great shape. Our stay was excellent and we will be returning.

We had a relaxed time staying at this cozy home. The house is loaded with all the amenities you’ll need. We thoroughly enjoyed playing in the game room, the kids didn’t want to leave the game room. They had so much fun. The hosts have also stocked up on board games and kids can never get enough of it. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are very clean and has everything you’ll need. Kris’ place is very close to many trails. We hiked the lost valley, triple falls, and there are so many scenic view spots to take pictures of the breathtaking views. This place is exactly the way it’s described in the listing. However, while booking, it was mentioned that we get cinnamon rolls for staying for a minimum of three nights at this place, but we did not get it. I even reminded the host, but he did not respond to it. Overall, we had a wonderful time here.

Me, my wife and our 2 kids really enjoyed the house. Great location for hiking in the area and access to the river. We had an issue with the map pulling up the right location before check in and received a text helping us out very quickly. Very well stocked house for cooking. We had a lot of fun with the firepit and the cows and elk in the adjoining fields. The house is right on the very slow) highway but that would be about the only negative...but honestly it didn't bother us much at all, just be aware if that is a concern. We would stay here again!

Perfect size, cute space, good location for Horseshoe Canyon Ranch climbing, hiking, halfway between Ponca and Compton. Bring your own groceries as there’s not much around there, but beautiful view, hot tub and host communication.

Third time at the Blue Moon Cabin. What a wonderful place. The kids and I spent the weekend exploring the local area for waterfalls. They had a book in the cabin that helped us find some lesser known falls. If you are headed to Newton co, to paddle, fish, climb, hike or explore. This is a fabulous location.

This stay was perfect. So cozy and homey. It had everything we needed and was so clean and smelled good. Just lovely

Great little get away! Beautiful place that had the best porch for morning coffee! The grounds were beautiful and had a great fire pit! Linda had left wood and some fire starter so that was wonderful! The best surprise was the donkey that would greet us at his pen every time we pulled up! Perfect location for a great homebase to go and explore the buffalo!

The Cozy Cedar Cabin is a little gem on the flank of Reynolds Mountain south of Jasper. The entire property has an incredible view of the valley beneath, almost all of which is wooded. The overlook, which is shared with a second cabin on the property, seems very solidly built, and the view from that point is breathtaking all day. The cabin itself is small, but uses the space well. The kitchen has all the basics covered. WiFi wasn't connecting, but that's not why we were there. There's a record player with a broad range of LPs. The bathroom is clean and functional, and the bed is super-comfortable. Joe's instructions are easy to follow. There are signs at all the important intersections that say "Cabin" and point the way to go. About three miles are on a decent public gravel road; the only portion that requires four-wheel-drive is the final hundred yards up to the cabin. I'm not saying you can't get up there without 4WD, but I can say I was very, very happy to have it.

This place is so outstanding. My husband and I spent the Eclipse in 2024 here, and we came back for Spring Break. I couldn't wait for my son to see it, and we both agreed that the place and the surrounding area was so much better than our Spring Break in Gatlinburg last year. So much to do, and John's place is perfectly positioned for enjoying your coffee on the porch in the morning, overlooking beautiful scenery. The location is private, and the house is so well-stocked with kitchen equipment. When I lamented that I had forgotten Koozies for our soft drinks, my son pointed to the custom ones in the kitchen. I just can't recommend this place highly-enough, its the perfect home base for a peaceful vacation of grilling, relaxing, outdoor fires and hiking. Be sure to pay attention when John sends you the mapping coordinates before your arrival. It's a simple link that will take you to your GPS, but the private nature of the place means you want to use his link for directions.

Wonderful place! The view is lovely and the hosts are very kind. Beautiful surroundings and remote surroundings with a drive able distance to the city.

We loved our stay at the cabin. It was a beautiful home, the main bed was super comfy, views were spectacular, and overall felt safe and secure. We were able to drive to Jasper and Eureka Springs easily. Found lots of trails and other area attractions. Host was always responsive and personable. Will recommend and return. 🫶🏼
