Great apartment in the heart of Da Nang! Clean, comfortable, and well-located — everything we needed was nearby. The host was responsive and helpful. Perfect spot for a city stay close to the beach

I had an amazing 2 week stay at Thien's place. The location for me was perfect - a 10 - 15 minute walk to the beach and nightlife, but away from the tourist crowds. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and smaller grocery stores nearby. Gyms within 5- 10 minutes by grab. The studio apartment is located in the trendy My An area of Da Nang, but also close enough to the main down town area. The studio is large enough, with all the conveniences needed for a short or long stay - great for tourists or digital nomads. The internet works fast, comfortable furniture, full kitchen, and a great bathroom. Would highly recommend.

This apartment is new or recently remodeled--appliances and fixtures still have manufacturers' tags on them. Location is great--just three blocks from the beach and near some good restaurants. Not in the center of town, but cabs here are cheap and easy to find. Host Duy was helpful and easy to get along with.

We enjoyed our stay and Hannie was very helpful in arranging for airport transfers as well as purchasing the tickets for our sight seeing. The listing was as published and was very clean with all the amenities one needs to make it a home away from home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Danang.

We stayed 3 nights and it was good!! The place has its own elevator so it was easy to get to the room with all our luggages! The place has a functional kitchen, wifi, and television. They also have washer downstairs you can use for free. I just hope the kitchen has more kitchenware. The wifi can be a bit slower sometimes, hope it can be improved. And lastly, i hope it has more rugs in the room! But overall, it was a good stay. The host was easy to contact, and the location is near the beach! :)

My An is my favorite area in Da Nang just a few minutes from My Khe Beach, some of my favorite tea shops and music bars for nightlife. My sure you request weekly cleaning otherwise it will not be offered. There is construction across the street that’s loud from 7am to 5pm, so bring a white noise machine if you need to sleep. There is a bar across the street that’s loud from 10pm to 2am, so again white noise machine.

The stay overall was great, the price was good and the beach and Downtown is in close range. Something to consider is that rooms that do not have window on the street have really little light in the apartment. Otherwise the place is good.

It was a great oceanview location. Standing on the terrace, you could see the infamous flaming dragon and daily beach activities. My wife and I took Grab cabs to Vincom Mall and other local markets around Danang. So don't be afraid to explore. The local people and the foreigners were very friendly. Eventhough the foreign food was excellent, at times, we preferred to eat the local food, which was also excellent. We were going to go to Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi but decided to spend our three-month stay in Danang. Hoa's location was perfect because of the proximity to everything. We like Danang and will reach out to Hoa for availability next time in a few months.

숙소는 보통 비슷하다 보시면 됩니다. 그러나 청결상태나 배달이나 그랩이 집앞까지 와줄수있다는 엄청난 메리트가 있습니다. 호스트 분이 너무너무 친절하셨고. 소통이 너무 원활했습니다. 연결해주시는 기사분들 그랩보다 더 저렴한 가격에 친절히 태워주십니다. 너무 즐거운 추억입니다.

안내해주시는 달님 너무 친절하게 잘 설명해주시고 이용하는 동안 불편한거 없이 지냈습니다! 방마다 화장실 에어컨 다 있어서 서로 불편한거 없이 이용했고 작년에 새로 인테리어 하셨다고 들어서 그런지 숙소도 엄청 깨끗하고 청결했습니다! 수영장도 빌라안에 감싸져 있어서 프라이빗하고 편하게 잘 사용했어요. 무엇보다 집 앞 마당이 꽤 넓어서 그 앞에 앉아서 시간 보내는것도 너무 좋았습니다.. 다음에도 다낭가면 100% 다시 예약할거같아요 덕분에 너무 기분 좋게 놀다 갔습니덩

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend. Anna war sehr entgegenkommend und wir durften bereits früher einchecken als sonst. Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und schön. Jedes Zimmer war sehr sauber. Auch die Haushälterin Jenny war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat die Wohnung immer aufgeräumt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Lage ist ruhig und schön. Der Strand ist in 7 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Ich kann die Unterkunft jeden weiter empfehlen. Wir hatten beim Check-Out ein paar Wertgegenstände vergessen und Jenny und hat uns sofort kontaktiert. 우선 다낭에 작지만 수영장 까지있는 빌라?는 많이 없어 좋았고위치도 해변 시작점에 위치에있어(푸라마,바빌론 위쪽) 좋았어요. 다만 바로 앞에 도로가 있어 항상 소음이 들려요. 거실은 문을 닫으면 좋지만 2층,3층 방에선 소음이 좀 신경쓰였습니다. 안쪽방은 좀 괜찮다 하는군요. 3층방은배란다?쪽에소변기,세면대만있어(야외)마니 불편해요. 사용하셔야 한다면 젋은 남자분 추천입니다. 지붕쪽에 베란다가 있어 담배등은 매우 좋아요^^;;

평화롭고 한적한 휴가를 즐길 수 있습니다. 2 가족이 머무르기에 좋습니다. 체크인전 출입방법을 더 명확하게 안내해주시면 좋을것 같습니다. 몇호 빌라인지 미리 안내해주시면 체크인이 더 수월하게 진행될 듯 합니다.

Had a great stay. Well located, less than a block from the beach. Plenty of restaurants with delicious, affordable food. Safe neighborhood. Kind, attentive host. Would stay here again!

The apartment is conveniently located, close to the sea and restaurants. A bit noisy bars and karaoke around, but after 23 everything is quiet.

We really loved this place to stay. Linh always responded right away and did everything she could to help. We stayed for a month and love the space and layout of the apartment as well as the short walk to the beach. There is inexpensive local food everywhere as well as nice restaurants. Convenient stores on every corner. The beach is stunning with a ton of space to enjoy the ocean or walk the sidewalks even when it’s busy with people. It’s particularly beautiful at night with all of the lights. The only problem we had was an ongoing construction project that was going on in the apartment above us from the time we came to the time we left. Constant drilling, sawing, and hammering. I believe this problem would not affect future guests but you may want to be aware that the walls aren’t very sound proof. Overall, we were happy with everything else and it was an affordable place to stay on the beach!

We stayed three weeks in the apartment and the location was ideal. It has great views of the ocean, the city, and in the far distance, the Dragon Bridge and Lady Buddha. The place is VERY close to the beach and within walking distance of many restaurants with local and international food, bars and karaoke places. We requested a couple of items needed for the kitchen and the co-host came the same day and provided new ones for us (forks and kettle replacement). The kitchen was adequate and the host provided dish washer soap, shampoo, and body wash. Fast and reliable WIFI. During our stay the price included cleaning services once a week which is a great perk. While the apartment was fine the building gets a lot of vacationers and the hallways and lobby could use a refresh. Because of the overall humidity of Da Nang, the apartment gets a musty smell when it has been closed all day. Cigarette smoke can come in from other balconies which was a minor nuisance. We highly recommend this place.

The host is fantastic! He let us check in early, gave us a gift when we checked out and even held our luggage for us. Very clean, with amazing amenities. I will be staying here again on my next trip to Da Nang!
