I would highly recommend the two bedroom condo that I had for three days at this particular location. It was easy to find on the main street which I will call Beach Road basically and it was typically a good street/road to walk every morning. I travel a lot for business and pleasure and I will tell you that this was one of the cleanest condos I’ve ever been and I was very comfortable there. I will book this location whenever I go back to Da Nang If I did not have to get up every morning to explore this city and surrounding attractions, I could’ve easily slept in a very comfortable bed that was provided for 12 hours a day easily

This is a good place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and restaurants. Just be aware that the water here is not hot for a long and if you have a light sleep could be noisy in the morning. The Host ist very friendly and react very fast for everything i needed. Thank you

가족단위로 2 개 레지던스룸을 잡아서 숙박 햇습니다 우선 호스트가 굉장히 빠르게 소통이 됩니다 . 룸 컨디션과 모든것들이 설명해준대로 이며 숙소까지 가는 택시도 부탁 드려 배정 하였는데 기사님과 소통도 완벽 하였습니다 어린 아이들이 있어 교통편 숙박 모두 걱정 하였는데 Huyen 의 친절한 안내도 아주 행복한 가족 여행이 되었습니다 . 제가 다녀온후에도 저희 다른 가족들도 4 월 11일 부터 16 일 까지 예약을 제가 해줫네요 . 적극 추천 합니다 . The apartment was great and looked just like the photos. The front desk was friendly and always available to help. The internet was strong and we never had any issues working from home.

I recently stayed at a lovely property in Da Nang and had an amazing experience. The host, Frank, was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. His attention to detail and responsiveness made a big difference. The amenities at the hotel were top-notch—spacious, clean rooms with everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The property also had some thoughtful touches that added to the experience. While the location is a bit outside the main tourist areas, it’s still very convenient. Using Grab made it easy and affordable to get around, so I never felt disconnected from the action. In fact, being slightly removed from the hustle and bustle was a nice change of pace. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Da Nang! It’s a gem, and Frank’s hospitality makes it even better.

Very nice and responsive host who tried to be flexible and allowed us to do early check-in and late check-out. The location is great and the ocean views are beautiful for both bedrooms. All the rooms are spacious and clean. Definitely recommend.

The villa is wonderful, it has a steam room. If the weather isn’t great, you can still enjoy the steam room and take a swim in the pool. Everything looks very nice, there’s plenty of space, and we were very satisfied. The host was extremely helpful — she solved any issues we had almost immediately. Whenever we needed something, we reached out to her, and she took care of it within 10–20 minutes.

What we loved: - Quiet, cosy neighbourhood - Chic architecture & deco, comfortable room sizes - Communal spaces such as living room and dining was spacious - Kitchen was well equipped - Every room had a security lock - Having a room on ground floor was perfect for the elderly - Located midway between Ba Na Hills & Hoi An - Kids enjoyed the lap pool - The location was great for morning runs Items for improvement: - Floor was sticky when we checked in, host sent in cleaners to clean afterwards - Bad smell coming from ground floor toilet - probably plumbing issues - Air-con in living room & 3rd floor was not cold, but host promptly sent people to service Overall, our group had a very wonderful stay. The place was new and clean. Service was great as Host Vu messaged us almost everyday to ensure that everything was ok, and the problems were fixed. He also goes the extra mile to meet our requests, e.g., we had a swimming float that couldn’t be inflated, Vu sent someone to help pump it up.

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

Good location not too far away from city centre. Quynh was helpful and quick to respond to our queries as well.

The Villa is how it looks on picture. Very cozy and modern. The air conditioner is super cold. A very prestige decor. No complaints. Wow factor. Rooms are big, clean sheets, 3 stories. Washer n dryer is a plus. Hosted a karaoke get together one day for friends and family and it was a blast. The karaoke came along with the villa. We spent half of our time grabbing in and out of the area. Usually about 15-20 minutes. ( I recommend having a grab driver that you can book entire trip) Only thing I would say is wish it was a little closer. But it was still well worth it. Thanks for being a responsive host. Something that every guest wants when going on a family vaca. Stress free and no hassle.

What a great place to stay! It was a family vacation celebrating my brother in law’s retirement. It met all of our family’s expectations. I’d highly recommend Tu’s place.

Great place to stay for big groups. Checkin was easy, house was well presented. Housekeeper was more than accommodating as she helped with laundry and providing breakfast for an early morning start.
