This is without a doubt THE BEST place I have ever stayed at in HCMC. We stayed for over three weeks and I was even a bit sad to leave. It’s clean, calm, matches the description, private and the hosts are super friendly and respectful. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Saigon and this one is available - book it before it’s gone. Amazing value for the price!

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is in a great location. It was quick and easy to get to the tourist attractions in district 1. Also some great restaurants in the area. Im a bit of a clean freak and the apartment was spotless. I would recommend.

Amazing stay! This was my second time staying at Victor's apartment, and once again, it was a great experience. The location is perfect, the apartment is very nice and cozy, and the bed is super comfortable—it truly feels like a home away from home. Victor is a fantastic host: very friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions. 100% recommend!

Great location in the middle of the action. The unit was very clean and quite inside with good water pressure. The host allowed me to checkout later than the usual time because of my late flight. Highly Recommend!

Natalie was so friendly, flexible and responsible. She even helped carry our luggage, checked us in, showed us the beautiful condo at 2 am! What a beautiful view from the condo. Every morning and night, from the bedroom and the living, I felt so relaxed watching the view of the river, bridges, the buildings, lights and traffic.This is a very safe and convenient area. Security team was so nice and extreme helpful! I would highly recommend Natalie and River Gate condo!!! Thank you so much again, Natalie!

Fully satisfied with our stay at Le's. The place is very comfy and clean. Le was quick to respond and really friendly. Highly recommend to everyone.

We spent 2 weeks at Sarah’s apartment. She is super nice, professional and responsible . Her apartment is so clean , quiet, peaceful that makes you feel comfortable and safe. It takes you just around 15 minutes to get there from the airport. Highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a good place for the business or personal trip . Tout était parfait. Très bonne communication, emplacement au top, appartement propre, accès direct au centre commerciale du landmark 81. On nous a laissé du temps en plus pour le checkout.

Outstanding host. Location was perfect. We were very close to everything in the city while being far enough for it to not be so loud at night.

Super appartement dans Thao Dien pas loin de l’axe principal. L’appartement est énorme et bien agencé, dans une résidence calme. Très bon rapport qualité prix et le staff ainsi que la gérante sont aux petits soins! Accès à une piscine et salle de sport + sauna intégré dedans! Je recommande largement 🤗

Quyen's apartment is very suitable for living, and it is convenient to go to the surrounding attractions, restaurants, and coffee. I will choose this place again for vacation.

Room look exactly like in the pictures. Host is attentive and helpful, he always respond immediately. Only downside is no elevator so if you have big luggage it might be a bit inconvenient. There’s one coffee shop right on the 1st floor, probably owned by the Airbnb owner as well, they serve pretty good drinks and open 7am-11pm so its pretty nice. Nếu Airbnb thêm khăn tắm/bàn là thì sẽ OK hơn. Phòng đẹp chill như ảnh, nếu có hành lý nặng thì hơi bất tiện vì ko có thang máy. Quanh quanh Airbnb cũng nhiều quán ăn khuya.

A gem of a place within the trendy Thao Dien neighbourhood. The apartment has everything that was needed and was super quiet too which can be rare for Saigon. Strong WiFi, great shower pressure, AC and a fan, comfy bed, and a friendly and helpful host. The location was perfect. Definitely recommend and I will stay here again next time I'm in Saigon.

Wonderful, comfortable stay. This is my second time here in two years and both times were pleasant. Host is prompt and considerate; supermarket opposite to the premise is convenient; and only a short distance to many areas of interest in District 1. Highly recommend!

Had a pleasant stay for a little over a month. There’s a sweet old staff lady that helps service your room twice a week. She’ll pop into your room around 8/9am on your designated cleaning days. First time, it was a little unexpected and shocking but let this be your fair disclaimer. Do note there’s a person who comes to the neighborhood to pick up bottles to recycle at 10:30pm everyday and is quite loud but besides that it’s a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The place is just as pictured however the bathroom is minimally dated. NOTE: There’s a home restaurant (you pass it before you get to the stay). MUST TRY! It’s authentic home cooked meals, just like the ones your viet grandma would cook you! They have a whiteboard in front of their house with dishes they’re serving that day. Everything I tried was amazing! She opens at 7:30am for breakfast and 10:30am for lunch. Come early because she does sell out pretty fast. Only regulars and locals come so you know it’s the real deal!

Overall the airbnb was great, we liked the location. It was only a 5-10 walk to some main attractions nearby like Ben Thanh Market and War Remnants Museum. The apartment facilities were good and clean. Although the only thing to note that it did not have hand soap in the bathroom and tea towels in the kitchen. The air freshener was quite strong so we turned that off - which was fine. Overall it was a great stay and we would highly recommend it if you want a quieter area away from the hustle and bustle of District 1, but still be relatively close by walking distance / local transport.
