A HUGE house with a swimming pool. Wonderfully located. Responsive host. Highly recommended.

住地是在一片别墅区，有众多的别墅，环境不错，出门不远便是海滩，可以游泳玩水。这里离码头很近，方便出海游玩。我们的房间是一栋独栋别墅，三层，厨房很大，方便自己做饭，只是超市比较远，购物不是太方便。去之前有评论说周边施工噪声比较大，房东也专门发邮件来提醒，但是我们去的时候比较好，春节放假了，没有影响到我们，这几天都非常安静。房东服务不错，经常发邮件来问有什么需要，对我们的问题回复也很及时，不错。

这个房子共有五个房间，二楼和三楼各有两间套房，另外有一间非套房是在地下室，该房间有两张床，与厨房相邻，一楼有一个公共厕所和洗脸盆。租住这个房子建议另外租用摩托车，到市中心大约15分钟路程。别墅区附近有一个沙滩围堤，可供游泳和钓鱼，非常适合家庭度假或者朋友一起聚会。

The accommodation was excellent and modern, featuring a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, stove and new furniture. The host was always available and promptly addressed any issues. For example, when I complained about a noisy refrigerator, he replaced it with a new one immediately. It's important to note that the property is not very close to the beach, so renting a bike is recommended, which can be conveniently parked in the patio. The hot water pressure wasn't great, but overall, it was a wonderful place to stay with a host who is attentive to any problems that arise. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beach villa nestled inside a beautiful resort, and it was truly a remarkable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a breathtaking view of the ocean just steps away from our doorstep. The villa itself is beautifully designed with a perfect blend of modern amenities and beachside charm. The interiors are spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Waking up to the sound of waves and the gentle ocean breeze was absolutely magical. The resort facilities were top-notch, offering everything we needed for a perfect vacation. The private beach was pristine, and the pool area was a wonderful place to unwind. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurants.

공간이 넓어서 좋았어요~~ 따뜻한물이 잘 안나와서.. 그것만 빼면 매우 좋았어요^^

Lovely place to stay, short walk from the market and beach. Hahnie was very responsive and helpful and encouraged us to play piano and guitar! Would stay here again:)

This place has tons of room and lots of chill out spaces. The location is extremely convenient and not in a touristy area. Lots of great Vietnamese food options and cute cafes nearby. The locks on some of the interior doors were finicky and need replacement, we had the owner come fix it twice. The bathroom on the second floor is a bit small and stinky, but the other 3 bathrooms are much nicer. Owners helped us with coordinating drivers, bikes, and local recommendations. They also spruced up the house really nicely for Christmas. We had a really great time there. Thank you!
