Заселение лёгкое и комфортное. Идеальные апартаменты, как для короткого так и для длительного пребывания. Отлично подойдёт для семьи с детьми. Кухня очень хорошо оборудована! Из окон открывается потрясающий вид на горы, реку и море. Полностью соответствует фотографиям и описанию! Отличное расположение. Море, рынки, супермаркет, различные магазинчики и кафешки в пешей доступности. Hanie (хозяйка) очень милая, комуникабельная, дружелюбная и ответственная! Все мелкие проблемы решались очень оперативно. Рекомендую!

Very well finished and furnished studio.. comfortable outdoor furniture, comfy mattress, full kitchen, big fridge, spacious bath area.. only complaint is the tv which was not a SMART tv and thus worthless to me.. overall a very pleasant experience with many room cleanings and a beautiful host

We stayed at this place for a month and it was really great for our needs. Lightening fast internet! We wanted a nice place to call home for a month as we weren't planning on a lot of activity. We loved the homey feeling and decorations....it struck just the right feeling and tone for us. We also appreciated how clean it was. The view is wonderful! Overall, we felt like we picked one of the best options in Nha Trang for our stay. The location was good....we kind of wished we were closer to the part of town that had a multitude of amazing restaurants to choose from but having said that, there were plenty of good eating options around where we were. We often took a Grab or walked (about 25 minutes) to some of the restaurants we found on google maps. The kitchen was missing a few small items (e.g., coffee maker, wine cork, a good towel for drying after washing) but we found those items easily at the Lotte supermarket so this wasn't really a problem.

The apartment has an iconic design. It's well-equipped and feels really cool. The building itself is as local as it can get. If you seek that - this is your choice. It is very authentic. However, that comes with a downside - noise. The building is old and so you hear everything: water pumps, running water, flushing, all of that. That can still be bearable and if you have earplugs, you could be fine. Unfortunately, we weren't able to handle the noise - and I am not talking about the building, but the market outside starts really early - as early as 2:30am. And the noise was really extreme (for us). To complete the picture - we were with the baby, so it was a more complicated context. You can't put the earplugs to the infant. I was really frustrated, but Jay had a very positive and professional attitude, and we were able to terminate the stay and move to a quieter place. I am giving 5 stars mainly as gratitude to the host for a stress-free resolution. Thank you Jay.

We’ve stayed at Le’s beautiful and comfortable villa for 8 days with 4 of my friends. We used 5 separate rooms and never disturbed each other if that’s not needed. The open area is amazing with a pool, bbq, huge kitchen and a great view to Vinpearl and the fireworks which takes place there. 3 rooms have the same sea view as the pool, others two - garden view. Every morning we had fresh breakfast with fruits and cleaners if needed. Le responded quickly to all our requests. Thanks a lot to Le for our amazing time in Nha Trang. I would love to come back!

The condo is excellent, very clean, kitchen appliances, well decorated. They changed the sheets every 2 weeks. There is a big gym, large swimming pool. 4 restaurants. Close to the beach and shopping malls. Mr Viet was very prompt and very helpful. Champa Island is a grat place to holiday

Для двоих самый классный вариант для отдыха в Нячанге, мы с женой были как дома, все чисто, уютно, до пляжа идти через дорогу просто пройти)Магазины, супермаркеты, рынок, торговые центры, набережная все рядом! Есть замечательный бассейн, выглядит лучше чем на фото, каждый день утром и вечером купались после моря! Внутри квартиры все есть, кухня отличная сами все готовили! Хозяйка очень добрая, милая и веселая, она даже пригласила нас к себе домой в гости! Вообщем кто первый раз приезжает в Нячанг и хочет чтобы первое знакомство было незабываемым, то рекомендуем 10/10✅

在春节这样的时间，这里真的是非常具有性价比的房子了！位于酒店里，房间很干净，房东人也很好，很热情的帮忙解决问题。这里位于市中心的一个岛上，比旅游者聚集区安静多了，非常推荐来芽庄的旅游者居住！

В целом все хорошо. Из плюсов - уборка в любое время по запросу. Хозяин всегда отвечает на вопросы и помогает в случае чего. Ну и конечно расположение, рядом с морем и рядом со всеми местными ресторанами. Из минусов - квартиру нужно освежить. Так же планировка, не очень прикольно, когда у тебя напротив кровати стиральная машина и раковина) ну и завышенная цена. В целом хозяин очень отзывчивый, помогал со всеми нашими запросами.

皆さんにこのアパートをお勧めします。 LinhさんとKhanhさんの対応は素晴らしかった。予約前の質問には迅速に情報提供をくれた。 チェックインは通常セルフチェックインのようですが不安なのでお願いしたら2人で出迎えて下さり、部屋の説明をしてくれました。また滞在中のいくつかのお願いにも迅速に対応してくれた。 立地は最高で有名なドム市場のすぐそばで、近くには地元の人が通う安くておいしいレストランがたくさんあります。スーパーのロッテマートやニャチャンセンターにもゆっくり歩いて１５分程度です。 また寝室からは海が眺められ、ベランダからの眺めも最高です。 設備がまだ新しく食器や寝具類はとてもきれいでした。。 残念なのはただ一つで、曇りの日が続き最高の眺めを十分楽しめなかったことです。 今度は天気の安定している季節に来たいと思います。

It is very comfortable to live here. There are many clear bars downstairs, and skylight is next door. The transportation here is very convenient. Thank you very much for letting us check in early.

The response from Linh are pretty fast. He is very helpful and proactive. The rooms were pretty amazing. One room has an awesome view and the other room has an Projector for Netflix and chill. There were small cons too, the drain for the washrooms was not proper so the water gets overflowed for sometime and the kitchen and utensils seems a bit worn and old which are manageable any how considering the price band. The Major plus point is the check-in and check-out timings. You have 24 hr check-in which is very great relief of our travel which we had issues at other locations. Overall it is an absolute go to and had an Comfortable stay.

An apartment was extremely clean and also there were all necessary house equipments, that made it so convenient for me to live. Furthermore, location is extraordinary as well, each room has a sea view and around the building are plenty of restaurants and also shopping mall. I recommend it to everyone.
