The place to be near Ninh Binh. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Très bien situé pour être en dehors du bruit de Ninh Binh et profiter du calme de la campagne vietnamienne. Le site est magnifique, la vue sur le lac et la piscine de la Guesthouse est superbe. La nourriture servie est excellente. Le confort de notre chambre familiale et l'aide du manager de la guesthouse ainsi que ses conseils nous ont réjouit.

Mi estancia ha sido maravillosa. No le hacen justicia las fotos. La comida del restaurante deliciosa y muy buen precio. Y la hospitalidad de toda la familia ha sido increíble. Anna me ha solucionado todos los problemas y el interés ha sido extraordinario. Solo me queda decir que no lo penséis si estáis por la zona. Muchas gracias familia

Lieve host die graag helpt met activiteiten organiseren in Ninh Binh. De locatie is niet dichtbij Ninh Binh City, maar daar wil je ook niet zitten. Perfect dus voor verschillende dagtours! Haar lieve dochtertje liep met ons mee naar de poort met een paraplu toen we met onze spullen door de regen moesten. De kamer was chill en schoon, ik zou hier zeker terugkomen.

Minh and his family are wonderful! This is my second time at Minh’s, because my first time in 2018 was so great! He and his family are kind and the space is very clean. I like staying here, and will do it again if I get the chance to visit Vietnam again. I recommend staying here. It is walking distance from beautiful boat tours. If you need food you can walk to somewhere close by. Minh and his family are very helpful. We used g**gle translate to communicate with Minh’s wife when he was at work. She is lovely and brought us bananas to snack on at night. Thank you again for the wonderful stay, Minh!!

Anna is a wonderful and very responsive host . She went an extra mile for us to arrange us everything we needed for the day. She was very polite and knew all attractions near by . We came directly from hanoi airport to anna's place and she was standing there for us , arranged for our transport , kept the food ready , arranged us a day tour and night bus to sapa and drop off . It was so seamless and she knew english very well.Superb overall . Highly recommend

quel séjour incroyable !! ce fut une expérience extraordinaire. nous voulions voir plusieurs aspects du vietman et après quelques jours sur hanoi , cela a été un vrai plaisir de tomber sur cet endroit. c'est magique , bien entretenu, confortable et il y a Thánh et sa femme. on est venu en ayant une idée des visites mais Thánh a su nous aiguiller et proposer des activités. j ai vu en commentaire que certains trouvaient cela cher , oui pour le vietnam c'est un prix mais sincèrement ce qui en ressort en vaut largement le coup. on a passé une journée formidable en sa compagnie et on a pu visiter le coin en vélo avec une vrai expérience locale. Thánh est agréable et prend le temps d expliquer les choses et reste disponible à chaque instant. c'est un hôte formidable je recommande à 100% ce homestay. la cuisine de sa femme est délicieuse et nous avons pu profiter des vélos qui sont prêtés pour visiter et manger à l extérieur. un réel plaisir à venir les yeux fermés

Nous avons passé trois nuits chez Jasmine et c’était incroyable. L’emplacement était parfait au calme, loin de l’agitation des environs. Elle a était de super conseils pour notre programme et location de scooter. Nous avons eu la chance de discuter avec elle durant les repas du soir. Je recommande +++. Super rencontre.

We had a brilliant stay at Thành's place. Thành and his family are amazing hosts. Everything from his driver picking us up from Hanoi exactly on time, his bespoke tour (highly recommended and the highlight of our stay) the amazing locally grown food, and wealth of knowledge we received from Thành and his wife was fantastic. The area is fascinating with lots of great tours and very friendly people. Aside from the well known attractions, simply hiring a scooter/bike and travelling around to different less touristy villages was rewarding. We felt like part of the family staying here and we hope to stay in touch and visit again in the future. Thành and his family conduct themselves with integrity and will provide you with everything you need, or give you space if you prefer. Highly recommended.
