My group and I stayed for 2 weeks on a work trip. We travail with my pet (dog). The house was close to work and was able to come home for lunch. We don’t get that often. Todd was a great host. He and his co-listers were quick to respond to all messages. The house still has some of the original details; such as, the old mail receptacles in the front entrance of the home. I can appreciate keeping the integrity of the home. Sidenote, there is only one central unit for the entire over and under home. Bathroom stayed on the cooler side. I travel with the fan and we were able to find a heater in the basement. Very close to the falls!! Over all great place. Thanks for hosting us.

great air bnb especially for the price. the bathroom was really nice you can relax in the tub while you watch your favorite show. lots of amenities. overall a great stay with an amazing host.

This was a perfect location for our visit to Tonawanda! So close to great restaurants on the canal and a short drive to the Falls. We loved the private apartment. It had everything we needed and more. Natalia was a wonderful and responsive host.

Highly recommend. Especially liked the balcony area.

We came to visit Niagara Falls. We parked our car in the lot just outside the back door as specified by the owner. Entry was easy and felt safe. The owner was very responsive to my questions. The house was immaculate and stocked with everything that we needed. Beds and furniture were comfortable. WiFi was fast. We were a 10-20 min walk from all the major attractions and restaurants. I can only say good things about this place! Highly recommend!

What a gorgeous, historical space! Michael was great. He checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and provided a local's opinion on the best way to see Niagra Falls. Cafe/store next door was perfect.

We loved the place. It was perfect for our weekend wedding getaway. It was very clean and the beds were so comfortable!

The house was adorable, could definitely use some updating, but it was perfect to relax by the lake for a couple of days. I will say the big bathroom with the good shower and 2 bedrooms were up a very narrow set of spiral stairs, so it would be very difficult to take a suitcase up. Another potential issue was a gas smell coming from the closer with the furnace, but Lisa assured me that her "furnace" guy checked it out and everything was good, also there are carbon monoxide detectors on each level. It was a great relaxing location and the neighbors were quiet. The hot tub was murky, maybe it could use a shock treatment or something? We still used it and watched the sunset. There was a little convenience store down the road with really tasty breakfast sandwiches and breakfast burritos. We enjoyed our stay.

Mary was an amazing host with lots of communication before during and after trip! The home was nostalgic (much 1800’s flair, stained glass and woodwork) and came with many amenities, clean linens, toiletries to make our Thanksgiving week feel like we were in a home. This home is so close to the falls and Canada! 5 minute drive! The nights were very very quiet and seemed like the neighborhood was safe while we were there. We recommend this place for a quick stay. We were there for 6 nights. Our family is in the falls and they approve as well. We stayed with our 2 children (14) & (10). Thank you again Mary for hosting us!

The location was great and matched the description perfectly. Nancy was very easy to deal with and responsive with clear instructions for check-in. I would definitely recommend staying here if given the chance!

Couldn't beat the view at the Gnome Home! Diane and Lisa were great hosts. Lisa met us at the house to show us around and give us recommendations, plus followed up in writing. This is definitely an older home with all of the quirks that come with older homes, so be prepared for that. However, it fit our needs, had great amenities, and a fantastic view of Lake Ontario. Don't expect direct access to the lake in cold months, but in summer you can launch kayaks and fish by climbing down to the lake. The outdoor deck and front porch were super cute and relaxing. There was lots of sleeping space with comfy beds, though a couple are up steep stairs. It was perfect for our family though, with my son able to wake up looking directly out at the lake and ground floor accommodations for my husband and I. The location was easy to find with good parking. It was close enough to many attractions, but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful.

The place was absolutely beautiful: inside as well as the outside view and yard. There were games and books available for all ages that my kids especially loved as well as the technology to get some down time with the TV as well. The outdoor furniture was adequate with one adult swing that was rundown and unusable but I got the impression that some chairs had walked off recently and Colin was in the process of rectifying it, even providing replacement chairs for us. The beds were comfortable and there was an extra toilet and sink in the laundry room that was not advertised which was a huge plus. Be aware- the listing accurately says no AC which was a little rough 1-2 nights in August with small children.
