Perfect for our needs for a quick weekend stay. Reliable internet and a comfortable living space with a yard to walk our dog.

we couldn't have found a better place to stay. we were there for a long weekend, and specifically for a Buffalo Bandits game at Key Bank Stadium. We found many places withing walking distance to have breakfast, we skip lunch, but endless places for dinner with whatever vibe you're looking for. We were renting the top floor of a charming older home, which had been very tastefully renovated while keeping up with period details and 100% comfort in mind. We loved it! Kevin was always fast to respond, extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was flexible, we were able to check in early, and very clear instruction with plenty of parking... a plus for city living! The beds were comfortable, as was the living room furniture, a bonus for watching a good movie or playing board games. couldn't have been more pleased, we highly recommend this stay and will definitely reach out to stay again if we travel to Buffalo in the future.

I've had a string of lame Airbnb experiences: bad beds/pillows, not clean, etc etc. However this place is a diamond in the rough and look forward to future stays. The neighborhood is so convenient and nice. Right next to public transit and shops and food. Couldn't find a better place in all of Buffalo. The unit is spotlessly clean and the bed was the best I've ever had at an Airbnb. The Wi-Fi was fast and I had an amazing time both in and out of the apartment.

This was a nice two bedroom place,very close to the villiage and walking distance to the park. It is clean and well decorated and outfitted. Marie is friendly and responsive. The price is great for what you get.

our stay on Wesley Street at Dan's house was everything we needed. we seek out this residence whenever coming to Buffalo. it's close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and other amenities. the North Park neighborhoods are beautiful to walk in!

My friends and I had a wonderful experience! The host was extremely responsive & answered any questions we had with ease and in a timely manner. The apartment was spotless, exactly as pictured, and had all the amenities that were listed—nothing was missing. Apartment is updated and well cared for. We really appreciated the attention to detail and how easy communication was. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free experience!

We actually stayed over Christmas and it was home away from home! The pictures described it perfectly - easily big enough for 4 adults and still had room to spread out. We were able to stay with our daughter and cook meals together (very modern kitchen), see the sites and be a family! Shana was an incredible host for this first time Airbnb user.

I’m very happy with my stay! The beds were actually very comfortable! That’s sometimes hard to come by. Perfect place for my kids and I to stay.

We had an excellent stay! The house was clean, lovely, great location, felt like home. Hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It was easy to get to and easy to access and navigate the home. We would absolutely stay here again. The location was amazing for visiting Canada and Niagara Falls. We were even able to see the beautiful pink moon right from the hot tub in the back yard. Highly recommend.

Super Gastgeber und Unterkunft! Die Unterkunft ist ca. 3km von den Niagara Fällen entfernt und das Parken im Hintehof war auch trotz enger Einfahrt mit einem großen SUV möglich. Gerne wieder!

My family had such a wonderful stay at Julia's place. We had plenty of room for our family of four and loved having a spot to relax after a day of sight seeing. Julia was always responsive if we had any questions. The location of the house close to the center of town was super convenient. The home was so clean and also cozy. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean property in a nice quiet location with stunning views! We very much so enjoyed our stay! The house was in good condition and looked as it did in the photos. The only downside was that there was no snow shovel on property. We encountered snow on multiple days during our stay and had to wait for the walkways to be shoveled. Considering pretty much all the other amenities were provided, it seemed odd that there would not be a shovel on property in a location prone to snow.

The home was lovely -- my family and I had a wonderful time staying there! Great access to the beach, and a little play area my kids loved. (My daughter was begging us to stay longer.) Lisa was extremely responsive. When the grill propane was low at dinner time, she had it replaced within 20 minutes, fast enough that we were still on time for dinner! We can't recommend this home enough, and we would love to return sometime.

Our staying at Mary's was great. quiet and safe place. The place was as described and clean and that's is always a plus. I don't remember if the stairs where listed on the page but you have a few flight of stairs. if staying less than 3 nights she will send you a cleaning fee separate, I didn't like that because I had made my peace with the total price already but at that point what ever. She left us a welcome letter with chocolates and was nice. everything was explained in the apartment, event the coffee pot, has a QR code for the video of how to use it 😆. I liked the location because my plans where to visit the Niagara Falls but didn't wanna stay at the hearth if the city and this place is just 15-20 min away. Overall good place and happy to say that I recommend it.

Maurizio was a gracious host and has a lovely spot. Well decorated with cool art, spacious, comfortable furniture, and even had some lovely plants to brighten everything up! Two desks for doing work if you need, and two tvs, both worked quickly and easily. Maurizio was a communicative and friendly host, and even took my call at 6:15 a.m. when I had an important question for him. Lastly, I mistakenly booked one less night than I needed, and when I requested an extra night, he obliged without complaint or judgment. (Luckily there was no one who'd booked it for the extra night!). Thanks Maurizio!

First of all, Stefano was very responsive, helpful and kind. Whatever we needed and had questions on he was very quick to reply! The condo itself was clean, homey, and the kitchen was very well equipped. Down to the details even the toilet paper in the washrooms were folded, towels set ready for us on the beds. The tv was loaded with all kinds of entertainment and it was easy to navigate! Side note, the coffee selections Stefano provided are really good. Location wise, parking is right in front of the condo. Surrounding area was very convenient with multiple food locations, gas stations and grocery stores nearby! The falls itself was only a five minute drive along with the other attractions like the casino, olg stage, clifton hill, and many more. We’re definitely recommending this unit and host and are planning to book with Stefano again in the future!!

I recently stayed at Emmanuel’s Airbnb in Niagara Falls, and it was fantastic. The host was friendly and communicated well. The property matched the photos perfectly, with fresh sheets, towels, and a lovely fragrance throughout. The house was spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend this place—definitely deserves 5 ⭐️
