We had a great time at Julie’s private hideaway! The house was immaculate, beautifully furnished and very cozy with a gas fireplace in the living room and a lit Christmas tree to greet us! We were in town to see a Bills game and this house is a great find within a 30 minutes of the stadium. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you, Julie!

This place was INCREDIBLE! There was plenty of space for a large group. The family room and kitchen were perfect for the size of house and amount of people this place is designed to sleep. The details were all perfectly thought of. After several years of traveling around for this group trip, we will only stay here from now on. 6 out of 5 stars!

This was a great stay as we were vising for a College Swimming Conference Championship at the University of Buffalo. The location was close to everything - the college, restaurants, and the airport. The hosts were super responsive each and every time I messaged - answered immediately. The house was just lovely and had everything we needed. Great house and great hosts!!

Wonderful place!! Home has all amenities with huge full windows & high ceilings overlooking the lake in a great small community of 50 private homes with lovely & friendly neighbors. Proximity to Jamestown & Chautauqua institutions was great. Use of bike paths in adjoining Camp Chautauqua(100 acre site with 100 mobile trailer homes & 20 small fixed homes ) was great Also private tennis/pickelball court available at no cost on premises & large pool on adjoining camp property available as well as 2 boat docks.Great & safe for young children as community is private with no through streets & most kids & people use golf carts. There is adjoining campsite playground on lakefront which is great for young children. Bring a boat or kayak along & use Chautauqua institutions nearby for nightly entertainment as well as day lectures , art instruction courses sailing school, variety of day courses & lectures with great theater & opera productions. only 3 miles away.

Very nice old home, everything was good except the amount of stairs could be a problem for some people, the host was awesome and the neighbor was nice enough to allow us to park on his property.

Beautiful cozy home. My kids had a blast with the toys. Beautiful kitchen and great indoor lighting. Cute playground out back that my kids loved. Joelle was kind and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!!

Martin was an incredible host for our stay, and to say he was incredible would be an understatement. This was our first time staying at an Airbnb and wow were we impressed with his home and its space. The kitchen had everything you’d ever need and both bedrooms were bigger than we expected. He is a positive and welcoming host and we loved him. Overall we enjoyed his home and will definitely be staying here again, Thanks Martin!

We stayed at Chris’s place for an in town work conference for the weekend. The home was beautiful and very spacious - bathrooms were very clean and everything was in working order. Bedrooms were wry pleasant and all furniture was clean. Chris was very helpful from start to finish , being always readily available to answer questions. He suggested some very nice bars that we had a great time at. Location itself is very close to the strip , within walking distance. Lots of things to do that are within walking distance. Will definitely be coming back to Chris’s place in the future.

I can’t say enough about this beautiful apartment. Addie provides everything you might have forgotten at home to make your stay enjoyable. She responds quickly to any emails The suite is located on a gorgeous peace of property with a few different options for guests to enjoy the view. Inside is a high quality large couch, great mattress, large shower and full kitchen. Addie has created a true retreat. Everything about our stay was top notch.

Anthony's was great, perfectly cosy and just what I was looking for. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet this February. Doubled shades provided a very secure feeling at night and a bright amount of daylight. The tall windows gave a beautiful view of the snow storm in the garden with the yard lights illuminating the snow. He extended our checkout time, huge bonus. Made time to enjoy the local recommendations and the well stocked kitchen and bathroom. The appliances and functions were all labelled and prestine. I can't wait to check out the other spaces Anthony has created at this location 🌴🐝🪴

This weekend was one for the books. Left cold snowy Ohio, to come to Niagara Falls in a snow storm! Kevin was a super host and made sure the sidewalk / stairs were clear & salted prior to arrival and during the stay! Appreciated all of the amenities - clean home - great location - easy to find - great recommendations for wineries & food! 10/10 would stay again!

I don’t even know where to start. Super comfy, super clean, Richard and Susan really love their home and it shows. There’s a calmness and peacefulness as you walk in. My partner and I enjoyed this weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of life. Thank you Richard and Susan for allowing us to unwind this weekend!! This Airbnb was absolutely top-notch! Everything was perfect—clean, stylish, and exactly as described. The host was great, and the location was ideal. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend!

Nice place that met our expectations. It was close to the places we wanted to visit. There had been considerable snowfall the week before, and there was not much effort to shovel sidewalks in the area, so not as walkable as we had hoped. Obviously that is not our host's fault.

This house was amazing to stay at! It was easy to find but felt very secluded surrounded by woods. There was lots of space for everyone and the bedrooms/bathrooms were very nice. The kitchen was pretty big and open, and the living room was very comfortable. It was about a 30 minute drive to Holiday Valley, and this house made our snowboarding/ski trip complete. Darren was always quick to communicate, and left good instructions regarding the house. We would love to come back in the future!

We recently stayed at a cabin that was an absolute gem! The hot tub was perfect for relaxing under the stars, and we had an amazing movie night in a cozy setting. One of the best parts was getting to feed and take pictures with the friendly horses and ponies on the property. It made our getaway truly special. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy nature!

My girlfriend and I loved staying here at Ashley's home. It was very nice and cozy. Very quiet and peaceful as well. We're from NYC and this was such a nice getaway from all the hustle and bustling noise of the city. We'd definitely stay again. Ashley is an amazing host and very responsive!

perfect place to stay for a night after some bird watching in presque isle. even with many feet of snow on the ground the host plowed the walk ways and accommodated a wonderful stay. thanks we will be back!

This cabin is beyond beautiful. Very secluded and easy to find. So much charm inside the cabin that you would never want to leave. I spent somedays in my honeymoon in this cabin and it was the perfect choice. So much to enjoy in the outdoors without leaving the property. Everything is thought for that it became joyful to enjoy and discover. It’s a little perfect get way place and I can’t wait to return to it especially around spring. The host is extremely thoughtful and caring throughout my visit and we appreciated their hospitality and respect. Thank you so much Bob & Peg we are grateful!

Cozy and rustic cabin. Derek was friendly, gave clear instructions and offered flexible check in/out times. The propane heat kept us warm throughout the night. We had a great time and enjoyed the entire ambiance. We will be back again.

We loved our stay!! The place was even nicer than we expected and really enjoyed the pool table & arcade games and open layout! It was a short drive to the ski hill and town, we would definitely book again!
