Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con patio en Nicaragua

El alojamiento está céntrico pero muy cerca de las discos de Managua, lo cual puede resultar un poco incómodo por el ruido. Con respecto al precio pienso que está un poco alto por que es bastante pequeño máximo para dos personas. Sin embargo, la administración fueron muy amables y respetuosos. Gracias por hospedarnos.

Nice studio since the bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a wall. great place close to two restaurants and the Carretera al Sur groceries outlets. large parking space, felt very safe. The place is clean and eveything works. Geraldine is friendly and helpful. strongly recommended.

The place was just as described! Really close to the city center. Felt safe and the communication with Salvador was great.

I spend a lot of time in Managua and I wish I had found this place sooner. My family and I had such a relaxing time. Just a few steps away from the grocery store made it so we didn’t have to leave if we didn’t want to. Never had a better host than Gabriel. Extremely responsive and willing to help. If you’re staying the area this is hands down the best choice

The apartment was amazing—spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bed was super comfortable. I felt right at home.

Great stay in Leon with April - very responsive host - had someone over in less than 10 min to change the tank for the stove when it ran out of gas. Beautiful pool and kitchen. Thanks!!

This little unit is so perfect for the area. Beautiful ocean view, beautiful space with privacy. Perfect neighborhood. We'll stocked and Victoria was a wonderful host. Couldn't ask for a better airbnb. Loved every minute.

I had a fabulous time at Sea Horse. It's a short walk from the dock once you get off the panga. The apartment is near plenty of great local restaurants and places to set up water activities such as diving or snorkeling. The pictures were completely accurate. Doug is a great host, very fast communication. Nice details such as a Google doc form with all pertinent info about the apartment and even a sorry video showing you exactly how to get to the apartment. Additionally, when there was a problem with the panga and it looked like I might not arrive on my scheduled day, he offered to adjust the the reservation. Fortunately, I did eventually make it on the day that I was supposed to. The WiFi is fast enough and the apartment is stocked well. The apartment is quite livable and great for a couple wanting to check out the island for a week or a digital nomad looking for somewhere to get away from it all for months at a time.

A great place for our group of seven. Every room has it's own bathroom and plenty of space to hang out. Loved the pool and the 3rd floor terasse. easy walk to the beach and centre of town. Highly recommend.

My stay at Eduardo’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the AC kept everything at the perfect temperature, which was a huge plus with the heat. The location was great, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Estamos muy contentos de habernos quedado en la propiedad de Leonel. La ubicación es perfecta cerca de un area comercial donde hay supermercado lo cual lo hizo accesible para nosotros y cercana a nuestros familiares. La casa es espaciosa, acogedora, se siente mucha paz, muy funcional para las necesidades de mi familia. Leonel nos atendió muy bien nuestras necesidades y sin percance alguno. Muchas gracias y esperamos que en un futuro podamos regresar.

This space blew us away. It is very spacious and comfortable. While we had a vehicle we didn’t need to drive due to the great location. The home is very well maintained and was extremely clean. The photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

Nous avons été charmés par la propriété de Michelle. Nous étions 5 adultes et 4 enfants. L’aire commune est grande et spacieuse. Les chambres ont toutes leur salle de bain privée. Le coin extérieur est vraiment bien. Juste assez d’ombres et de soleil pour profiter de la cour toute la journée. Il y avait 2 vélos disponibles mais nous ne les avons pas utilisés. Le logement était situé très près des commerces du centre du village. Il était à environ 15 minutes de marche de la plage. Ça se faisait très bien avec les poussettes. La communication avec Michelle était impeccable. Quand nous avions des questions, elle nous répondait très rapidement et nous mettait en contact avec les bonnes personnes. La maison est située dans une communauté privée et c’est très sécuritaire pour les enfants. La plage est vraiment magnifique, peu de gens, les vagues sont parfaites pour le surf. Je recommanderais ce logement sans hésitation.

Erg fijn verblijf met een prachtig uitzicht. Het gezamenlijke zwembad is erg fijn en het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit. Bij de receptie wordt goed Engels gesproken en het inchecken ging ook erg snel en soepel. Vanaf de locatie ben je met 10 minuten in het centrum van San Juan del Sur en in 30 minuten bij de stranden Maderas en Hermosa. De supermarkt is 5 minuten rijden. Kritiek op het verblijf is dat de afzuigkap niet werkte in de keuken en dat het douchewater niet warm wordt (dat is het geval bij bijna alle huisjes op het park Villas del Palermo), desondanks was ons verblijf fantastisch.

Hacienda Iguana fue un lugar tranquilo , bien cuidado , muy protegido y privado ..con ciertas comodidades y servicios que permitían abastecerse de cosas esenciales . Aunque recomendamos comprar todo en Rivas antes de llegar , ya que dentro de la hacienda todo es muy caro . La playa muy tranquila , buena para caminar , disfrutar del mar y sus olas suaves y del surf para todos los niveles . Recomendamos caminar más allá de las rocas por ambos extremos de la playa Iguana . El apartamento de Roberta es lindo , practico , muy cuidado y con una ubicación privilegiada con vista al mar . Roberta atenta y amable respondió a todas nuestras preguntas y dudas siempre . Después de haber recorrido Nicaragua fue un buen destino para finalizar nuestro viaje .

The apartment is amazing. It feels like home, the view is nice. Everything works and the fact that you are able to flush toiletpaper is a huge bonus. Everything in the apartment feels like luxury. Please keep in mind that it’s like a 15-20 min walk to where the restaurants and bars are. Would definitely recommend the place.

Everything about this stay was perfect. Tom is an amazing host. If we could, we would have given this stay a 6/5 rating. Above and beyond all around. Definitely check this place out! We will be coming back as soon and often as we can.

Primero me gustaría mencionar que Juan Pablo y Uri fueron geniales de inicio a fin, hubo un pequeño percance al inicio de la estadía pero lo resolvieron sumamente rápido, con excelente actitud y nos retribuyeron con creces el pequeño inconveniente. Estamos especialmente agradecidos con Uri por su rápida y excelente atención. Les deseamos el mejor de los éxitos para el 2025 en el cual seguramente regresaremos! Les recomiendo muchísimo hospedarse acá!

Billie and Lee were excellent and accommodating hosts. The property is beautiful and immersed in nature. There is a clean and quiet beach that is walkable in 2 minutes as well as many more a short drive away. This stay was the highlight of our trip through Central America and we would definitely return.

I recently stayed at Mike’s place within the Iguana property and had a great experience. The location is excellent, situated right next to the entrance gate. Mike was super helpful and always available to assist. Although the description doesn’t specify, the bed is a queen size, which is slightly larger than it appears in the photos (a double bed) a pleasant surprise! The beach is about a 10-15 minute walk away, or just a 3-minute drive. Since we had visited before, we were aware of this detail. Initially, we were concerned about potential noise due to the proximity to a brewery and restaurants, but it was quiet, and we slept well. We’ll definitely plan to go back!
