This is a beautiful house and the view is exactly as pictured! We spent three weeks here and had an amazing time spending each day in the pool and evenings watching sunset. Dan has great recommendations, communication, and a guest discount to his catamaran tour which is tons of fun. We were three people working remotely and occasionally faced problems with power outages, often multiple times per week and day. If you are working remotely I would recommend flexibility and/or also having a local sim/ external data connection to avoid issues. However, I will mention that these issues are not unique to Dan's place and can be expected at any location in San Juan del Sur. The house attendants are readily available for anything you might need, however we sometimes faced miscommunication issues in regards to cleanings and laundry. I would highly recommend Dan's place for a relaxing vacation and remote work, you cannot beat the pool and view!

Marc est un hôte sympathique et accueillant, disponible mais discret. J’ai bien apprécié mon séjour en ce lieu. La maisonnette se trouve dans un cadre idéal pour ceux qui aiment le chant des oiseaux et la tranquillité. Jolie propriété très bien entretenue avec beaucoup d’arbres fruitier et une belle piscine. Facilement accessible même à pieds ou à vélo. Petits magasins à proximité. Je recommande volontiers

Awesome place to stay. Great location with a lot of friendly people around. Restaurant and Pool are nice and the views are great.

Very nice house, it had everything we needed, the kids had so much fun at the pool and hammocks. We surfed every day. Cara make sure we had a go kart since hers was broken, also the staff people was so nice with us. It was an amazing experience for the kids, so easy to go to the beach club, with golf cart. House is well located. We will be back soon.

Casa buena vista, disfrutamos mucho de la experiencia con un personal de atención muy amable, la casa cuenta con un concepto muy acogedor con una excelente vista de la bahía de San Juan del sur. Solo agregaría que sería bueno instalar algún tipo de luminaria más para el área de la piscina. ¡Todo súper! :)

We’ve been to Rancho Santana a couple of times, and this is our favorite place thus far. Ana the housekeeper is a delight, the condo is close to all the amenities, and our young family of five had plenty of room to spread out during our 2-week stay. Being on the ground floor was super convenient for us to get in and out. The unit is also beautifully furnished, and the hosts ensured that we had all of the instructions, including airport transfers. We hope to come visit again next year. Highly recommended!

From the moment I checked in Anjelica, the house keeper made me feel right at home. Waking up to quiet mornings in the capital is truly special before the hustle and bustle of the day begins. The mature garden that surrounds the pool provide a sanctuary for many birds including the National bird. It also provides a lot of shade for the afternoon when it’s the hottest. It was so convenient to be able to walk over to a wonderful coffee shop that also has a great cafe with nice food options. There is a very nice upscale Italian restaurant right beside the house. They also will deliver. Great service! There is also a farmers market across the street. The location could not be better! The kitchen is well equipped if you decide not to eat out. The house itself is constructed very well and stays cool and comfortable without using AC. Fans are handy for those not wanting to use AC. The home has a lot of natural light! Much better than any hotel stay I’ve had in Managua. Highly recommend.

The home was beautiful and so was the location. We were barely home, but when we were there it was beautiful. A few things I would recommend is to make sure you have a 4x4 SUV to make getting to the property easier. The other thing would be to stop and buy some necessities, like paper towels for the kitchen. Other than that our stay was lovely. The home was way bigger than we needed, and it was 10 of us.

We had a wonderful time at this house, it had everything we were looking for, very private and literally views on views, also Courtney and the house staff were very professional and proactive, the communication was excellent! We will be happy to be back on our next trip to San Juan del Sur!

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach villa in Nicaragua! The location is perfect – just steps away from the best beach, where we could enjoy stunning sunsets and the sound of the waves all day long. The villa itself is beautiful, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We felt completely secure throughout our stay, with a peaceful and safe atmosphere. An added bonus were the stairs down to the beach….which added some daily exercise. We would stay here again – it was an unforgettable experience! Highly recommend!

The home was an absolute dream - even better than the photos. The caretaker, Hiro was amazingly helpful, and the home was clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and the location was incredible. 10/10 would stay here again.

Everything about this place was stunning. The view is incredible. The decor and layout is gorgeous. Place is very clean and there are plenty of towels. I particularly loved being able to see the statue of Christ while doing my dishes! Steep hill but our car made it up, and super close to town where all the action is. Host was flexible with our check in and out times.

Our group of 8 had a wonderful stay in this house. It is stunning, the living area was great and we loved the pool. It was an easy walk to amazing surf, but golf carts were fun too. The property managers were really helpful, they booked a chef for us and all our surfboards rentals etc. There is also yoga, pickle ball, golf and volleyball at the beach club, lots to do here. We would 100% come back.

The house is amazing! It is very clean, peaceful, private and has beautiful surroundings! The infinity pool is unbelievable with a breathtaking view! This is our second visit to the monkey house! Yubran the caretaker of the house is an excellent chef! He cooked our dinner two nights during our stay! Thank you for sharing your house we love it! ❤️

Beautiful place steps from an amazing beach! Adam’s place is immaculate! The kitchen area is huge and has a large island and table. Bedrooms are very quiet and private. The pool is excellent, with some nice steps for relaxing on and a deep end for swimming. Jessica and Harold take care of cleaning the house and yard during your stay and are extremely helpful and friendly! We absolutely loved our stay here and would 100% book with Adam again when we stay at Iguana Beach!

I spent 8 days at Casa Lila, I loved the place, No noise, Private, very safe and with space for family reunion, more than it looks in pictures, with all necessary described in the amenities. Palermo Hotel and resort is in a beautiful area , far enough from town to provide peace and quiet yet a short drive to restaurants and shopping in San Juan Del Sur. Kori responded to our questions or needs in record time. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and ate a few tasty meals in the restaurant. The resort staff were helpful and friendly.

Pablo’s place has a beautiful view and place is spotless and spacious. For my listing I put down 14 guest and even though we had that many people there was more than enough room for everyone to get comfortable and do their thing. The person in charge of taking care of the house is Santiago, he is super friendly/reliable and fast to help guests with anything during the stay. (I hope Pablo takes good care of him!!). I would definitely recommend him to anyone and stay here again if I visit San Juan del Sur again.
