A great view and a wonderful home. The internet was spotty throughout our week, which made work calls a bit tough. The pool was not available because we were there in the winter and it was too cold, so I can’t comment on that. Otherwise, everything was working and the hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. The location is up the hill from the shore. While you can walk to some things it requires walking back up to the house. It was okay for us, but something to be aware of as you book.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Un cadre parfait dans les collines, l’appartement est au top, fonctionnel et très agréable. Le sauna et la baignoire à spa un délice pour se relaxer!! Un petit déjeuner copieux, et local, n’hésitez pas venez essayer!!

We had the most wonderful stay. The place was so ideal for young children (we had 6 under 5 years) and couldn’t have asked for a more perfect setup. The trampoline and also the safety fence around the pool were great features. Samantha was so incredibly helpful and always responsive. Thank you so much! Logement très fonctionnel, pas besoin de chercher un parking pour la voiture. La terrasse très sympa.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’accueil de Thomas était chaleureux, et il s’est montré réactif et disponible. Le logement était conforme à nos attentes, propre et confortable. Le village est magnifique, avec de superbes paysages. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous avons passé un super week-end, et la communication avec Stéphanie a été très fluide tant en amont que pendant le séjour et elle a été très flexible. La maison était propre et conforme aux attentes. Très bien dimensionné pour un groupe de 6 personnes.

Eine sehr schöne, großzügige Villa, ruhig gelegen mit einem sehr schönen Garten und einem großen Pool. Das Haus war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unsere Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war immer erreichbar, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Laurine was an excellent host, always attentive and available for any questions. The location was also great. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again!

Wonderful villa for a large family with a stunning view from the balconies. Location is about a 45 minute walk into Nice but a Carrefour is within a few minutes walk. Delia was very helpful with checkin and prompt in getting back to us. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Ich wünschte, jedes AirBnB wäre wie das Haus von Giovanni. Einfach perfekt zum erholen. Perfekt sauber. Perfekt ausgestattet (Fußbodenheizung!). Und Giovanni ist der perfekte Host. Freundlich, hilfsbereit, aber zurückhaltend. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wahrheit. Wir kommen wieder! Ein kleiner Hinweis an geräuschempfindliche Personen, zu bestimmten Zeiten ist die Straße etwas laut.

Julien est un hôte vraiment charmant et prévenant. Le logement est parfaitement conforme aux photos, propre, bien équipé, vue dégagée de la terrasse, sans vis à vis. Les plus du logement sont le stationnement privatif, la proximité de la gare de Monaco d'où on peut aller en Italie, Menton, Nice, Antibes... la proximité d'un ascenseur public qui permet d'accéder facilement à Monaco et le jacuzzi !

Ich habe diese Unterkunft gebucht, um meinen 60sten Geburtstag mit meiner Familie zu feiern. Das Haus hat eine außergewöhnliche Lage mit einem sensationellen Blick in die Bucht von Saint Maxime. Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich. Ca, 10 min zu Meer. Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Einfach zu finden, unkomplizierter check in. Alles war perfekt vorbereitet. ( Babybett + Hochstuhl ) Wir haben uns sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Im Haus gibt es genügend Platz im offenen Wohn/Küchenbereich mit 8 Personen zu kochen und zu essen. Für kalte Tage gibt es sogar einen Kamin. Auch der Außenbereich ist genial. Mehrere Ebenen zum Verweilen. Toller Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, sogar ein Boule Bereich am unteren Ende des Grundstücks ist vorhanden. Vielen Dank lieber Stephane für die wunderbare Urlaubswoche. Frank & Familie

We had a fabulous family holiday . The hosts Sonja, Guido snr and jr were extremely welcoming . The house was even nicer in real life ! Perfect setting .. we ate outside for most meals .. beautiful outdoor area. Inside is perfectly maintained with old floors , windows, shutters matched with modern facilities . It was perfect for our family ( 6 adults and 8 month old) The pool was a must for the hot August days! The house is a 10 minute walk to the lovely village of Valbonne, bigger than we thought and definitely plenty of cafe Shops and restaurants to suit all. Valbonne is authentic French and has a famous market every Friday ( very busy but worth a visit) The house is also a close drive to Nice, Antibes, Cannes and the beautiful St Paul deVence. We highly recommend this property and the lovely hosts . We hope to return again one day .

A la fois proche de Nice et de la côte mais au calme. Parfait pour se détendre le soir après une journée pleine d'effort. Julien est toujours joignable et essaie toujours de son mieux pour aider à trouver des solutions aux problèmes.

Excellent séjour dans un lieu atypique. Pierre est un hôte très accueillant et sympathique et toujours aux petits soins.

Le séjour était juste incroyable, le chalet était très propre, très beau et très bien organisé , on a bien profité avec ma sœur du jacuzzi et du magnifique jardin à l’extérieur du chalet. Les hôtes était très très sympa, très gentils et toujours à l’écoute. Franchement ce chalet a conquis nos coeurs et on y reviendra sûrement.😍

Accueil très agréable une nuit parfaite malgré le temps , dommage qu’il a pas fais plus chaud mais le réveil au soleil avec cette vue était juste top merci pour votre accueil merci d’avoir accepté mon chien il a était ravie de passé cette nuit avec nous à très vite

J’ai effectué la réservation à la dernière minute et je ne regrette pas mon choix. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour avec mon conjoint. Je recommande l’endroit mais surtout les lodges .

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Mobil-home fonctionnel et agréable. Camping paisible. Je recommande sans problème.

Avec mon compagnon et notre gros toutou, nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La roulotte est magnifique et très bien entretenue. Cadre paisible, reposant et très joli. Jacuzzi avec une belle vue sur la nature. Il a y une rivière en proximité avec belle balade. On recommande 11/10.
