Perfect spot for us to stay while visiting family in the area. Very clean. Exactly as described. Excellent instructions on finding the building and gaining access.

We had an amazing stay at this charming Airbnb in Chattanooga! The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts were very welcoming & helpful! Providing us with great local recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to feel right at home. Highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting Chattanooga!

Everything was clean, location was great, was a lovely place to stay for our time in Chattanooga.

We had a great stay at Shaun's place. We parked the car and walked everywhere we wanted to go. We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary and went to a concert across the street. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

I must say, this was an exceptional property to stay at! Everything was top-notch, from cleanliness to an enormous amount of room! It's always the small things that I notice, and one thing that really caught my attention was the pillows on my bed….one really light and soft and one memory foam and super solid! The kitchen had everything we could need for a trip, as well as the bathroom, plenty of towels and toiletries as well. I would highly recommend this property!

We truly enjoyed our stay! This condo is new and immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The host was so kind and responsive. I loved it so much, I looked at similar properties to purchase. Yes, it’s that nice. Here are a couple of things that I want to share for guests. This didn’t make me lower my overall five stars, but you should be aware. -There aren’t any televisions in any of the bedrooms. I don’t know how I missed this, but I did. This wasn’t a deal breaker, but if you watch television at night, you will miss it. -The train can be very noisy and constant. There are white noise machines, but oddly enough they disturbed me too. -A big SUV will not fit in the garage, but there is ample parking. -Stove is missing a knob. -Housekeeping left wet towels folded in bed. Again, very minor things. We loved our stay, and didn’t want to leave. Comfort was key! Very close to everything. Pack your earplugs and enjoy!

We really enjoyed staying here! The place was bigger than the pictures made it seem, and the location was hard to beat! Chattanooga doesn’t have a lot of free parking, so having the free parking space was definitely nice!

Conveniently located on the first floor, Anna's condo was convenient to much of what Chattanooga has to offer, including the Convention Center. The condo was nicely decorated and we would absolutely stay here again if it was only 2-3 of us traveling . We had storms come through on Saturday into Sunday and Anna reached out to see if we needed anything. Great host, and a great place to come for a stay in Chattanooga!

so new and cute! had everything for a great stay! the place is actually 3 levels, so just keep that in mind if booking for people who might need help climbing stairs…the kitchen and all bedrooms require climbing stairs:) the place is super quiet in regards to neighbors and don’t worry about its location close to the airport, because the regional airport shuts down flights between @8:00pm and 6:30am!!

We stayed here on our way home to KY from FL and now we are already making plans to come back because not only did we love the cute city of Chattanooga, we loved staying at Davey’s condo! Davey was VERY responsive and proactive to make sure we knew where to park, how to get into the condo, and what needed to be done at checkout. Can’t wait to visit again! :)

Great place, walking distance to local restaurants and bars.

This condo is lovely and comfortable. Beds and pillows were great for sleeping and lots of room in the bathrooms. Kitchen was adequate for our needs (we mostly eat out on trips). Lots of light and the building was quiet. We knew about the train noise ahead of time and it was minimal, typical urban-area noise most of the time. Note that the blinds in the rooms are light-filtering, so it's never "dark" due to the street lights. Loved the location as we could walk to so many restaurants and things to do. Instructions had everything we needed to know and Kenny shared info without being intrusive. We will consider staying here again if our plans bring us back to the historic district!

This was our first time traveling as a family of 3, our first ever using the Airbnb rentals, we made a good choice staying at Karen’s place, everything we wanted to do was within 10 mins. Really enjoyed staying here! We will be back!

This little condo was perfect for me and my partner on our little trip away from home this week! It truly felt like home away from home. we will definitely be looking into this host again when we come back!

We had a great weekend stay. The condo was clean and felt like it had enough space for the two of us. The host is really responsive and will definitely do their best to accommodate you. The location of the condo is what we really loved. We did bring a car, so if you are ubering everywhere then you may not feel the same way, but it felt like everything was 5-10 minutes away tops. We were able to check out Lookout Mountain and Raccoon Mountain and those were probably the furthest things we did at around a 20 minutes away tops drive, but a lot of the time driving is actually driving to the top of the mountains. Plenty of bars, breweries, restaurants, shopping, and beautiful scenery all throughout the city. We would definitely recommend making this your home base if you are wanting to go out and explore around the city like we did.

Perfect location for the convention I was attending at a better price than hotels, and I was able to make my own food!
