The location was quiet and easily walkable to beach and restaurants. Grocery store is one building away. Host was on premises. Friendly neighbors nice pool.

Mi familia y yo disfrutamos de un excelente fin de semana en Luxana, el apartamento muy seguro, bien equipado y muy cómodo, tal como se aprecia en las fotos, Ana y Luis siempre resolvieron nuestras dudas y se preocuparon por que nos sintieramos de la mejor manera, rodeado de restaurantes y comercio en general y a 10-20 minutos en auto de las principales playas, el apartamento estuvo dispoble antes del check-in y nos permitieron irnos unas horas después del check-out, lo que nos permitió un mayor disfrute... Sin lugar a dudas volvería a Luxana!

We loved our stay. The surroundings were peaceful, the jacuzzi was a plus after a long hike and having the night tour next door was very nice. Would recommend.

My husband and I wanted to stay a night of our trip in downtown Jaco, and this was perfect! Almost wished we had stayed longer! Barry was very communicative up front and during the stay, and even gave some food recommendations. View of the pool and the beach from the balcony was lovely. It was well located, easy to pop to the beach or to the various bars and restaurants in town. The unit itself is nice, feels new and well-maintained. The king bed was comfortable, there was a lot of bathroom space. All around a great place to stay!

Melissa was a great host to us during our time in Tamarindo. The place was absolutely beautiful. We especially loved bird and iguana watching on the balcony in the mornings. Melissa made airport pick up /drop offs incredibly convenient as well. Can’t wait to return!

One of the cleanest most well appointed airbnbs ive ever stayed in. So well stocked with appliances for everything you could need. And fast wifi, right on the beach. Great gym and pool

Todo estuvo muy bien, muy limpio, ordenado y todo nuevo! Solamente que en la ducha falta cerrarla para que no se haga mucho reguero con el agua que salpica, ya que no existen puertas de baño como tal.

The first time my husband and I traveled to Santa Teresa in 2020 we stayed at The Green House (Moss, I believe). We come to Santa Teresa twice per year, and although we tried other spots in the past, nothing compares, such that our go-to is The Green House. I think this is our 6th or 7th time staying here. We have tried all three apartments (based on availability) and Mint is our favorite! It's spacious, with the bedroom separated from the living/dining. The dining has a big refrigerator/freezer, four burners and an oven. It has all the conveniences of home. We usually cook a few meals in and eat a few meals out. The splash pool is all you need, with just enough sun peaking through greenery. As a bonus, Josephina is an amazing host! She is very responsive. She schedules massages, private chefs and ATVs. She also handles our shuttle to/from Cobano Airport. There are absolutely no bugs inside, very well sealed. Daily cleaning, too. We will be back - already planning!

Juliana and Randall have a lovely home that is exactly as described. We were comfortable and a walkable distance from the centre of La Fortuna, although we had a car. There are a couple of restaurants very close by as well. WiFi was good, jacuzzi was lovely and hot and very clean. Friendly horse in the paddock next door that loves a morning pat. I would recommend this stay.

Exceptionnel. Accueil organisé avec une dame qui explique la maison, on est à 10 min max à pied de la plage. Les shampoings et savons sont bio et rechargeables, la démarche écologique est appréciée. La maison est plus belle que sur les photos, le jacuzzi est super, bref , une pépite.

L’hôte (Marlon) était très réactif et était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir avec une grande classe. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans le salon, cuisine et dans chacune des 3 chambres. Il y a également trois ventilateurs sur pied. La piscine du complexe à proximité du logement avec plusieurs bassins et aménagement est très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons.

Chris is such a responsive, gracious host. His communication is top-notch—he even sent videos with directions of how to arrive and get into the place. The place was so well appointed and comfortable. He sincerely wanted us to have a good Costa Rican experience. We’d return in a heartbeat!

This was a great place where we felt so lucky to have landed! The Villas are off the beaten path but still so close to everything in Samara town. We were thankful to be able to walk to and from the beach without having to spend much time on the busy town roads. The property is wonderfully maintained with beautiful landscaping. Our rental was furthest from the road and wonderfully private and quiet. We were delighted to be treated to so much space both inside and out. It included a large private covered patio with comfy furniture and a large dining table. Inside, the beds were all comfortable, the shower had plenty of pressure and warm water, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and clean up meals and there were 3 AC units that made our stay there totally comfortable.

Great space if you’re looking to enjoy time with family and friends. The complex pool is right behind the house. There are pool supplies inside the outside storage. The living room area was amazing as we used the TV for music and cook at the same time. We really didn’t feel the need to leave for anything as we had everything we wanted in here. The pool was a highlight! (There’s also a little cooler for ice to take into the pool. Make sure to buy plastic cups 😌) Finally I have to say that we left very happy and satisfied with how safe it felt! Definitely a 10/10

We absolutely loved Patrick’s place! It was everything we hoped for and more. We felt right at home and safe at all times. Everything is extremely walkable - the beach, grocery stores and restaurants. Patrick was easy to communicate with, and very quick to respond to any and every question we had. Thank you so much, Patrick! We were also amazed by every detail that was thought of, to make sure we had the best possible stay (kitchen supplies, beach chairs, grocery bags, picnic bag- you name it)! We hope to be back in the very near future!

My wife and I stayed at Marcela’s place for a week at the end of February. It’s an excellent and very safe spot! The beach is beautiful, with white sand and great snorkeling spots. Private access to the beach was a big plus! The location is perfect—safe and very close to Jaco if you enjoy a lively town atmosphere, as well as Herradura Bay if you have an early morning fishing trip. Algarete is a great restaurant to visit, just a five-minute drive away. The people, both around the area and at the beach, were very friendly. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back!

Incredible place in an awesome location. The terrace and view were priceless which we got to enjoy daily for meals and conversations with our kids. It was so peaceful that it was hard to leave every day. We saw some beautiful wildlife daily from the terrace. Lucio is kind, always available and quick to respond which made our stay in Tamarindo much more memorable. Apartment is very comfortable, spacious bathrooms and kitchen and overall great condition. Highly recommend it!!!!

Emilie's condo was perfect. It was easy to check in and the instructions were very clear. The unit was on the second floor with 2 separate bedrooms and a bed in the loft. It had a fully stocked kitchen with all the utensils and pans for cooking and preparing food. Plenty of beach chairs, pool towels and other things to make it feel like home. Beds were firm, but comfortable. Close walking distance to shops, restaurants and a 5 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of room for the 4 of us to spread out and relax. The grounds of the condo were beautiful and well maintained - felt like being in a tropical forest. The other residents were also friendly. The BEST part was how helpful and responsive Melissa, Emilie's assistant, was. Melissa was always VERY friendly, answered any questions I had about the condo and how to get to places. Always answered in minutes of my requests. She was proactive with check in and check out instructions and all were very detailed. This made us feel at home.

Caroline was very responsive right from the booking through until checkout and after. There were plenty of towels for shower and beach. Plenty of pillows and bedding. We enjoyed the covered outside sitting area. The location is nicely situated with pool right in back and others within Veranda to choose from if desired. We really enjoyed the Beach Club which is very close and pass was provided by Caroline. We rented a golf cart which was great. There is a dedicated parking spot right in front of the condo. It allowed us to go to different restaurants by the Marina and Marriott with ease and also to Play Herradura restaurants right outside Los Suenos. We also used Uber to a couple of different restaurants and found it easy to use. Drivers abler to come right in to pick up and drop off. Loved our stay and plan on returning. Thank you Caroline!

Ilya was super friendly and helpful. He met us at the gate for check-in and showed us around the unit and property. Everything was clean and easy to access. There are multiple restaurants within walking distance and a couple min drive into downtown you can find a ton more. The beach is also within walking distance. It’s a calm beach with black sand. Not a lot around there but we had fun with our kids. This place is peaceful and relaxing and has great views of the ocean. Would recommend!

We just returned from a month at Bernarda’s place. I agree with a previous review: stop looking, this is the place. It is clean, bright, spacious and comfortable. The view never got old. Playa Blanca is the best beach in the area, the condos are the only ones with direct access. The pool area has amazing views and was never crowded, often we had it to ourselves. She is a most attentive host; her place has many thoughtful amenities: lots of fruit waiting for us, the kitchen is very well equipped, beach supplies (chairs, cooler, great snorkel gear, binoculars etc), good bed-slept great, nice linens from bathrobes to plenty of beach towels… I could go on and on about the little touches and supplies, the best being Bernarda who will welcome you upon your arrival.
