great new condo in a very nice and new building. the condo has a great view of the pool and ocean. very clean unit and building with nice gym, pool and rooftop terrace. we had a fantastic stay.

Ana was a very nice host and the place was clean. The property is nice. The view from the balcony in the morning is amazing. Ana was very helpful with recommendations and I really enjoyed my stay.

Place is great and located very close to the main strip, just about a 5 mins walk to restaurants & about 10-15 min walk to the beach. Shower is not outdoor but there is no ventilation or AC located in the washrooms, so washrooms were very humid at times. There is a floor to ceiling window that provides ventilation but you are not visible from the outside, it is completely blocked / covered

Loved our stay! The pool on particular was phenomenal. They take great care of it and have people working on it every day, and the water is so warm. This is a great spot, super convenient walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shopping, town, everything you could want!

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nosara. Close to everything, including a short stroll to the beach, restaurants, cafés, hotels and bars. The home felt very safe and secure. The information about the area that the host provided was extremely helpful in putting together an itinerary. The outdoor patio was a highlight as a shady spot to enjoy time outdoors. I would stay here again.

The best way to describe this apartment is "convenient." It's close to everything in town, and having the amenities right next to the beach completely changed the experience of visiting Jacó during Easter, peak season in Costa Rica. Lawrence and Camille were attentive and responsive from the very first moment.

We enjoyed Patrick's condo and all the amenities. It literally has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and the extra large balcony. Groceries and restaurants all within walking distance. Best of all, Patrick was very responsive to any inquiries. Thanks Patrick, pura vida!

David was easy to coordinate with, told us everything we needed to know, and even carried our bags after a long drive and days of adventuring! The condo was spotless and temperature controls were easy. Views out the front windows and from the pools are beautiful. While we weren't there long enough to cook, it looked like the kitchen was very well stocked - thank you for the bag of coffee so we could enjoy a cup by the pool each morning! We appreciated the beach towels and the ability to do our laundry before heading back. Very pleased with our choice of accomodations for our short time in Playa Flamingo!

Sin dudas que el lugar es un pequeño paraiso del mundo ! Reserva Conchal tiene probablemente la mejor playa de todas en Costa Rica, y el club House de los condominios es de una comodidad y un nivel superlativo! La atención del personal, la piscina, restaurante, actividades disponibles y gimnasio son comparables con un hotel 5 estrellas! Respecto al condo es muy seguro, facil acceso y comodo! En nuestro caso habia un olor que provenia de la heladera o triturador y desde OCC nos atendieron muy personalizadamente y enviaron personal para tratar de solucionarlo en el momento. La atencion recibida por el personal de OCC es un valor agregado imortante por que estan para dar recomendaciones, hacer reservas, en todo momento! Sin dudas es un lugar para volver y recomendar 100 % !

This is a beautiful condo that was well-appointed and spotless. Instructions were very clear and the guide in the condo suggested GREAT restaurants in the area. The clubhouse pool is amazing with a nice golf course view. Access to the beach club pools and beach are definitely one of the highlights. Amazing! Highly recommend for a relaxing and fun experience at Playa Conchal.

Waking up to the beautiful view was amazing! The apartment was great for my small family. I appreciated how clean everything was, the security, and the comfy bed/pillows. We were only a couple minutes down the road from the restaurants and shops. While we could have walked to the beach, it was much easier for us to drive and park. The condo has a washer/dryer that was easy to use too. Overall, I would stay here again.

El anfitrión muy atento, siempre anuente a ayudarnos en todo lo que ocupamos, el lugar muy seguro, tranquilo y cómodo, las fotos son reales, cerca de la playa y supermercados. Tuvimos una excelente comunicación y ayuda tanto en el check in como en check out, con horarios flexibles. En relación al precio-calidad un poco elevado supongo que por la fecha de semana santa, pero si vale la pena el lugar, lo recomiendo y en una próxima vista a la zona no duraría en regresar a dicho lugar.

Our stay at playa Junquillal was incredible! Michael was very responsive to our needs and questions, while also being friendly. The neighborhood feels pretty safe and quiet. The house was very clean and welcoming. Junquillal beach was only 3 min away on car and it was very beautiful and private. We will stay here again ! Completely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a little tropical paradise. Thanks Michael !

We had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived. It really felt like a home away from home. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Really enjoyed our time at casa koa/hacienda pinilla. The house was very private and secure and the beach club was a great place to hang out during the day.

Christophers place was beautiful. It was steps away from a beautiful beach. The surroundings made you feel relaxed. We even saw a Toucan in one of the trees by the poolside. Christopher was nice enough to come find me since my GPS/internet didn't work and guided me to the house. I will definitely book again when I return to Costa Rica!

The sunsets over the ocean from the pool were incredible! The best view of any place we’ve stayed! We had an incredible time as a family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including oil and seasonings! Beds were comfy, place was very clean. There were chair floats and noodles for the pool. We have zero complaints— thankful for a wonderful family getaway with our elementary aged kids. Definitely book this place!

L’hôte (Marlon) était très réactif et était là à notre arrivée pour nous accueillir avec une grande classe. Lits très confortables, climatisation dans le salon, cuisine et dans chacune des 3 chambres. Il y a également trois ventilateurs sur pied. La piscine du complexe à proximité du logement avec plusieurs bassins et aménagement est très agréable. Nous recommandons sans hésiter. Si l’occasion se présente, nous y retournerons.

Tabata is a great host. She was very responsive. The house was great. Very comfortable beds. We loved the pool and hanging, pool-side bed and hammocks. The house was great for us but the driveway is quite rough (need a high-clearance car) and the walk to the beach and restaurants is considerable, especially for anyone with mobility issues. We would stay here again!
